Abstract

Giving citizens access to information from government and non-government institutions is one form of public information disclosure. Openness of public information that has been considered difficult to reach by the public is expected to help build openness between the community and government and non-government institutions in the future. In practice, obtaining the latest, accurate and complete data requires public information disclosure. In planning and development, up-to-date data is needed, especially building and land data that can support its implementation. Therefore the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Bengkulu Tengah Regency responsible for building management needs to conduct building data collection activities so that the availability of information regarding building data can be met. So in terms of spatial planning and building layout so that it is faster and more effective in identifying specific problems concerning the relationship of data between one and the other that are built connected by describing the characteristics of spatial planning openly, it requires an application of Spatial Management and Building Management Information Systems or abbreviated as SIMTRABA

Abstract

Kelurahan Anggut Atas merupakan Kawasan Sentra Kerajinan Tangan di Kota Bengkulu. Kerajinan yang dijual di kawasan ini beragam dan merupakan ciri khas Provinsi Bengkulu, salah satunya yang terkenal adalan batik besurek. Proses pembatikan melalui tahapan pemalaman, pencelupan dam penghilangan malam. Pada setiap proses menghasilkan limbah yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan instalasi pengolah air limbah. Metode yang digunakan berupa kajian teknis, pengujian laboratorium dan pengukuran limbah aliran air limbah batik pada saluran dan badan air. Hasil pengujian laboratorium menunjukkan kadar BOD, COD dan minyak/lemak sangat tinggi yaitu 173,14 mg/l O2 untuk BOD dengan standar mutu 50 mg/l O2, 509,87 mg/l O2 untuk COD jauh di atas standar mutu yaitu 150 mg/l O2 serta kadar minyak/lemak sebesar 540,65 mg/l dengan standar mutu 3,6 mg/l. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka limbah cair harus diolah menggunakan instalasi pengolah air limbah (IPAL) sebelum dibuang ke badan air. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis mendapatkan konstruksi IPAL terdiri atas bak koagulasi (panjang : lebar = 1 : 1,  lebar = 0,3 m, panjang = 0,3 m, H rencana = 0,7 m), bak flokulasi (L tiap kompartemen = 0,05m, diameter paddle = 0.12 m, lebar paddle = 0,06 cm, panjang paddle = 0,3 cm), bak sedimentasi (panjang : lebar = 3 : 1 dengan lebar = 1,2 m dan panjang = 3,6 m), serta bangunan filter (L = 0,6 m; P = 1,2 m; H = 3 m).

Abstract

Rawa Makmur Village, especially Merpati I, has an area of 3.6 hectares, has experienced land use changes of 30% in the last 3 years. The purpose of this study is to design infiltration wells to reduce inundation that often occurs in this region. The data used are primary data (soil sampling and laboratory testing) and secondary data (rainfall data, land use data and other supporting data) that are processed using hydrological analysis and hydraulic analysis. Based on the results of data processing obtained the intensity of rainfall with a 20-year return period is 2.56 mm/hour and the flood discharge plan is 0.01229 m3/s. The household debit is 0.212 m3/s, the roof discharge is 0.00000037 m3/s, so the total debit that must be reduced is 0.222 m3/s. The soil sample at the study location is taken and tested in the laboratory. The test results show the soil permeability coefficient is 2.630 x 10-4 m3/s. Infiltration discharge into the soil is 0.000152 m3/s, then the reduced discharge is 0.2218 m3/s. Based on the analysis results obtained the design of infiltration wells with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of 2.2 meters. One well was effectively used for 2 houses with a reduction of 0.2218 m3/s with a reduction time of 1,297 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of the study was to check and evaluate pavement data and road conditions with an earth-based information system. The research location is in the district of Central Bengkulu. Data on research subjects for district and environmental roads. The research method used was map data collection, pavements and conditions with a length of 50-100 meters each. The system is run by taking field data with GPS, Photos and Videos. For pavements and conditions using direct observation. To display the information system, a web-based geographic information system (GIS Web) is used. This is intended to facilitate access from all walks of life of the application user.

Both in terms of production, management, and even government. Everything that is done quickly and efficiently does require an additional tool which in this case is the sophistication of the technology it self. Engaged in the government sector, the Lebong Regency Government has begun to run the government using technology, one of which is in the field of information technology. Development and use of government areas is an important thing so that it can be examined properly. The effectiveness of performance is required in carrying out this matter. Information technology that can be utilized in government, one of which is “Geographic Information System” (GIS). Using GIS will be very effective in promoting effective and efficient governance. Remote sensing that can broadly observe land makes Lebong Regency Government activities even better.

Abstract

Intersection are knots in transportation network where two or more roads meet, in this area conflict is occurred, law of traffic are applied to handle this conflict to make sure who gets the priority to use the intersection first. Control Intersection make use of maximum capacity of the intersection, reducing and preventing accidents by reducing the number of conflicts. This research intend to analyse the traffic and calculate traffic flow at Taman Simpang Kandis road. To get data for this research purpose can get done by using direct observation, and count number of vehicle that passed the four arms intersection and three arms intersection. The result of this survey categorized by light vehicle, heavy vehicle, motorcycle, and non-motorized vehicle. Four arms intersection performance analysed by observe capacity, saturation degree, delay, queue chance is still below the standard based on MKIJI 1997. The best alternative for the four arms intersection are by combining installation the “prohibited to stop“ road sign and change 2 lanes with 2 directions to four arms intersection with 2 lanes and 1 direction. Three arms intersection performance analysed by observe capacity, saturation degree, delay, queue chance is still below the standard based on MKIJI 1997. The best alternative for this three arms intersection are by prohibited to turn left from Rustandi Sugianto 1 road and prohibited to turn right form Rustandi Sugianto 2 road where can make vehicle stacked on side of that road.

Abstract

Public transport is a much-needed means of transportation in many developing countries. The development of information and communication technology has greatly influenced the development of the transportation industry. Currently, there are internet-based transportation services or commonly called online  transportation. This has drawn opposition from several public transportation operators whose number of passengers has dropped since the introduction of online transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of online transportation on city transportation enthusiasts. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the general public and interviewing people in several sub-districts of Bengkulu city. The method in this study is the analysis of pedestrialn preferences obtained by the stated preference technique with a rating scale. Chi-Square test to test the difference in proportion / percentage between several groups of data. And regression analysis is used to obtain the utility equation. Then the Stated Preference approach is a hypothesis to be assessed by respondents. The results showed that of the 96 respondents, 57 people or 59.375% chose online transportation, while 39 people or 40.625% chose city transportation. Of the several reasons for mode selection, in general, users of city transportation and online transportation choose, speed consideration factor of 23.96%, safety consideration factor of 17.71%, comfort consideration factor of 23.96%, ease of access factor of 18.75% and low price factor with a percentage of 11.46%. Abstrak Angkutan umum merupakan sarana transportasi yang sangat dibutuhkan di banyak negara berkembang. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan industri transportasi. Saat ini sudah ada layanan transportasi berbasis internet atau biasa disebut transportasi daring (dalam jaringan). Hal ini menuai tentangan dari beberapa operator angkutan umum yang jumlah penumpangnya turun sejak diperkenalkannya angkutan daring (dalam jaringan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh angkutan daring (dalam jaringan) terhadap peminat angkutan kota. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat luas dan mewawancarai masyarakat di beberapa kecamatan kota Bengkulu. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah analisa prerefensi pelaku pejalan di peroleh dengan teknik stated preference dengan skala rating. Uji Chi-Square untuk menguji perbedaan proporsi/presentase antara beberapa kelompok data. Dan analisa regresi digunakan untuk memperoleh persamaan utilitas. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dari 96 responden yang ada, sebanyak 57 orang atau 59,375% memilih angkutan daring (dalam jaringan), sedangkan sebanyak 39 orang atau 40,625% memilih angkutan kota. Dari beberapa alasan pemilihan moda, pada umum nya pengguna angkutan kota dan angkutan daring (dalam jaringan) memilih, faktor pertimbangan kecepatan sebesalr 23,96% faktor pertimbangan keselamatan 17,71% faktor pertimbangan kenyamanan 23,96% faktor kemudahan mengakses 18,75% dan faktor harga murah dengan persentase sebesar 11,46 %.
