Abstract

Dalam dua tahun terakhir ini kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia oleh Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) dinilai menjadi pembunuh terbesar ketiga, dibawah penyakit jantung koroner dan tuberculosis/TBC. Tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas mendorong segera dilakukannya penggalangan seluruh komponen bangsa untuk bersama-sama menekan angka kecelakaan di Indonesia dan khususnya kota Bengkulu yang mempunyai gejala sama. Kondisi kota Bengkulu dengan perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi menyebabkan meningkatnya daya beli mayaraka akan alat transportasit. Pertumbuhan kendaraan cukup signifikan berdampak terhadap lalu lintas dan kondisi jalan kota Bengkulu, seperti bertambahnya volume lalu lintas, menurunnya kualitas jalan,perencanaan yang tidak memenuhi standar geometrik dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan. Tata guna lahan yang belum tertata secara baik, etika dan kesadaran berlalu lintas yang rendah memperburuk kondisi ini.Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah dari hasil evaluasi darah rawan kecelakaan diharapkan dapat mengetahui karakteristik kecelakan yang ada di kota Bengkulu sehingga dapat memberikan solusi penanganan di daerah rawan kecelakaan berdasarkan karakteristik kecelakaan tersebut, diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka kecelakaan di Kota Bengkulu. Analisis Deskriptif dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik kecelakaan dan penyebabnya pada ruas-ruas rawan kecelakaan dan analisis Regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan antar jumlah kecelakaan dan jumlah volume lalu lintas serta kecepatan kendaraan. Jalan Pariwisata selama 3 tahun berturut – turut menempati angka kecelakaan dengan nilai cukup tinggi rata – rata 16 kejadian per tahun. Tertinggi ditahun 2012 mencapai 21 kejadian kecelakaan. Hasil Analisis regresi didapat persamaan = 0,001 – 0,352 ,fungsi hubungan jumlah kecelakaan dan volume lalu lintas dengan R2= 0,638 yang menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh perubahan variansi volume lalu lintas terhadap variansi jumlah kecelakaan.Hasil analisis hubungan antara jumlah kecelakaan dan kecepatan adalah regresi linier dengan persamaan = 0,21 –3,153 dan R2= 0,799. Kecepatan kendaraan mempengaruhi jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas ditandai dengan nilai R2lebih dari 0,6

Abstract

The accident in the road is suddenly happen and intuitively involve vehicle with or without other road walker that is effect human victim with or without loss property. Many efforts already done to avoid and anticipation the accident, but the accident still happened. The data that is easy to access will be help handling. Information system give information about location the sensitive accident place with collect history data from the sensitive accident location. The information is used to analysis how to handling that area and to be standard for getting the data with expectation the accident number will be decreased in Bengkulu city. The mapping in the sensitive accident area that is easy to access lade accident data and condition in the road for make handling policy and priority in area which is happened the accident in Bengkulu city. Least three years, Pariwisata, Baai Island, and Sungai Hitam road have high accident number. Accident data rate from 2012 until 2014 are in Pariwisata 4.04;2.69;2.31,in Sungai Hitam 2,14; 3,57; 3,57 and Baai Island 1,18; 0,59; 0,59. Elongated and transverse pieces on the body of the road to know condition the road, such as there is no side channel to deliver water which will affect the flexible pavement that is very vulnerable to water because it will destroy structure and pavement layer. Some roads have been damaged, for example: hole, cracked, bumpy road. Because of that condition, it must be maintenance soon. Some of the road, there is no median of the road. Median installation will be very helpful to reduce accident such as: avoid crash face to face, right angle accident. Installation speed limiting signs will be very helpful to reduce the accident number

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the most important material that has great impat to a structure or onstrution in civil engineering job is soil, either that job is building or road pavement construction. One of problem which may happen faced by consultant or contractor ( especially for road pavement construction ) is take care of soil and other bad component to make sure those components can be used as ingredient for that pavement construction. Thing can be done to fix the mechanic property in this research is by using chemical way like adding oil palm ‘s stem ashes with 0%, 6,5%, 7%, 8%, and 8,5 % variation from clay. Biggest CBR value happen when 0,2 penetration with CBR value was 18,078% by using 8,5 % oil palm’s stem addictive. This value has increased by 2,288 % from the CBR value from the original soil which is 15,790%. With adding 6,5% oil palm’s stem ashes the CBR value increased 0,703%, when adding 7% increased by 0,273% and also when adding 8% increased 1,168%. This CBR value qualified Bina Marga 2018 general specification ( Third revision ) where CBR value > 6%.

Abstract

Intersection are knots in transportation network where two or more roads meet, in this area conflict is occurred, law of traffic are applied to handle this conflict to make sure who gets the priority to use the intersection first. Control Intersection make use of maximum capacity of the intersection, reducing and preventing accidents by reducing the number of conflicts. This research intend to analyse the traffic and calculate traffic flow at Taman Simpang Kandis road. To get data for this research purpose can get done by using direct observation, and count number of vehicle that passed the four arms intersection and three arms intersection. The result of this survey categorized by light vehicle, heavy vehicle, motorcycle, and non-motorized vehicle. Four arms intersection performance analysed by observe capacity, saturation degree, delay, queue chance is still below the standard based on MKIJI 1997. The best alternative for the four arms intersection are by combining installation the “prohibited to stop“ road sign and change 2 lanes with 2 directions to four arms intersection with 2 lanes and 1 direction. Three arms intersection performance analysed by observe capacity, saturation degree, delay, queue chance is still below the standard based on MKIJI 1997. The best alternative for this three arms intersection are by prohibited to turn left from Rustandi Sugianto 1 road and prohibited to turn right form Rustandi Sugianto 2 road where can make vehicle stacked on side of that road.

Abstract

In this modern age the elevation point can be made easily, for example taking elevation points can use GPS(Global Positioning System) or can also use google earth applications available on the internet. In civilengineering the ground elavation data must be accurate and detailed data. for that whether the above two toolcan be used for accurate and detailed ground elevation point capture.This study aims to determine the accuracy and efficiency of land elevation point taking with google earth andGPS, by comparing the elevation results between the to devices againts theodolite measurement results (T.0)and how the elevation is derived. Beginning with measurement using GPS, google earth done in Citandui streetUrban Village Muara Dua District Kampung Melayu Kota Bengkulu and compare the results of both tools to theresults of theodilite measurement (T.O) the results are closer then it is considered more accurate.From the comparison, it can be concfuded: (I) that the measurement using google carth application is moreaccurate with the average accuracy value of the whole point of the station is 84.82% while the GPS with thepercentage of accuracy is 83.41% 2) based on google earth time more efficient than GPS measuringistrument with efficient percentage value of 74,8%. Based on google carth cost more efficient 89.1% 3) Howto get elevation data using google earth and GPS is quite easy. Using google earth, done in PC or laptop usingpoogle earth application by entering coordinaes of location which have been taken using GPS measuringinstrument, using GP? only need GPS measuring instrument and done location direct research by markingstations (STA) points.

Abstract

One of the wastes that can be used as additives in base A is mineral water bottle caps. This waste can be expected to reduce the use of natural materials and reduce the amount of plastic waste. This study aims to determine the CBR value after adding mineral water bottle cap" waste as much as 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, and 14%. The method used is a laboratory CBR test method using a CBR penetration tool to obtain the results of the experiment. The results of this "study indicate that base A aggregate added with 6% of mineral water bottle cap waste produces a CBR value of 96.85%, the addition of 8% produces a CBR value of 98.88%. The addition of 10% produces a CBR value of 99.68%, the addition of 12% produces a CBR value of 98.29% and the" addition of 14% produces a CBR value of 97.09%. These results indicate that the addition of plastic bottle cap waste as a filler in base A can be used because the CBR value is greater than "90% and with the composition that has been determined in this study.

Abstract

Public transport is a much-needed means of transportation in many developing countries. The development of information and communication technology has greatly influenced the development of the transportation industry. Currently, there are internet-based transportation services or commonly called online  transportation. This has drawn opposition from several public transportation operators whose number of passengers has dropped since the introduction of online transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of online transportation on city transportation enthusiasts. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the general public and interviewing people in several sub-districts of Bengkulu city. The method in this study is the analysis of pedestrialn preferences obtained by the stated preference technique with a rating scale. Chi-Square test to test the difference in proportion / percentage between several groups of data. And regression analysis is used to obtain the utility equation. Then the Stated Preference approach is a hypothesis to be assessed by respondents. The results showed that of the 96 respondents, 57 people or 59.375% chose online transportation, while 39 people or 40.625% chose city transportation. Of the several reasons for mode selection, in general, users of city transportation and online transportation choose, speed consideration factor of 23.96%, safety consideration factor of 17.71%, comfort consideration factor of 23.96%, ease of access factor of 18.75% and low price factor with a percentage of 11.46%. Abstrak Angkutan umum merupakan sarana transportasi yang sangat dibutuhkan di banyak negara berkembang. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan industri transportasi. Saat ini sudah ada layanan transportasi berbasis internet atau biasa disebut transportasi daring (dalam jaringan). Hal ini menuai tentangan dari beberapa operator angkutan umum yang jumlah penumpangnya turun sejak diperkenalkannya angkutan daring (dalam jaringan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh angkutan daring (dalam jaringan) terhadap peminat angkutan kota. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat luas dan mewawancarai masyarakat di beberapa kecamatan kota Bengkulu. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah analisa prerefensi pelaku pejalan di peroleh dengan teknik stated preference dengan skala rating. Uji Chi-Square untuk menguji perbedaan proporsi/presentase antara beberapa kelompok data. Dan analisa regresi digunakan untuk memperoleh persamaan utilitas. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dari 96 responden yang ada, sebanyak 57 orang atau 59,375% memilih angkutan daring (dalam jaringan), sedangkan sebanyak 39 orang atau 40,625% memilih angkutan kota. Dari beberapa alasan pemilihan moda, pada umum nya pengguna angkutan kota dan angkutan daring (dalam jaringan) memilih, faktor pertimbangan kecepatan sebesalr 23,96% faktor pertimbangan keselamatan 17,71% faktor pertimbangan kenyamanan 23,96% faktor kemudahan mengakses 18,75% dan faktor harga murah dengan persentase sebesar 11,46 %.

Abstract

Keselamatan jalan dapat diartikan sebagai keadaan terhindarnya setiap orang dari resiko kecelakaan yang disebapkan oleh manusia, kendaraan, jalan, dan/atau lingkungan. Data kecelakaan dan pelanggaran lalu lintas yang dihimpun oleh ditlantas polres kota bengkulu pada tahun 2024, kota bengkulu tercatat mengalami 129 kejadian kasus kecelakaan dengan 41 korban meningal dunia.salah salah satu penyebap nya adalah faktor jalan. Jalan pariwisata pantai panjang sendiri menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan terkait dengan fasilitas perlengkapan jalan belum yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya pada ruas jalan dengan rawan kecelakaan tertinggi, dengan metode HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT (HIRA) didapatkan hasil analisis inspeksi keselamatan jalan pariwisata pantai panjang kota bengkulu dengan status jalan provinsi tipe 2/D 4, yaitu terdapat bahaya utama yaitu rambu lalu lintas yang tidak lengkap, pohon besar yang menutupi jarak pandang pengendara, serta pengendara yang masih parkir sembarangan didekat bahu jalan. Berdasarkan penilaian resiko, 18% bahaya pada level low, 55% level moderate, dan 27% pada level high. Rekomendasi perbaikan telah diusulkan untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna jalan.
