Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediation of work engagement at PT. Dija Jaya Perkasa Mataram City. Research using quantitative methods with the entire population of 65 respondents. The sampling technique uses a total of all employees. Sources of data were collected from distributing questionnaires (primary data). The analysis tool uses a range of scales and path analysis. The results of the scale range on quality of work life are said to be good, organizational citizenship behavior is said to be high, and work engagement is said to be high. The results showed that the quality of work life had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work engagement; work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between quality of work life variables and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of electronic word-of-mouth on purchase intention, mediated by the brand image of Robucca coffee shop in Malang City. Using a quantitative approach, the population used in this study were Instagram followers @robucca.id, with a total sample of 100 respondents analyzed using path analysis. The research results show that perceptions of e-word-of-mouth have a significant effect on consumer purchase intentions. The perception of electronic word-of-mouth has a significant impact on brand image. Brand image has a large influence on consumer purchase intentions. That is, the better the brand image, the more likely consumers are to buy. Brand image has been proven to be an intervening variable in the relationship between e-word-of-mouth perceptions and consumer intentions to buy. This means that the better the brand image, the greater the perceived impact of electronic word-of-mouth on purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the mitigation plan for the new Aksan Motorcycle Repair Shop II branch. Feasibility is analyzed using five aspects in the feasibility study. The results of the study show that the market and marketing aspects are projected to increase demand and have fulfilled marketing strategies, technical and operational aspects, namely strategic business locations, layout, and selection of technology and equipment that have been adapted to needs. Structuring management and organization that has fulfilled the four management functions. Economic and social aspects have a positive impact on the environment around the project. The financial aspect of PP results is smaller than the project's economic life, the NPV is positive, and the IRR is greater than the required profit level. The conclusion of the research is based on five aspects, this project is worth implementing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer behavior in the people of Malang City. The population in this study were people who lived in Tlogomas Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java, totaling 894 people. Sampling used the slovin formula and obtained 100 people. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents online via the Google form. Data analysis in this research uses research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, and simultaneously financial literacy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior.
