Abstract

Advances in technology and information have clearly manifested with the emergence of various new media platforms that are widely utilized. One such platform is the social media platform YouTube, which is used for information dissemination. This is exemplified by the program "Login" on Deddy Corbuzier’s YouTube, which features discussions on interfaith topics aimed at enhancing understanding and tolerance among religious communities in Indonesia through social media and digital platforms. This research aims to analyze audience reception about tolerance in one of the "Login" program episodes titled "6 Religious Leaders" on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel. The method employed is reception analysis using a qualitative approach, guided by Stuart Hall's reception theory, which divides audience interpretation of media messages into three positions: dominant, negotiated, and oppositional. Broadly speaking, the research findings indicate that all audience members occupy the dominant position, where they fully adopt and accept the meanings constructed by the message creators. This aligns with the predominant thoughts and views of the message creators. There is one audience member in the negotiated position, while no audience members were found in the oppositional position.

Abstract

Pers di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia adalah wujud dari implementasi demokrasi. Perannya yang sangat vital sebagai penyalur informasi dan konfirmasi bagi masyarakat, serta pembentuk opini publik menjadikan pers sebagai pilar ke-4 penyangga suatu negara. Eksistensi pers tentunya membutuhkan dukungan yuridis, dan saat ini terimplementasi dalam UU No 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers. Dengan adanya UU ini pers memiliki payung hukum serta batasan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai kontrol sosial di masyarakat. Namun bukan tanpa celah, implementasi UU Pers juga menemui banyak kendala yang dirasa merugikan bagi pers itu sendiri. Kendala tersebut terkait tidak adanya delik pidana dalam UU Pers yang diatur dalam KUHP, karena UU Pers dianggap bukan lex specialist dari KUHP. Hal ini berdampak pada delik pers banyak yang tidak bisa diselesaikan dengan UU Pers melainkan harus melalui KUHP. Tulisan ini membahas tentang delik pers dan kekerasan jurnalis di tahun 2020 akibat paradok implementasi UU Pers ini. Hasilnya masih terdapat jurnalis yang mendapatkan vonis hukuman oleh pengadilan dan meningkatnya kekerasan tehadap jurnalis yang dilakukan oleh oknum masyarakat maupun aparat keamanan

Abstract

This study examines the construction of social inequality among characters in the drama Pyramid Game using Peter Berger’s social construction theory and Charles S. Peirce’s semiotics. The research aims to analyze how visual and linguistic elements reflect social inequality between the characters. A descriptive qualitative analysis was employed, focusing on scenes depicting social inequality. The findings show that externalization is evident in actions and dialogues that demonstrate the enforcement of social rules and hierarchies. Objectivation is reflected in the shared acceptance of social inequality as a recognized reality, while internalization is observed in how the characters adapt to their roles within the social hierarchy. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of social inequality in the context of the drama.

Abstract

Management communicating easily and efficiently using cyber public relations. Corporate management in the industrial era 4.0 by exploring potential with a digitalization system. The current social media platform is Instagram which is often used as cyber public relations. The researcher cyber public relations social media industry era 4.0 in the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program using Instagram with industrial corporate cyber public relations in the 4.0 era. The research was conducted on the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program with qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis and the research subjects were informants through in-depth interviews in providing the required data. The findings in this study are that Instagram's cyber public relations social media can be useful for public relations. Corporate management can communicate with a broad target audience through social media Instagram.

Abstract

Narcotics stands for Narcotics, Psychotropic and other addictive substances. The head of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) commissioner Heru Winarto 2019 said the abuse of narcotics among adolescents increased by 24-28% of adolescents who used drugs. In the drug user is eager to improve themselves to a better way and away from drugs. This is what underlies the need for an expert system application to diagnose the stages of drug users. This is what underlies the need for an expert system application to diagnose the stages of drug users. The method of intervention used by the author to diagnose the stages of drug users is the Certainty Factor method that uses a level of certainty used by experts to describe the level of confidence of a problem by bringing up the presentation. In this expert system application is expected to have facilities that can help users to find out at what stage the user is using drugs so that they can prevent drug users from continuing to use excessive or continuous.
