Abstract

Abstract This community empowerment had been conducted as one of facilitator to educate society especially the teenager who active in their social media, in order to be wise and good citizen journalist. The citizen journalist who active to contribute in national development by distributing news or articles which inline to journalistic ethic and science and not to be hoax news distributor. The benefit of this training is to empower teenager skill in writing and reporting a good news in right way so that they will be able to be a professional journalist in the future. Target of this training is teenager in age of 11 until 22 years old who active communicate and write through social media then have high curiosity toward social around. Abstract

Management communicating easily and efficiently using cyber public relations. Corporate management in the industrial era 4.0 by exploring potential with a digitalization system. The current social media platform is Instagram which is often used as cyber public relations. The researcher cyber public relations social media industry era 4.0 in the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program using Instagram with industrial corporate cyber public relations in the 4.0 era. The research was conducted on the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program with qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis and the research subjects were informants through in-depth interviews in providing the required data. The findings in this study are that Instagram's cyber public relations social media can be useful for public relations. Corporate management can communicate with a broad target audience through social media Instagram.

Abstract

Fungsi utama media televisi antara lain adalah informatif, edukatif, rekreatif dan sebagai sarana mensosialisasikan nilai-nilai atau pemahaman-pemahaman. Namun saat ini dengan beragamnya acara televisi seperti sinetron yang bertema kekerasan dan percintaan, acara infotainment yang berdampak pada penontonnya menjadi terobsesi dengan berbagai gosip para artis. Hal ini menjadikan fungsi televisi lebih mengarah pada informatif dan rekreatif saja. Bahkan bila dibiarkan bisa berdampak negatif  bagi penontonnya terutama penonton usia anak-anak. Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Ar Ridho adalah panti asuhan yang sebagian besar adalah anak-anak.  Berdasarkan itulah maka kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai Pengaruh Negatif Televisi Terhadap Anak-Anak dilaksanakan oleh AKOM Bina Sarana Informatika Jakarta. Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada Desember 2017 ini  mampu menjawab beberapa masalah yakni pertama kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman  pengasuh, pengawas, guru dan anak-anak LKS Ar Ridho tentang pengaruh negatif Siaran Televisi. Kedua, penyuluhan ini mampu memberi pengetahuan pada pendamping anak-anak yakni pengasuh, pengawas dan guru bagaimana peran pendamping dapat mencegah pengaruh negatif pada anak-anak. Ketiga, kegiatan ini dapat memberi pengetahuan kepada anak-anak program televisi yang aman dan layak untuk anak-anak.

Abstract

The author's purpose in conducting this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Communication and Organizational Culture on the performance of PT. PT. Asuransi Ramayana Jakarta. This study uses the HRM theory related to employee performance, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Culture. The research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The sample used in this study was 55 people using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires consisting of validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test, and the Classical Assumption Test consisting of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The hypothesis consists of a t-test, f -test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable Organizational Communication (XI) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Asuransi Ramayana, Tbk Jakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t-test with t-count of 5,431 while t-table of 2,005 and having a significant number of 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected. The results of testing the Organizational Culture variable (X2), shows that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Asuransi Ramayana, Tbk Jakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t-test with t-count of 3,473 while t=table of 2,005 and having a significant number of 0.001 <0.05 Ho is rejected, where F-count 92.868 > 3.18 F-table. Furthermore, the value of R Square in the regression model is 0.781, or 87.1% of employee performance is explained by the variables of Organizational Communication (XI) and Organizational Culture (X2) and 12.9% is explained by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Jasa pendidikan akan baik jika dilakukan dengan pengelolaan pemasaran profesional dan benar. Tujuan dari manajemen pemasaran pada jasa pendidikan untuk mememudahkan lembaga dalam memasarkan kepada mayarakat. Sehingga dapat mengetahui bagaimana implementasi strategi dalam manajemen pemasaran di Sekolah SMK Taruna Bhakti Depok. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari kegiatan observasi lapangan, wawancara terhadap sumber yang relevan, dan pengambilan dokumentasi dari tempat penelitian. Pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan di Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Cabang Pemuda antara lain: (1) Strategi produk; (2) Strategi Price; (3) Strategi Place (lokasi); (4) Strategi Promotion; (5) Strategi People; (6)Strategi Physical Evendece; dan (7) Strategi Process. Selain itu penelitian ini juga membahas tentang perkembangan pemasaran di Sekolah SMK Taruna Bhakti Depok dari tahun ketahun dan berbagai macam produk jasa pendidikan yang ditawarkan agar konsumen lebih tertarik untuk melihat secara langsung keunggulan dari Sekolah SMK Taruna Bhakti Depok ini.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini diadakan sebagai salah satu sarana mengedukasi masyarakat khususnya kalangan remaja yang aktif dengan media sosial-nya agar dapat menjadi jurnalis warga yang baik. Jurnalis warga yang turut berkontribusi pada pembangunan negara dengan menyebarkan berita atau tulisan yang sesuai dengan kaidah jurnalistik dan bukan penyebar berita hoaks. Manfaat dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberdayakan kemampuan remaja dalam menulis dan melaporkan berita yang baik di jalur yang tepat sehingga membuka kesempatan baginya untuk menjadi jurnalis profesional di masa depan.Target dari pelatihan ini adalah remaja dimulai usia 11 tahun s.d 22 tahun yang aktif berkomunikasi dan menulis melalui media sosial serta mempunyai keingintahuan yang tinggi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Pelatihan ini juga diharapkan sebagai kegiatan membentuk bakat menulis remaja dan menghasilkan pada media sosial.

Abstract

Pemberitaan yang melakukan trial by the press terhadap Aditya Mukti oleh media baru dalam hal ini media online tersebut dipublikasikan sebelum adanya penetapan oleh pihak kepolisian yang berkekuatan hukum. Tentunya dengan demikian, trial by the press tersebut sangat bertentangan dengan asas praduga tak bersalah, di mana asas tersebut telah diatur di dalam ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan maupun kode etik jurnalistik. Penelitian kualitatif berhubungan dengan ide, persepsi, pendapat, atau kepercayaan orang yang diteliti dengan metode penelitian yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah normatif dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dengan banyaknya pemberitaan yang tergolong trial by the press oleh media online, harus dicari faktor penyebabnya dan kemudian mencari cara agar trial by the press dapat dikurangi khususnya dalam kasus video syur mirip Gisella Anastasia agar ke depan tidak ada lagi korban baru akibat pemberitaan media online yang merugikan. Meski akhirnya Gisella Anastasia ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh pihak kepolisian bersama pria dalam video tersebut bernama Michael Yokinobu de Fretes (MYD), bukan Aditya Mukti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between employee training on employee performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Jakarta. The research method in this study uses descriptive quantitative research methods using primary data. Sampling technique is a saturated sample of 50 people through a questionnaire. Processing data using SPSS 26 statistical applications. In the study obtained a large correlation coefficient of 0.838 shows a very strong relationship between training with employee performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Jakarta. Based on the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.702, it shows that the training variable (X) affect the performance of employees (Y) by 70.2% and the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables. While the regression equation is obtained Y = 7.265 + 0.816X.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini, Central Jakarta. (2) The Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. (3) The Effect of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study collected primary data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire distributed is a list of written statements regarding Motivation and Compensation for Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. To analyze the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was performed using the help of a computer program, namely SPSS Statistics. The results showed that there was a positive and partially significant influence on Motivation with Employee Performance Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. A simultaneously positive and significant influence on Motivation and Compensation with Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta.
