The electricity consumption continues to increase, including in Indonesia, where the average electricity consumption rises 6.86% per year. In line with the ever-increasing production needs of companies needing more electrical energy during these electrical disturbances often occur due to power shortage. Therefore, the company proposes the investment of the construction of substations 150kv Expected to improve the reliability of electrical energy supply. This research conducted to analyze the value of investment carried by tire companies using historical data and company forecasts using the technical method of economics to analyze its finances. Based on the calculation result with the Payback period (PP) and Discounted Payback Period generates 5.35 years and 6.24 years. Meanwhile, in the calculation of net present value (NPV) obtained favorable results in the 6th year of Rp 40,944,770,640.32, using an interest rate of 5%. In the calculation of the internal rate of return (IRR), the result of 5.5% concluded that the project return is higher than the minimum attractive rate of return (MARR) of the company by 5.17% of the Bank Indonesia interest rate. Then based on the sensitivity analysis gained that the lower the interest rate on this project, then the faster the return on the investment, and vice versa. The overall analysis of the scenario stated that the investment is worthy of running because it brings profit directly to the company.

Pers di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia adalah wujud dari implementasi demokrasi. Perannya yang sangat vital sebagai penyalur informasi dan konfirmasi bagi masyarakat, serta pembentuk opini publik menjadikan pers sebagai pilar ke-4 penyangga suatu negara. Eksistensi pers tentunya membutuhkan dukungan yuridis, dan saat ini terimplementasi dalam UU No 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers. Dengan adanya UU ini pers memiliki payung hukum serta batasan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai kontrol sosial di masyarakat. Namun bukan tanpa celah, implementasi UU Pers juga menemui banyak kendala yang dirasa merugikan bagi pers itu sendiri. Kendala tersebut terkait tidak adanya delik pidana dalam UU Pers yang diatur dalam KUHP, karena UU Pers dianggap bukan lex specialist dari KUHP. Hal ini berdampak pada delik pers banyak yang tidak bisa diselesaikan dengan UU Pers melainkan harus melalui KUHP. Tulisan ini membahas tentang delik pers dan kekerasan jurnalis di tahun 2020 akibat paradok implementasi UU Pers ini. Hasilnya masih terdapat jurnalis yang mendapatkan vonis hukuman oleh pengadilan dan meningkatnya kekerasan tehadap jurnalis yang dilakukan oleh oknum masyarakat maupun aparat keamanan

To achieve the company's vision and mission as well as the strategy needed by strategic targets (strategy map) from each department to be able to match the indicators that can be obtained from each department. In this study conducted at the quality department at PT. ABC by using a balance perspective 4 score card. Balance Score Card is one of the management tools used to carry out strategies and measure performance with 4 factor perspectives. Key performance indicators (KPI) will be included in the annual performance appraisal and the KPI assessment results will be carried out with controls and reviews with a certain time frequency. The results of the analysis increase the performance and motivation of employees towards improving employee performance by increasing employee performance with a significance of 0,000 <0,05, while the work motivation of employees in improving employee performance by increasing employee performance with a significance of 0,030 <0,05.

Insiden kebakaran Depo Pertamina Plumpang menjadi sebuah krisis yang dihadapi Pertamina awal tahun 2023. Insiden yang disebabkan karena masalah teknis berdampak adanya korban jiwa, kerusakan beberapa fasilitas, dan hancurnya rumah warga sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah insiden kebakaran Depo plumpang akan membuat reputasi perusahaan menjadi buruk dengan pendekatan teori Sistuasional Crisis Communication. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisa isi sumber. Data didapat melalui informasi terkait kebakaran Depo Plumpang dari media online dan sosial media. Berdasarkan Analisa dengan teori SCC didapatkan bahwa reputasi Pertamina cenderung lebih baik. Hal ini karena atribusi-atribusi positif yang diciptakan oleh stakeholder dan masyarakat. Atribusi positif ini dipengaruhi oleh 3 hal: pertama karena program CSR yang telah lama dilakukan, kedua pelayanan Pertamina dalam mensuplai BBM yang dinilai prima. Dan terakhir karena respon cepat Pertamina dalam menyelesaikan insiden tersebut dan bertangung jawab secara penuh kepada para korban.

This documentary was made to document the activities of the community along the Neglasari riverbank which is considered unique and interesting in the midst of modern settlement development. Neglasari River is an irrigation river that is part of the Cisadane River. The existence of this river is very close to the activities and needs of the surrounding community. The main function of Neglasari River is as an irrigation river that flows vegetable and rice plantations along the riverbanks. Vegetable plantations are the main commodity of this area, so irrigation from the Neglasari river is vital to the sustainability of plantations and agriculture of the surrounding community. In addition to these benefits, the Neglasari river is also a resource that is widely used by the surrounding community to meet their daily needs, such as bathing, washing clothes, washing vegetables from the plantation harvest, playing facilities for children, and even washing motorized vehicles. These community activities are carried out not because they do not have water resources at home, even some residents' houses look quite livable with adequate toilet facilities. This is due to cultural factors that have long been practiced by the surrounding community. Since childhood they have used the river to fulfill their daily needs, and this is still maintained and carried out until now. he main factor of community activities in the river is still ongoing because they can interact with fellow residents, and are not bored if they have to take care of household chores at home alone.

This research was conducted to find out more about how behind the making of fake plates and why people prefer to use fake number plate making services instead of making them from official institutions (samsat). This documentary film uses the field research method. Field Research is research conducted directly into the field in order to obtain complete and valid data. This research aims to find out the activities of buying and selling fake plates of motorised vehicle numbers in terms of Law Number 22 Year 2009 and Indonesian law in Tangerang City. In addition, it is also to find out the process of buying and selling vehicle number plates because the problem is that the object (Fake Motor Vehicle Number Plates) being traded can be detrimental to the buyer because there is article 68 in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning road traffic and transportation which prohibits the use of these goods. Based on the results of documentary production, it is found that the reason people use the service of making paslu number plates is because the original plate is damaged, avoiding the police to get a ticket, and also the reason for avoiding bureaucracy related to Foreign Citizens (WNA).

This research aims to examine the role of the director in the process of making a short film entitled Menjaga Adab. The director has an important function in transforming the vision of the story into an effective visual representation and conveying a moral message about the importance of maintaining manners in everyday life. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting direct observation during the production process, interviews with the director, and analysis of the film content. The research findings reveal that the director is not only responsible for the shooting and direction of the actors, but also maintaining the consistency of the adab values to be conveyed through each scene and dialogue. In conclusion, the success of the short film Menjaga Adab is highly dependent on the director's ability to combine social and ethical messages in harmony with the technical and artistic aspects of the film. This research provides insight into the importance of the director's role as the main driver in the production of films that focus on social values education

This study aims to interpret and analyze the violent scenes in the animated series Orb: On The Movements Of The Earth using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. With a qualitative method and using a semiotic approach to interpret the signs and symbols contained in the violent scenes in this series. The analysis was carried out using Roland Barthes' semiotic concepts, namely denotation, connotation and myth to reveal the meaning of the violent scenes in the animated series. The results of this study found that there were scenes of verbal violence such as forcing, threatening and intimidating. Then there is also non-verbal violence, namely torturing, hitting, and strangling. In general, the violent scenes occurred as a result of studying a theory that was prohibited by the rules and belief doctrines of the authorities.

Abstract This study aims to explore the communication strategies implemented by the principal of SMA Sekolah Master Indonesia in Building a positive public image of the school. As a community-based educational institutional that provides free education for marginalized groups, communities plays a significant role in delivering values of social concern, inclusivity, and humanity that form the foundation of the school’s educational services. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the principal’s communication strategy was carried out consciously and consistently, involving structured message planning, audience-oriented delivery, appropriate media selection, and consistent dissemination of information. The communication approach is partipatory an humanistic, enabling the school to build a positive image as an alternative educational institution that is socially responsive and inclusive. The validity of the data was strengthened through source triangulation. This study provides practical insights into how educational instatitutions can build public trust and reputation through well-directed communication strategies. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Kepala SMA Sekolah Master Indonesia dalam membangun citra positif lembaga pendidikan di mata publik. Dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan berbasis komunitas yang melayani masyarakat marginal tanpa memungut biaya, komunikasi memainkan peran strategi dalam memperkuat identitas organisasi serta membangun kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus berbagai metode utama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi kepala sekolah mencakup dimensi intentionality, perencanaan strategi, orientasi audiens, integrasi pesan, serta pemilihan media yang tepat. Strategi ini dijalankan secara sadar dan konsisten, mencerminkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan inklusivitas sekolah, serta berhasil mengkomunikasikan identitas organisasi ke publik. Dengan pendekatan komunikasi yang humanis dan partisipatif, sekolah mampu membentuk citra positif sebagai institusi pendidikan alternatif yang responsif dan berdaya sosial tinggi. Keabsahan data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam bidang komunikasi organisasi dan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan dan membangun reputasi melalui strategi komunikasi. Kata Kunci : Strategi Komunikasi, Sekolah Master, Citra Positif.
