Abstract

Pada era zaman ini Electronic commerce merupakan  salah satu bagian yang paling terpenting dari internet, khususnya pada jasa online shopping. Saat ini dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan internet di indonesia, telah memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap perubahan bisnis. Yaitu mulai dari cara beriklan, cara jual beli, cara berinteraksi antar manusia, dan sebagainya. Dengan ecommerce telah banyak merubah dalam proses jual-beli. Jika dalam suatu jual-beli penjual dan pembeli bertemu, namun jika dengan ecommerce mereka tidak perlu bertemu. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kebutuhan identifikasi bisnis dan desain sistem e-commerce yang sesuai dengan bisnis ini dan juga pengapliasian jual beli secara online (Online shopping). Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh sebuah studi kasus pada melommolishop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis, sistem e-commerce dapat menyediakan fitur fungsional kunci dan informasi real time yang memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Fitur-fitur ini meliputi produk pencarian, ketertiban dan informasi rekening, pengiriman dan konfirmasi pembayaran dan sehingga memberikan integrasi dari persediaan seluruh unit penjualan jaringan. Faktor yang tidak kalah penting adalah kepercayaan. Dalam proses ini kepercayaanlah yang menjadi modal utama. Karena tanpa kepercayaan kedua belah pihak, maka proses jual-beli e-commerce tidak akan teralisasi dan bisa terjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has fundamentally changed the educational landscape. Schools, which were previously often considered as stand-alone entities, are now increasingly recognized as an integral part of wider social systems. In this context, the active role of society in the education process becomes increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine in depth how the administration of school and community relations is implemented in the digital era, as well as identifying factors that support or hinder its success. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the understanding of education. Education is no longer solely seen as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, but rather as a holistic individual development effort. Society, as a social environment where individuals grow and develop, has a very significant role in shaping the character and competence of students. Therefore, building strong and synergistic relationships between schools and society is the key to realizing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times. This research has the main aim of analyzing, identifying, evaluating, identifying matters relating to school and community relations. This research uses a literature review approach. Research data was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, popular articles, research reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was carried out systematically by identifying main themes, comparing findings from various sources, and drawing conclusions based on existing evidence. The research results show that the implementation of administration of school and community relations in the digital era has experienced rapid development. The use of social media platforms, school websites, and mobile applications has facilitated more effective communication between schools and the community. In addition, many schools have involved the community in various school activities, such as extracurricular activities, personal development programs, and decision making regarding school policies.

Abstract

In Indonesia., Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the community's economy. With the business trend in society over the last 5 years, namely e-commerce business, now more and more business people are running e-commerce MSMEs. The number of MSMEs should be comparable with the large amount of taxes received from the MSME sector, but in relity it is stated by the Directora.e General of Taxes (DJP) that MSMEs ha.ve not contributed optimally to tax revenues. The success of this tax revenue effort is determined by several interrelated things, namely the ability of MSMEs to manage business finances which of course adequate implementation of MSME accounting is required. The aim of this research is to test the effect of implementing MSME accounting on taxpayer compliance for e-commerce MSMEs by adding understanding of taxation, taxpayer awareness, and ease of access as control variables. This research uses a questionnaire technique. The sample used was 90 respondents using the convenience sa.mpling method. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results shown by this research are that the implementation of MSME accounting has a positive effect on e-commerce MSME Taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the control variables that influence are understanding taxation and ease of access. Taxpayer awareness variables are not proven to be control variables in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to review the teaching tools used at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Padang in order to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Observations were carried out for two months, focusing on analysis of learning documents, interviews with teachers, and direct observation of the learning process in the classroom. Observation results show that the teaching tools at MAN 2 Padang City have been prepared in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum, including teaching modules, student worksheets, and formative assessments that support differentiated learning. The teachers at this madrasa show good adaptability to curriculum changes, by applying varied and contextual learning methods. Students also show a positive response to learning that is more interactive and relevant to everyday life. However, several challenges were found, such as the need for further training for teachers and the provision of more diverse learning resources. Overall, the teaching tools at MAN 2 Padang City support a more meaningful and student-centered learning process, in line with the objectives of the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Laws are guidelines and rules related to the concept of social life and will always be in accordance with the conditions of society. Law is a demand to be able to provide justice, meaning that law is always faced with the question of whether the law can achieve justice. Related to this legal concept, legal politics is defined as activities that determine patterns and ways of forming laws, overseeing the operation of laws, and updating laws for the purposes of the State. Therefore, law is a determinant of politics, and is also related to democracy in the sense that political activities are regulated and must comply with legal rules. Law is viewed from the perspective of das sollen (necessity), viewing that law must be guided by the relationships between members of society. Meanwhile, those who view it from the point of view of das sein (reality), empiricists see that law is greatly influenced by politics, not only in the process of making it, but also in its empirical realities. So that law is influenced by politics and even today, legal autonomy in Indonesia is often intervened by politics, not only in terms of its creation, but also in its implementation, both in terms of law enforcement. This research aims to find out what is the impact of legal political developments on law enforcement in Indonesia? How does legal politics exist in law enforcement in Indonesia? The method used in research is normative juridical.
