Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of local regulations regarding restaurants in north kolaka regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Results of this study indicate that the implementation of local regulations on restaurant and restaurant tax in north kolaka regency has shown that the policy is less effective to implement. The ineffective implementation judging from the realization of the revenue from restaurant tax is far below the determined target. Policy targets in terms if increasing restaurant tax revenue are not in accordance with the realization in the field, starting from not in line with the size and objectives of the policy to the lack of utilization and availability of resources so that several times the target changes from the previous one. This decrease in the amount of income each month signifies the lack of contribution of restaurant tax on local revenue wanted to increase. In addition, this is also judged due to the fact that many people do not agree with the stipulation of this policy so that their participation is less effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension Workers in Polinggona Subdistrict, Kolaka Regency and To find out the factors that influence the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension Workers in Polinggona District, Kolaka District. Data collection techniques carried out by library research and field research, while data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the documentation and interview observation techniques carried out at Polinggona District on Analysis of the performance of family planning counselors can be concluded that the performance of family planning counselors has been running quite well in terms of quality and quantity which shows that the performance of the The family planning field counselor has carried out his duties ranging from counseling to evaluation can be proven from interview quotes, from several informants, documentation and from relevant data. Then there are still several factors that inhibit the occurrence of counseling including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as human resources that are still less skilled due to the lack of training provided. Then it can be concluded that the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension has been going quite well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services on the satisfaction of elderly patients and the factors that affect the quality of service on the satisfaction of elderly patients at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City. The informants in this study were the Director of the Abeli Puskesmas, Abeli District, Kendari City, the Head of Public Relations at the Abeli Puskesmas, Abeli District, Kendari City, and 3 (three) people who received services at Abeli Puskesmas Abeli District, Kendari City. The results showed that the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City was seen from the dimensions of physical evidence with a poor category, reliability dimensions with good categories, responsiveness dimensions with good categories, assurance dimensions with good categories, and empathy dimensions with poor categories. Supporting factors that affect the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City are Leadership Factors, Team Work Spirit Factors, and Employee Job Satisfaction Factors. Inhibiting factors that affect the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City, namely there are still facilities that are not yet available and the presence of employees who are less friendly to service users.
