Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the implementation of Government Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2006 on Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverages Circulation and its Supervision in Jeneponto District. It is because alcoholic beverages either modern or traditional still circulating illegally. The method of this research is empirical legal research using a sociological juridical approach. The result of this research revealed that implementation of Government Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2006 on Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverages Circulation and its Supervision in Jeneponto District was not worked because of the absence of derivative rules under it, such us technical instruction and implementing instruction, lack of supervision and law enforcement toward eatery or retail stalls outside of the special zone, the absence of measurable programs, the absence of roadmap for controlling alcoholic beverages and mild criminal sanctions.

Abstract

The inevitability of the rapid flow of globalization has had particularly negative implications among children, and previous research has even revealed that it has resulted in the erosion of cultural values and even the extinction of several languages. This focus examines the efforts that should be made by Regional/Regency Governments to curb the negative impacts of globalization. To answer the focus of the problem, legal-normative research methods are used, using a conceptual approach and a statutory regulatory approach. This research examines primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the authority of the Regional/Municipal Government, the government's efforts to mitigate negative impacts can be carried out by internalizing cultural values among children through drafting regional regulations regarding local content curricula containing confirmation of preparation, development, implementation and supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effort of Indonesian government to fulfill its obligation towards its people’s right of health in this pandemic covid-19 situation that is by spreading the covid-19 vaccine on one side and people’s spreading fake information about covid-19 on the other side. The research method used is normative legal research. The result of this study shows besides the effort of Indonesian government to manage the pandemic situation, there are so many hoaxes about the pandemic that influence people to object the vaccine.  Therefore people are advised to really careful in receiving those information by sorting and choosing the correct information.
