Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out how the symbolic communication in the process of adat adat of the people in the village of Rombo and how the values contained in the traditional ceremony of the Chinese Traditional Culture in the village of Rombo Kec. Kulisusu North.Buton Regency. Using symbol theory and research methods used are qualitative research methods with 6 informants. The technique for determining informants in this study is the purposive sampling technique. While the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that prior to the implementation time is preceded by deliberations conducted by traditional leaders, religious leaders, community leaders and the head of Rombohal Village aims to discuss the time implementation and all preparations as well as determining a good day in the organization of the adat ceremony of pejwanga. After the implementation of the time determination, the village of  Rombo carried out perahangia, the perahangia activity was the final process of the Poriwanga custom before entering the implementation stage of the Poriwanga ceremony. After the implementation of the traditional ceremony ceremony, the community's community ceremony in Rombo Village carried out the process of the traditional ceremony that began with several celebrations such as Pomaani dance, Pangaru dance, Haroa (reading prayers and eating together), Lense dance, Ngibi dance and foreign danceKeywords: Communication;Symbolic;Ceremony;Poriwanga.

Abstract

Kegiatan Sosialisasi Pemanfaatan Media Baru Tiktok kepada Remaja di Desa Wawatu, Kec. Moramo Utara, Kab. Konawe Selatan selama 1 hari telah memberikan perubahan perilaku kepada Masyarakat terkhusus pada Remaja awal hingga remaja menengah yang menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok. Perubahan ini terlihat baik dari segi pengetahuan maupun perubahan perilaku sosial dalam menjalankan kehidupan mereka dalam bermedia, baik itu media sosial secara umum maupun secara khusus. Mengetahui cara membuat akun Tiktok dan membuat vidio sebagai dasar nanti akan memanfaatkan Tiktok semaksimal mungkin. Remaja dapat mengenal sosial media dan lebih percaya diri membangun relasi luas dengan khalayak. Kemudian berdasarkan itu kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah berhasil membawah perubahan kepada remaja sebagai pengguna aplikasi Tiktok. Terkhusunya perubahan perilakuyang tergambar pada hasil evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana dengan metode secara langsung atau wawancara secara eksklusif

Abstract

Pelanggaran netralitas ASN memberikan kontribusi besar dalam nilai Indeks Kerawanan Pemilu (IKP) di Provinsi Sultra. Namun, Pemilu 2024 pelanggaran netralitas ASN tidak lagi berkontribusi dalam IKP Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi mitigasi yang dilakukan Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra periode 2018-2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam kepada ketua dan anggota Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra Periode 2018-2023. Selain itu, mengumpulkan dokumen yang relevan dan literatur lainnya yang mendukung penelitian.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian, komunikasi mitigasi Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra periode 2018-2023 efektif karena pertama, dapat menentukan customer focus baik eksternal maupun internal dengan tepat. Kedua, commitment leader dari pimpinan Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra periode 2018-2023 sehingga dapat mendorong kepercayaan lembaga yang menangui ASN untuk turut aktif dalam mencegah pelanggaran netralitas ASN. Ketiga, Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra periode 2018-2023 telah memasukkan ahli komunikasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan mitigasi pelanggaran netralitas ASN. Keempat, pengalaman dan data pemilu sebelumnya berfungsi efektif dalam memetakan daerah yang rawan terhadap pelanggaran netralitas ASN. Kelima, Bawaslu Provinsi Sultra periode 2018-2023 memanfaatkan berbagai media baik yang dimiliki lembaga sendiri maupun media pemberitaan untuk melakukan mitigasi terhadap pelanggaran netralitas ASN

Abstract

Community participation in maintaining the natural and cultural resources they own is a big contribution and has the potential to become a tourist attraction, including for communities in coastal areas. The development of tourism in the coastal area of Soropia District, Konawe Regency has not shown maximum results so it has no impact on increasing people's income in the area. One of the main components in tourism communication is human resources, especially in tourism activities related to community care and community welfare. The growth and development of community participation in tourism is largely determined by three main elements, namely, the opportunity given to the community to participate in tourism, the community's willingness to participate in tourism development, and the community's ability to participate in tourism progress. Solution offered: Providing education and stimulating public sensitivity to the benefits of maritime tourism in the coastal area of Tapulaga Village. Fundamental contribution to the target audience. Formation of understanding of village officials, tourism business actors, tourism workers and local communities in the coastal area of Tapulaga Village in exploring maritime tourism development.
