Abstract

Kebijakan Kabupaten Kota Sehat secara resmi dan sistematis efektif sejak terbitnya Peraturan Bersama antara Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Kementerian Kesehatan pada tahun 2005. Implementasi Kebijakan Kabupaten Sehat di Kabupaten Pangkep dimulai sejak tahun 2007. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Tim Forum Kabupaten Sehat di Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Informan penelitian berjumlah 8 informan. 4 diantaranya merupakan informan kunci dan 4 informan biasa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi sudah dilakukan dengan baik dalam lingkup tim Pembina dan tim forum kabupaten sehat namun masih perlu dimaksimalkan agar sampai kepada masyarakat dan dari segi sumber daya, staf (tim Pembina dan tim forum kabupaten sehat) sudah terpenuhi namun tingkat partisipasi sudah berkurang dan beberapa staf mempunyai beban kerja berlebih, untuk sarana dan prasarana sudah mendukung dengan adanya kantor sekertariat, dan keterbatasan anggaran pada OPD dalam pencapaian indikator kabupaten sehat dan dana insentif bagi tim. Implementasi kebijakan kabupaten sehat di kabupaten pangkep sejauh ini sudah dilakukan dengan baik dari segi komunikasi dan sumberdaya. Tersedianya sumberdaya manusia dalam tim forum yang dinilai memiliki power untuk mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan kabuten sehat. Namun pelaksanaan sosialisasi kabupaten sehat di tingkat tim forum kecamatan dan desa masih kurang dikarenakan kabupaten pangkep memiliki wilayah yang sangat luas sehingga harus menggunakan dana yang besar sementara dana yang tersedia untuk kabupaten sehat sangat terbatas.Kata kunci : implementasi, kebijakan kabupaten sehat, kabupaten pangkepABSTRACTThe Healthy City Regency Policy has been officially and systematically effective since the publication of a Joint Regulation between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Health in 2005. Implementation of the Healthy Regency Policy in Pangkep Regency began in 2007. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Healthy Regency Forum Team policy in Pangkep Regency . This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and document review. There were 8 research informants. 4 of them were key informants and 4 were regular informants. Data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the research show that communication has been carried out well within the scope of the supervisory team and the healthy district forum team but still needs to be maximized so that it reaches the community and in terms of resources, staff (the supervisory team and healthy district forum team) have been fulfilled but the level of participation has decreased and some staff have excessive workloads, facilities and infrastructure are already supported by the existence of a secretariat office, and budget limitations for OPD in achieving healthy district indicators and incentive funds for teams. The implementation of the healthy district policy in Pangkep district has so far been carried out well in terms of communication and resources. The availability of human resources in the forum team which is considered to have the power to influence the community in implementing healthy habits. However, the implementation of socialization on healthy districts at the sub-district and village forum team level is still lacking because Pangkep district has a very large area so it has to use large amounts of funds while the funds available for healthy districts are very limited.Keywords: implementation, healthy district policy, Pangkep district

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lansia melalui penerapan yoga kursi. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kelurahan Soreang dengan melibatkan partisipasi lansia dan tenaga kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan yoga kursi, serta evaluasi kesehatan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesehatan fisik dan keseimbangan lansia setelah intervensi. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model keberlanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan lansia di komunitas.

Abstract

Rural areas in Indonesia still face significant challenges in improving maternal and child health, as reflected in high maternal and infant mortality rates (MMR) and infant mortality rates (IMR). Posyandu, as a community-based health service, is a key instrument in reaching vulnerable populations through promotive and preventive approaches. However, Posyandu's effectiveness in various rural areas is strongly influenced by structural factors such as the availability of infrastructure, cadre competence, and village government support, as well as cultural factors such as local values and health literacy. This study aims to evaluate Posyandu's effectiveness in improving maternal and child health in rural areas using a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature studies. Data were obtained from various scientific sources and analyzed using a thematic approach and the PRISMA framework. The study results indicate that Posyandu's success is highly dependent on cross-sector synergy, policy support, and digital transformation through the implementation of e-Posyandu. Geographical constraints, poor cadre training, and minimal community participation are key inhibiting factors. Therefore, a participatory approach, ongoing training, and information technology integration are strategic keys. These findings provide an important basis for evidence-based policy-making in order to strengthen the role of Posyandu as a pillar of basic health services in rural areas.
