Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determined whether there is a relationship of discpiline learning and way of learning method with biology learning outcomes based on the academic ability of class XI science students. Analysis of the data in this study using correlation analysis Person Product Moment. The results showed that for high academic, learning discipline (X1), the learning method (X2), with biology learning outcomes (Y) there is a high relationship (0,626). For medium academic, learning discipline (X1) the learning method (X2) with biology learning outcomes (Y) there is a medium relationship (0,509). For low academic, learning discipline (X1) the learning method (X2) with biology learning outcomes (Y) there is a medium relationship (0,523). Indicates a significant between way of learning discipline and learning method with result of biology study based on the academic ability of class XI science student.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah naik-turunnya prestasi atlet tapak suci Putera Muhammadiyah panjang tiap tahunnya, sarana dan prasarana yang belum lengkap dan mengalami penyusutan, pendanaan yang masih kurang. Dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan prestasi atlet pencak silat perguruan tapak suci Putera Muhammadiyah padang panjang. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi program dengan model CIPP Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. (Context,Input,Process,Product). Untuk informan yaitu pengurus, pelatih dan atlet. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan, tringulasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) aspek Context, tujuan dari organisasi perguruan tapak suci Putera Muhammadiyah padang panjang adalah untuk melahirkan atlet-atlet yang berprestasi dan berkualitas. (2) aspek Input, terdapat struktur kepengurusan yang tertulis dan terstruktur, sudah memilik pelatih yang bersartifikat atau memiliki lisensi pelatih, sudah memiliki atlet. Prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet perguruan tapak suci putera muhammadiyah padang panjang yaitu yaitu juara 1 O2SN Provinsi tahun 2019 di Padang, juara 3 Kejuaraan Dunia tahun 2019 di Solo, juara 1 dan 2 Kejurda tahun 2022 di Solok Selatan, juara 2 Pospenas tahun 2022 di Surakarta, juara 3 kejurda tahun 2023 di Padang dan juara 1 dan 3 O2SN Kota tahun 2023 di padang Panjang. Abstract

Suboptimal student learning outcomes are often influenced by various internal and external factors, such as low learning motivation and an unsupportive peer environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation and peer environment on learning outcomes in the subject of Transaction Administration among Grade XI students majoring in Online Marketing at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. A quantitative approach was employed using the ex-post facto method. Data were collected via an online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, with a randomly selected sample of 119 students. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results show that learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a t value of 2.744 and a significance level of 0.007. Similarly, the peer environment also has a positive and significant effect, with a t value of 2.428 and a significance level of 0.017. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence learning outcomes, as indicated by an F value of 5.370, which exceeds the F table value of 3.07, and a significance level of 0.006, which is below 0.05. These findings demonstrate that enhancing learning motivation and fostering a supportive peer environment can significantly improve student achievement in Transaction Administration. The study underscores the importance of implementing motivational teaching strategies and cultivating a positive social climate within the school environment.
