Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Karya Multi Solusi BSD South Tangerang. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Karya Multi Solusi BSD South Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative approach using survey methods. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 employees of the production division of PT Karya Multi Solusi BSD South Tangerang. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Karya Multi Solusi BSD South Tangerang employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Karya Multi Solusi BSD South Tangerang employees.

Abstract

Analisis efek antar variabel menjadi alasan kenapa riset ini dilakukan. Kontribusi nyata untuk tahu seberapa besar efek baik parsial maupun simultan dari kompensasi dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja dari karyawan. Riset berjenis kuantitaif deskriptif. Responden yang dipakai sebanyak 53 dan diperoleh dari saturated sample. Olah data dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 23. Tes statistik mencakup validation test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, dan uji dan interpretasi hasil hipotesis. Hasil riset menunjukkan jika hipotesis yang diajukan telah diterima semua. Hasil yang berpengaruh positif dan adanya signifikansi dan angka korelasi yang kuat (0,647). Ketiga tes hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan diindikasikan dari harga thitung > ttabel. Harga KD sebesar 51,0% menandakan jika pengambilan riset dengan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah tepat karena kontribusi riset lebih dari 50% dipengaruhi variabel X yang dipilih peneliti. Tes hipotesis secara simultan menggambarkan jika kedua variabel X berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap variabel Y

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how job satisfaction and work discipline affect the performance of employees at the district office in Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 94 respondents, selected using the Slovin sampling method. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance partially. From the first hypothesis test, the value of t-statistics exceeds the critical value, showing that the work discipline variable partially affects employee performance. In addition, the results of the simple regression test also support the conclusion that the significance value is less than the set threshold, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. Furthermore, the job satisfaction variable was also found to have a partial effect on employee performance, based on the second hypothesis test. The results of the simple regression test show a significant relationship, confirming that job satisfaction affects employee performance. Based on the joint hypothesis test, the value of F-statistics exceeds the critical value, indicating that both job satisfaction and work discipline variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the district office in Tangerang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Packindo Surya Perkasa Tajur Halang Bogor, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Packindo Surya Perkasa Tajur Halang Bogor, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja secara simultan terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Packindo Surya Perkasa Tahur Halang Bogor. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 62 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, uji t dan uji f. Pengaruh positif Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi linier berganda sebesar Y = 13.464 + 0.458 X1 + 0.216 X2. Nilai koefesien korelasi (r) nya sebesar 0.684 artinya variabel Tingkat Pendidikan (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan. Koefesien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0.468, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) berkontribusi terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 46.8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik variabel Tingkat Penelitian (X1) diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6.909 > 2.000) hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat dikatakan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Tingkat Pendidikan terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan. Uji statistik variabel Pengalaman Kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (4.685 > 2.000) hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat dikatakan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan SPSS secara simultan diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (25.930 > 3.16) hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat dikatakan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Etos Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Packindo Surya Perkasa Tahur Halang Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and promotion on employee job satisfaction at PT Ceria Jusindo Nusantara Jakarta. The research hypothesis being tested is whether there is a significant effect between Compensation and Position Promotion on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Ceria Jusindo Nusantara Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method, the sampling method used is a saturated sample of 50 employees. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire, while the data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (R), coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study using SPSS 25, the t-test results obtained that tcount for compensation is smaller than the ttable value of 0.564 or (0.575> 0.05) with a significant value of 0.575> 0.05. So it can be concluded that partially compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee satisfaction. This means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The tcount value of work motivation is greater than ttable 1.677 or (3.869 > 1.677) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. For the F test, the Fcount value is 30,839 and a significant value of 0.000 so that it can be concluded that compensation and promotion simultaneously have an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the Fcount 30.839 > Ftable 3.20 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The results of multiple linear analysis obtained Y = 8.057 + 0.063 X1 + 0.742 X2 Keywords: Compensation, Promotion and Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Amanat Perkasa Speed Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan Kompensasi Finansial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 21,631 + 0,455X1, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,578 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 32,6%. Uji hipotesis uji t diperoleh t hitung 6,381 > 1,989 t tabel. Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 8,715 + 0,734X2, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,728 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,4%. Uji hipotesis uji t diperoleh t hitung 9,559 > 1,989 t tabel. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan Kompensasi Finansial dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 7,221 + 0,195X1 + 0,593X2, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,757 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,2%. Uji hipotesis uji F diperoleh f hitung 53,548 > 3,11 f tabel.

Abstract

On 2,3,4 December 2019, we had successfully carried out Community Service activities at the Bina Karya Workshop located at Jalan Jagakarsa 1 No.10 Rt.005 / 02 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially in the target people in Loka Bina Karya. The method used in this activity is training of fostered citizens to develop creativity from the results of homemade products. The result of community service obtained is the increase in knowledge of the target people. The knowledge gained by fostered citizens in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for fostered citizens in the future.
