Abstract

This research aims to determine the various values of Islamic guidance and counseling in Javanese culture, the implementation of Islamic guidance and counseling values in Javanese culture, and the relevance of Islamic guidance and counseling in Javanese culture. This is because a counselor cannot choose clients to carry out the counseling process. Each client has a different cultural background, one of which is Javanese culture. This study is qualitative research with a literature study approach with two types of data. Primary data was obtained through literature such as the Al-Qur'an, books on Islamic guidance and counseling, and Javanese culture. Secondary data was obtained through journals and information sources from the internet which contain values related to Islamic counseling guidance and Javanese culture. The results of this research are the values of Islamic guidance and counseling in Javanese culture, namely the belief in making choices through Islamic teachings and Javanese culture that have been passed down from generation to generation. Culture can influence the success of counseling because it can be seen in how clients are handled. The implementation of Islamic guidance and counseling in Javanese culture varies, for example, friendly greetings, greetings, and politeness.

Abstract

Kindergarten is an educational institution for children that lasts until children are 6 years old. At this age stage, children have a high curiosity about how to act properly in certain situations. For this reason, conditioning is needed to be able to control the development of behavior in each child. So, the purpose of this paper is to find out how to learn through social learning theory with efficient modeling techniques in shaping the desired behaviors in kindergarten age children. The subjects that will be observed are the students of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Jetis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection in the form of interviews and observations. The results of this study, positively, children can apply noble behavior through modeling techniques with live models, symbolic models and verbal description models.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak psikologis yang signifikan, khususnya bagi santri penyintas di Pondok Pesantren X. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas konseling krisis dalam meningkatkan psychological well-being (PWB) dan resiliensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Sebanyak 15 santri penyintas COVID-19 dijadikan subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket PWB, yang terdiri dari enam dimensi: penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon karena data bersifat non-parametrik dan bertujuan untuk membandingkan skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor PWB meningkat dari 85 menjadi 120, dan skor resiliensi meningkat dari 78 menjadi 115 setelah intervensi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p < 0,05, yang berarti konseling krisis efektif dalam meningkatkan PWB dan resiliensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konseling krisis dapat dijadikan intervensi psikologis yang signifikan bagi santri penyintas COVID-19.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a guidance and counseling service program to improve effective learning behavior at SMAN 4 Bandung. This research is a research & development research. Participants in this study were guidance and counseling teachers at SMAN 4 Bandung, and 1 class X learning group 3. Natural data collection techniques used were Questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The questionnaire used in the setting of this study was a developmental task instrument (ITP), and a student problem needs instrument (IKMS), while the analysis technique used was data triangulation. The incoming data will be compared for cross-checking related to its validity. A guidance and counseling service program to improve effective learning behavior is divided into four stages. First is observation activities, second is assessment activities, third is program planning, fourth is program implementation activities, and the last is program evaluation. The result achieved was the formation of a guidance and counseling service program to improve effective learning behavior that was approved to be implemented at SMAN 4 Bandung. The validation related to the program by the expert (judgment expert) has been feasible to be implemented with several revisions according to the suggestion, overall it can be categorized well.
