Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa di MI Ma?arif Grabag Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian gabungan dari kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru MI Ma?arif Grabag dan siswa di MI Ma?arif Grabag Magelang dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 siswa yang diambil secara acak dari kelas rendah ke kelas tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan hasil dari observasi bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar pada taraf kewajaran hal ini dilihat dari tingkat absensi dan nilai raport siswa, sedangkan hasil wawancara dengan guru MI bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar di MI Ma?arif Grabag masih tergolong masih belum tinggi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari sebaran skala motivasi belajar untuk siswa bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar siswa MI Ma?arif Grabag berada pada tingkat sedang dengan presentase nilai sebesar 74%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat motivasi belajar di MI Ma?arif Grabag tahun akademik 2018/2019 dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat motivasi belajar yang sedang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, maka perlu peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada kategori tinggi.   This study aims to determine the level of student motivation in MI Ma'arif Grabag 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The subjects of this study were MI Ma'arif Grabag teachers and students at MI Ma'arif Grabag Magelang by taking a sample of 100 students taken randomly from low to high class. The results of this study are based on the results of observations that the level of learning motivation at the level of reasonableness is seen from the level of student attendance and report cards, while the results of interviews with MI teachers that the level of learning motivation at MI Ma'arif Grabag is still relatively not high. The results obtained from the distribution of learning motivation scale for students that the level of learning motivation of MI Ma'arif Grabag students is at a moderate level with a percentage value of 74%. The conclusion in this study is the level of learning motivation in MI Ma'arif Grabag in the 2018/2019 academic year in the medium category. The level of learning motivation that can affect student learning outcomes, it is necessary to increase student learning motivation in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompokdengan teknik bermain peran dalam meningkatkan sikap prososial pada mahasiswabimbingan dan konseling semester 1 Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Desain penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode one group pre test post test design,yaitu membandingkan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik bermain peran efektif meningkatkan sikapprososial pada mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling semester 1 Universitas PGRIYogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka 0,005 pada Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) maka0,005 < 0,05. Melihat hasil tersebut maka bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik bermainperan efektif untuk meningkatkan prososial mahasiswa bimbingan dan konselingUniversitas PGRI Yogyakarta semester 1.Kata kunci: bimbingan, bermain peran, prososial

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK selama Pandemi Covid-19 di MTs Negeri 5 Demak. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 870 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 87 siswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus P : F/N x 100 % dan menggunakan skoring untuk penetapan tingkat kepuasan siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang diberikan Guru BK di MTs Negeri 5 Demak masuk dalam kategori sangat tidak puas dengan nilai rata-rata 22,28%. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan siswa dalam masing-masing bidang bimbingan dan konseling yaitu Bidang Belajar masuk pada kategori sangat tidak puas dengan nilai 23,80, Bdiang Pribadi masuk pada kategori sangat tidak puas dengan nilai 6,25, Bidang Sosial masuk pada kategor sangat tidak puas dengan nilai 6,50 dan Bidang Karir masuk pada kategori sangat tidak puas dengan nilai 22,28.Kata kunci: kepuasan siswa, layanan bimbingan dan konseling, pandemic covid-19

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of group guidance services using the rhyme map game technique on improving the manners of class X DPB students at SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. This research uses a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design, namely experimental research with one experimental group and 3 treatments. The population in this study were students of class X DPB and X AKL 2 SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling type. This research uses two variables, namely group guidance on rhyme map game techniques (X) and improving manners (Y). The data collection technique for this research uses a questionnaire with one instrument, namely the polite speech scale. The data analysis technique used is t-test analysis. The research results showed that the average pretest score before being given treatment was 84.13, while the average posttest score after being given treatment was 111.63. The difference between the student manners questionnaire before and after treatment was 27.5. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, the value of t = 10.090 was obtained with a value of p = 0.000 < 0.05, which means that guiding the pantun map game technique group affected improving the manners of class X DPB students at SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how group counseling based on traditional Macapat Sinom wisdom affects students. This study used a case study research design in conjunction with a qualitative methodology. To gather data, in-depth interviews were conducted. This study focuses on students, class teachers, and guidance and counseling professionals. 1) Data collection, 2) Data reduction, 3) Data presentation, and 4) Conclusion are all included in data analysis. Triangulation of sources was used to determine the data's validity. According to this study, students learn about the moral lesson found in macapat sinom. Student comprehend the significance of classic literature. The values of the local culture and how they can influence an individual's identity are better understood by the students. The impact of group counseling based on traditional Macapat Sinom wisdom is increasing students' cultural pride, according to the conclusion.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is a behavior that many found among people in recent times. Many argue that bullying behaviors include behaviors that aim to intimidate others, discredit others, and even injure others. Different forms of bullying behaviors, some of which include bullying, threatening, mocking, calling offensive calls, and isolating or alienating others in a group. There are many impacts of bullying behavior, including individuals who become inferior, depressed, depressed, or even self-rebellious and revengeful. Such impacts will be harmful to others as well as to the individuals concerned. Therefore it is necessary to attempt to overcome the bullying behavior. One way that can be used is through the application of group guidance with sociodrama technique. Sociodrama is one of group guidance techniques. Through sociodrama, individuals will be invited to play a role to train their ability to deal with bullying behavior in accordance with the drama theme being played.

Abstract

Study this aims (1) for knowing impact positive online game to motivation study SMP Negeri 2 Gamping students, (2) Impact negative online game to motivation study SMP Negeri 2 Gamping students, and (3) Services guidance and counseling provided by guidance and counseling teachers in accompaniment students playing online games. Study this use method study qualitative. Method data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. Data obtained then analyzed use descriptive qualitative with steps data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Test data validity using triangulation source and triangulation technique. Research results this namely (1) Impact positive that arises from use online game to motivation study students at SMP Negeri 2 Gamping that is online game as means entertainment when student fed up with lessons and after learning finished on time rest school, (2) Impact negativity that arises from use online game to motivation study students at SMP Negeri 2 Gamping that is decrease time study student, student be lazy in study, lazy to do Duty so that late gather assignments , students not enough focus in study late come to school because get up oversleep caused play online game until late night so that at school student sleepy in class, so motivation study student decreased, and (3) Guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Gamping give accompaniment students playing online games and motivation study with give service guidance classic, service guidance groups, and services individual counseling to students, but student not yet feel benefit from accompaniment that and the guardian class no there is collaboration with guidance and counseling teachers in accompaniment students playing online games.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) the level of analysis of cultural counselors' abilities in guidance and counseling practices and 2) the analysis of factors influencing the involvement of cultural counselors in guidance and counseling practices. This research method is a survey method. The targets in this study were the MGBK SMA Sleman Yogyakarta District, which consisted of 64 counseling teachers. The research procedures carried out in this study were 1) sample identification, 2) questionnaire development, 3) research implementation, 4) data collection, 5) data analysis, and 6) interpretation and conclusion. The data collection instrument used a cultural distribution questionnaire. Data analysis in this study is 1) descriptive analysis, 2) inferential analysis, 3) regression analysis. The results of this study show that the F-value is 4.56 with a p-value of 0.005. Because the p-value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the components of cultural ability measured in this study. In addition, it is known that the three components of cultural ability significantly influence the effectiveness of guidance and counseling practices. Cultural awareness had the most significant influence (β = 0.29, p = 0.011), followed by cultural skills (β = 0.26, p = 0.019) and cultural knowledge (β = 0.23, p = 0.022). Cultural attitudes have no significant effect (β = 0.20, p = 0.065). Counselors' cultural skills in guidance and counseling practice at MGBK SMA Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, are critical to understanding and responding to students' needs in the local cultural context. The main aspects of the counselor's cultural skills are understanding local culture, sensitivity to local context, use of language and culturally relevant terms, collaboration with cultural stakeholders, and self-development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat self resiliensi siswa di MTs Negeri 4 Kabupaten Magelang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa MTs Negeri 4 Kabupaten Magelang, dengan Populasi 1000 siswa dan Sampel 170 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket self resiliensi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara jumlah skor ideal untuk seluruh item dikalikan jumlah responden, jumlah jawaban “ dikalikan jumlah responden. Kemudian jumlah jawaban dibagi jumlah skor ideal, hasilnya dikalikan 100%. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa kondisi self resiliensi pada siswa pada kategori sedang dengan nilai 82%. Sedangkan hasil tiap indikator yaitu 1) Kondisi Indikator Pengendalian Emosi pada kondisi sedang dengan nilai 77%, 2) Kondisi Indikator Kemampuan Untuk Mengontrol Implus pada kondisi sedang dengan nilai 61% dan 3) Kondisi Indikator Self Eficacy pada kondisi sedang dengan nilai 78%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahwa kondisi self resiliensi siswa MTs Negeri 4 Kabupaten Magelang berada pada kondisi sedang dan kondisi setiap indikator 1) Indikator Pengendalian Emosi, 2) Indikator Kemampuan Untuk Mengontrol Implus, 3) Indikator Self Eficacy berada pada kategori sedang.
