Abstract

The background of the research is the availability of facilities and infrastructure to make all who live in boarding schools feel comfortable so they can carry out teaching and learning activities comfortably in boarding schools. Comfort in teaching and learning really determines the success of the educational process in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. It was held at the Pondok Pesantren Putra An Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. The data sources of this research are the documentation of the Islamic boarding school in the form of a book on the accountability report of the boarding school administrator of the son of An Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. Data collection method is documentation. Data analysis is done by examining existing data, then reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the son of An Nawawi Islamic boarding school Berjan Purworejo carried out the management of facilities and infrastructure in steps: planning carried out through program planning meetings at the An Nawawi male Islamic boarding school; Procurement was an activity of procuring pesantren facilities and infrastructure according the results of mutual agreement in the planning process; inventory, namely all items belonging to the An Nawawi men's boarding school are neatly inventoryed in the inventory list of goods; Maintenance, namely maintenance of facilities and infrastructure of An Nawawi men's boarding school, is carried out by all people who are in boarding schools. The controlling is carried out by the head of facilities and inscriptions section; The write-off is carried out at the An Nawawi men's boarding school by replacing if possible and removing from the inventory list of goods.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the practice of Merti Desa tradition in Kemranggen Village, particularly in building community harmony. This field research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. The study was carried out in Kemranggen Village, Bruno District, Purworejo Re­gency, Central Java Province from January to March 2021. The informants of this research were the leaders and all parties involved and witnessed the events of Merti Desa activities in the village. Data was collected through observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through four stages, namely: data documen­tation, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/ verification. Study findings indicated that the entire series of Merti Desa activities in Kemranggen Village built the harmony of the community through partici­pation, cooperation and mutual assistance regardless of differences in religion, ethnicity, race, social strata and profession. Keywords: Cultural Practice, Merti Desa, Harmony     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan praktik tradisi Merti Desa di Desa Kemranggen, khususnya dalam membangun kerukunan masyarakat. Penelitian lapangan ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Kemranggen, Kecamatan Bruno, Kabupaten Purworejo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2021. Informan penelitian ini adalah para pimpinan dan semua pihak yang terlibat dan menyaksikan langsung peristiwa kegiatan Merti Desa di desa tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui obser­vasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: dokumentasi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pena­rikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh rangkaian kegiatan Merti Desa di Desa Kemranggen membangun keru­kunan masyarakat melalui partisipasi, kerjasama dan gotong royong tanpa membedakan agama, suku, ras, strata sosial dan profesi.  Kata Kunci: Laku Budayai, Merti Desa, Kerukunan Umat.

Abstract

The people of Salam Village, Gebang District, Purworejo Regency carry out the congregational prayer tradition for forty consecutive days. This study takes the formulation of the problem, namely how to implement congregational prayers for forty days in the Salam Village community. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of congregational prayers for forty consecutive days in the Salam Village community. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach using analysis, process and meaning. This type of research is field research. The time of this research was carried out in March-June 2022 in Salam Village, Gebang District, Purworejo Regency. The object of research is the behavior of congregational prayer for forty consecutive days of Salam village residents, Gebang District, Purworejo Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis through the steps of data documentation, data reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the congregational prayer for forty consecutive days in the Salam Village community departs from the Prophet's orders. in the hadith narrated by Tirmidhi. The Salam Village community in understanding the hadith recommending congregational prayers for forty consecutive days using the textual method, where they focus on two virtues that will be obtained for anyone who does it, namely being free from hellfire and free from hypocrisy. The public's reception of congregational prayers for forty consecutive days can be said to be very good, where the enthusiasm of the Salam Village community towards praying congregational prayers for forty consecutive days is quite good, it can be seen that participants pray in congregation for forty consecutive days this has a relatively large number. The benefits of carrying out congregational prayers for forty days in a row are getting used to praying in congregation, being more disciplined in time and not a few mentioning that when praying in congregation for forty days in a row they can meet with relatives.

Abstract

The Central Java regional government designated Rendeng Village as a harmony-conscious village because it succeeded in maintaining religious harmony. This study aims to determine the form of Implementation of inter-religious tolerance in realizing community harmony. This qualitative research method uses case studies—the place of research in Rendeng Village, Gebang District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. The results showed that the form of Implementation of the concept of tolerance in Rendeng village was through various fields, including in the field of belief, namely by accepting differences in beliefs and the social field, maintaining mutual brotherhood and harmony by prioritizing solidarity between brotherhood and neighbors. In the political field, with the principle that all villagers have equal political rights and opportunities with consideration of professionalism and integrity, the role of the Rendeng village government by emphasizing the importance of unity, integrity, and harmony, involving all villagers in village activities and serving the needs of villagers regardless of religion and belief, the role of religious leaders and community leaders is by providing an understanding of the plurality of life in Rendeng Village as well as providing advice and motivation for mutual respect, cooperation and deliberation among fellow community members.

Abstract

School Based Management (SBM) can be interpreted as the use of school-based resources in the teaching or learning process. The research objective is to find out: Implementation of School Based Management in SDN 1 Mranti Kec. Purworejo Kab. Purworejo in the 2018/2019 school year. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants or informants in this study are the principal, teachers, employees. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis in this study, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed SDN 1 Mranti,. Purworejo, Purworejo has implemented School Management Components namely curriculum management and teaching programs, management of teaching staff, student management, financial management and financing, management of educational facilities and infrastructure, management of school relations with the community, and management of special services (library management, health management (UKS) , and school security management).

Abstract

Student management is a very important thing applied to educational institutions. Student management is the entire process of planned and deliberately pursued activities and continuous development of all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the implementation of student management in MTs Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo. This study uses a naturalistic qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained through interviews with the administrative field of MTs Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo. The results showed the implementation of student management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al Iman Bulus Gebang Purworejo, which was in planning including the implementation of new student admission programs by forming committees, analyzing the capacity of new students, and the selection process of new students. The implementation of student management is manifested by the orientation of new students, regulating the attendance and absence of students, grouping students, managing students who are mutated and dropped out. Supervision is realized by the existence of a code of ethics, court, punishment and discipline of school students. Evaluation is held by midterm and end of semester exams as well as consideration in improving students' classes.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of independent learning curriculum management at SD IT Ash-Shiddiqiyyah Berjan Purworejo. The type of research used is qualitative research, and the method used in data collection is by conducting in-depth observations, in-depth interviews and documentation, then data analysis techniques through the data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SD IT Ash-Shiddiqiyyah Berjan Purworejo started in the 2022/2023 academic year gradually, namely for grades one and four. The implementation of independent learning curriculum management at SD IT Ash-Shiddiqiyyah Berjan Purworejo follows curriculum management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Planning is carried out through the stages of analyzing the condition of the school and needs analysis and is determined through meetings. The organizing process is done by determining the curriculum design and developing a master plan. Implementation of the curriculum is divided into several activities, namely the activities of the principal, educators (teachers), student activities, learning process activities and non-academic development activities, and learning media maintenance activities. The evaluation uses the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model evaluasi Konteks, Input, Proses, Produk (CIPP) di lembaga pendidikan RA Az Zahra Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konteks: Visi, misi, dan tujuan RA Az Zahra selaras dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan perkembangan pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis Islam; (2) Input: Sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan kurikulum disusun secara terencana sesuai dengan standar nasional PAUD; (3) Proses: Pelaksanaan pembelajaran, manajemen kelas, dan evaluasi berjalan sesuai prosedur tetapi masih memerlukan penguatan dalam hal keterlibatan orang tua; (4) Produk: Hasil belajar anak menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam aspek kognitif, sosial emosional, dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menyiratkan bahwa model evaluasi CIPP dapat menjadi acuan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan bagi lembaga PAUD. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada peningkatan pelatihan guru, optimalisasi fasilitas, dan penguatan program kemitraan dengan orang tua.
