Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of price factors on purchasing decisions, the influence of product quality factors on purchasing decisions and the influence of promotional factors on consumer purchasing decisions of Cap Nona Sweetened Condensed Milk in Ambon City. The type of research is empirical with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses the t-statistical test to test the partial regression coefficients and the F-statistical test to test the effect together or simultaneously with a confidence level of 0.05 or 5%. The test results show the price variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show the coefficient value of 0.192 with a significant value of 0.01 below the 0.05 level of significance. The product quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show a coefficient value of 0.191 with a significant value of 0.00 below the significant level of 0.05. The promotion variable (X3) has no significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show the coefficient value of 0.134 with a significant value of 0.28 above the significant level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of price on purchasing decisions, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and the effect of promotional quality on purchasing decisions of pearl oyster shells in Batu Merah Village, Ambon City. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show the coefficient value of 0.153 with a significant value above 0.05.

Abstract

The rise of online gambling presents significant ethical and social challenges, particularly within Christian communities, where such behavior conflicts with core religious values. This study examines the potential of Christian ethics education as a solution to mitigate the impact of online gambling, highlighting principles of stewardship, self-control, and moral integrity as key frameworks for addressing this issue. Through a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review, this research explores the addictive nature of online gambling, its effects on individuals and families, and the Christian perspective on gambling-related behaviors. Findings suggest that Christian ethics education can play a crucial role in fostering awareness and resilience against gambling addiction, promoting values that align with responsible living, financial prudence, and community harmony. This study underscores the importance of integrating Christian ethical teachings into community and church programs as a preventive strategy, offering believers practical guidance to navigate the moral challenges of the digital age.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of government policies on entrepreneurial ecosystems through a comparative analysis of developing and developed economies. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, including systematic literature reviews, case studies from various countries, and quantitative data analysis. The systematic review reveals diverse policy strategies employed by governments to stimulate entrepreneurship, while case studies highlight policy effectiveness in sectors such as technology, finance, and innovation. Quantitative data analysis elucidates disparities in entrepreneurship rates, access to finance, and regulatory environments across economies. Findings underscore the importance of context-specific policies, sectoral focus, and regional collaboration in fostering vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystems. The research contributes insights and recommendations for policymakers, stakeholders, and researchers to design adaptive policy frameworks that nurture sustainable entrepreneurship and drive economic growth.

Abstract

As global trade increasingly shifts toward services, many countries struggle to remain competitive in digitally driven markets due to infrastructural gaps, regulatory fragmentation, and firm-level disparities. This literature review investigates how digitalization reshapes the global competitiveness of exported services. Based on 58 peer-reviewed studies published between 2015 and 2024, the analysis identifies four recurring themes: digital infrastructure, firm-level digital capabilities, regulatory and institutional environments, and structural barriers. Findings show that while digitalization facilitates service scalability, market access, and innovation, competitiveness remains uneven and contingent on a country’s or firm’s ability to align digital assets with institutional coherence and strategic readiness. The review highlights that to enhance digital service competitiveness, governments must prioritize inclusive infrastructure investment, support SMEs in acquiring digital capabilities, harmonize cross-border digital regulations, and mitigate risks tied to platform dependency and cybersecurity. These implications point to the need for coordinated policy responses and long-term strategies that build digital resilience and equitable participation in global service trade.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of working capital turnover on profitability at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. This study uses simple linear regression analysis method to ascertain the direction of the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, whether it has a positive or negative relationship, and to predict the value of the dependent variable when the value of the independent variable experiences an increase or decrease using the formula Y = a + bX. The results of this study, based on simple linear regression testing, indicate that working capital turnover negatively affects profitability, as well as the t-test, indicating that working capital turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Literasi keuangan masyarakat memiliki peran yang krusial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial dan stabilitas ekonomi suatu negara. Namun, tingkat literasi keuangan yang rendah masih menjadi tantangan di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya nyata untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat melalui program edukasi dan pelatihan keuangan yang efektif. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat melalui program edukasi dan pelatihan keuangan dengan fokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang bijak terhadap keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini menggabungkan pendekatan Partisipatoris Action Research (PAR) dan Community-Based Research (CBR). Pendekatan PAR memungkinkan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat dalam merancang dan melaksanakan program literasi keuangan, sementara pendekatan CBR memungkinkan keterlibatan langsung dalam kehidupan masyarakat target untuk memahami tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam literasi keuangan masyarakat, terutama dalam pemahaman konsep dasar keuangan, perubahan perilaku keuangan yang lebih bijak, serta peningkatan akses dan partisipasi dalam layanan keuangan formal. Dengan demikian, program edukasi dan pelatihan keuangan ini memiliki dampak positif yang dapat membantu masyarakat mencapai kesejahteraan finansial yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, upaya peningkatan literasi keuangan melalui program-program seperti ini membutuhkan kerjasama yang erat antara peneliti, pemangku kepentingan, dan masyarakat untuk mencapai hasil yang berkelanjutan dan signifikan.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengembangan fintech di Indonesia dan business model canvas menjadi subjek utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, jurnal, dan laporan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan fintech di Indonesia sudah berkembang sangat pesat dan telah merambah ke berbagai sektor, mulai dari pembayaran, peminjaman, perencanaan keuangan, pembiayaan hingga investasi. Hal ini dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memenuhi segala kebutuhannya terutama dalam hal finansial. Selain itu, penerapan business model canvas sangat efektif dalam membantu perusahaan dalam menggambarkan dan memvisualisasikan model bisnis yang diinginkan agar dapat memudahkan dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat serta dapat memaksimalkan pendapatan dan keuntungan jangka panjang. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha kecil dalam menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi "Akuntansiku". Pelatihan difokuskan pada Usaha Kecil Omela Eras yang bergerak di bidang produksi kain tenun di Jalan Sirimau RT 02 RW 02 Kayu Putih Soya, dengan pemilik usaha Mama Oke. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup survei awal, workshop dua hari dengan sesi teori dan praktik, serta evaluasi pasca-pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri. Dengan kemampuan baru ini, usaha kecil Omela Eras diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akses ke pembiayaan, dan daya saing di pasar. Program pelatihan serupa diusulkan untuk dilakukan secara berkala untuk mencakup lebih banyak pelaku usaha kecil di wilayah sekitar
