Abstract

Latar Belakang:  Penggunaan Nasogatric Tube merupakan salah satu faktor terjadinya pneumonia. Pneumonia merupakan proses inflamasi pada parenkim paru yang biasanya berhubungan dengan peningkatan cairan alveolar dan interstisial. Pneumonia adalah infeksi nosokomial tertinggi ke dua angka kejadiannya. Komplikasi penggunaan nasogatric tube dapat mengakibatkan pneumonia aspirasi. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis observasional analitik dan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan tekhnik consecutive sampling  dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 17 responden. Responden yang diambil adalah responden yang menggunakan NGT >48 jam. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis ini menggunakan uji statistik Fisher Exact.Hasil: Ditemukan kejadian pneumonia sebanyak 13 orang (76,5%). Berdasarkan uji statistik fisher exact didapatkan hasil p value 0,022 < ?= 0,05.dan OR = 0,028.Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan penggunaan nasogatric tube dengan terjadinya pneumonia di ICU RSUD. DR. Abstract

Cempedak Rahuk salah satu kelurahan yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau yang melaksanakan roda pemerintahan dan menggerakkan masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan yaitu dengan mengikut sertakan masyarakat berpartisipasi untuk kemajuan pembangunan. Observasi yang dilakukan masih ditemukan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Yadav dalam Mardikanto (2013) dimana untuk melihat partisipasi dalam pembangunan yang meliputi partisipasi masyarakat didalam pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, pemantauan dan evaluasi pembangunan, Partisipasi dalam pemanfaatan hasil pembangunan. Responden yang dilibatkan meliputi pemerintah kelurahan, Lembaga kelurahan dan masyarakat sendiri dengan total 104 responden. Data diperlukan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Temuan penelitian berkaitan dengan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan dikelurahan Cempedak Rahuk Kecamatan Tanah Putih adalah Cukup Baik dengan jumlah akhir total skor 2.224 atau (59.40 %). Selain itu faktor pendukung yaitu tingginya Partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pemantauan dan evaluasi pembangunan dan faktor penghambat yaitu masih rendah partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pemanfatan hasil pembangunan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the programs of the Segak Singkawang community organization in the community and to find out the description of the values of mutual cooperation by the Segak Singkawang Community Organization in Sungai Garam Village and to find out the obstacles faced by the Segak Singkawang Community Organization in implementing the values of mutual cooperation in Sungai Garam Village and to find out an overview of the values of mutual cooperation by the Segak Singkawang Community Organization in Sungai Garam Village. This research method is to use descriptive with a form of qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data subjects in this study are the Chairman, Members of the Segak Singkawang Community Organization, Chairman of the Rt and Society. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the program there is a Segak Singkawang Community Organization program which is carried out annually, monthly and is carried out according to the situation and conditions as well as programs implemented in collaboration with the community in Sungai Garam Village.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri has to constantly put first professionalism when pursuing its mission to advance higher education. Obviously, every effort is made to ensure that this educational institution is accepted by the community. Observing the increasing interest of prospective students is a top priority. Examining this is crucial because it relates to the expansion of postsecondary education as the nation's primary mode of instruction. This study will examine the influence of product, price, location, and advertising on students' selection of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri. Students from the Management Programme contribute to the population of the study. Using the Leedy formula, one hundred respondents comprise the sample. Utilizing the confidence sampling technique, the sample is determined. Utilizing the Classical Assumption Test to analyze data. All of the evaluated factors had a significant impact on the selection of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri by students.

Abstract

Accounts receivable are corporate assets or a collection of company invoices from selling products or services using a deferred sales system for a predetermined period. Meanwhile, trade debt is a company's obligation from purchasing products or services in the past and must be paid immediately within a specific time frame. Furthermore, Operational Cash Flow is a report that provides cash inflows and outflows associated with a company's operations during a specific period and explains the sources of cash revenues and expenditures. The research intends to examine the impact of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on Operational Cash Flow at XYZ Hospital. This study used a qualitative research method. This study analyzed what happens to Accounts Receivable and Payable on Operational Cash Flow. According to the findings of this study, Hospital XYZ's accounts payable and receivable management followed standard operating procedures (SOP). However, it has not been completely implemented regarding monitoring, and there are various roadblocks.

Abstract

The disciplinary character of students can grow well if it is based on the individual's willingness to do good habituation and go through a long and continuous process that involves the role of the family, educational institutions and social environment. This study limits the formulation of the problem to: 1) How are efforts to improve the disciplinary character of students of State High School 01 Kandis Ogan Ilir, 2). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for efforts to improve the character of students of State High School 01 Kandis Ogan Ilir?. This research is a Qualitative research. The data collection technique of this study uses the method of observation, documentation, interviews. Data analysis techniques used include: Data analysis in qualitative research, carried out at the time of data collection, and after completion of data collection in a certain period. At the time of the interview, the researcher had already conducted an analysis of the answers of the interviewee. If the answers interviewed after dialysis feel unsatisfactory, then the researcher will continue the question again, to a certain degree, obtained data that is considered credible. The results of the study explained that: 1). Discipline from the beginning has been instilled in all school residents at State High School 01 Kandis Ogan Ilir, be it among students, educators or other educational personnel using teaching and learning methods

Abstract

Indonesia is the world's largest Muslim majority. With so many Muslim consumers, halal labeling is essential for every product promoted. Halal-labeled products include food and beverages, as well as other consumer goods such as skincare, medications, and other products. Besides from that, price influences consumers' decisions to purchase halal products for daily use. This research aims to examine that halal labelling and price influences purchasing decisions for HNI (Halal Network International) products in Dumai City. The respondents in this study were 100 people selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling approach. This study employs a quantitative technique, utilising a Likert measurement scale. Data is collected using questionnaires, which are then processed with the Statistical Product and Services Solution (SPSS). The study's findings show that halal labels have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, as do pricing. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant between the halal label and the price, which both influence purchase decisions.

Abstract

Profitability is one of the key indicators in assessing a company's financial performance, particularly for distribution companies that rely on sales effectiveness and accounts receivable management. This research aims to analyze the influence of sales and accounts receivable on profitability at CV. Dima Mandiri Sejahtera. Specifically, this study examines the significant influence of sales on profitability, the significant influence of accounts receivable on profitability, and the simultaneous significant influence of sales and accounts receivable on company profitability. The study population consisted of 476 stores, with a sample of 134 obtained through purposive sampling and non-probability sampling techniques. The research approach uses a quantitative method with a ratio measurement scale. Data was obtained from the company's sales and accounts receivable reports, which were then analyzed using the Statistical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) version 22 application. The research results indicate that sales have a more significant impact on profitability compared to accounts receivable. Meanwhile, the influence of accounts receivable on profitability was found to be smaller. This finding indicates that improved corporate profitability can be achieved by strengthening sales activities and more efficiently managing receivables to maintain cash flow stability.
