Abstract

Desa Labonu di Kecamatan Basidondo, yang terdiri dari tiga dusun yang mayoritas masyarakatnya bergantung pada sektor perkebunan dan peternakan. Dalam peternakan, sanitasi kandang berperan penting untuk mencegah penyakit, melindungi peternak, serta meningkatkan kualitas produk ternak seperti daging dan susu dari kontaminasi. Namun, limbah peternakan dan pertanian yang tidak dikelola dapat mencemari lingkungan. Solusi efektif yang diterapkan adalah pemanfaatan limbah menjadi pupuk organik, yang mampu mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia, menjaga kesuburan tanah, dan mengurangi limbah. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan program penyuluhan sanitasi kandang dan pembuatan pupuk organik di Desa Labonu telah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya sanitasi kandang dan pengelolaan limbah ternak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the competence of PPKn teachers in the application of learning models in the learning process at SMP Negeri 8 Samarinda. aims to analyze the competence of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers in the application of the learning model at SMP Negeri 8 Samarinda. The teacher competencies studied include four main aspects, namely pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of three PPKn teachers who actively taught at SMP Negeri 8 Samarinda. The results of the study show that in general, PPKn teachers at SMP Negeri 8 Samarinda have a good understanding of various learning models such as cooperative learning models, group discussions, and problem-based learning. However, in practice, the implementation of the learning model has not been optimal due to several obstacles, such as limited time, inadequate learning facilities, and low student learning motivation. Teachers' pedagogic and professional competencies tend to be more prominent than personality and social competencies, which still need to be improved in the context of interaction with students and colleagues. Thus, improving teacher competence as a whole is important to support the effectiveness of the implementation of varied and innovative learning models, so that the learning goals of PPKn can be achieved optimally

Abstract

Muhammad Kholid Syaifullah, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University. The Role of Golkar Institute in Strengthening the Commitment of Young Cadres of the Golkar Party in Regional Politics. under the guidance of Dr. Jamil., S.Pd., MAP as Supervisor I and Mrs. Endang Herliah., S.Pd., M.Pd as Supervisor II. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the Golkar Institute and the obstacles encountered by the Golkar Institute in strengthening the commitment of young cadres, identifying solutions through programs and activities outlined in the work program and measuring the impact of the program on young cadres in contesting in the regional political arena.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted from August to October 2024. The subjects of this research were the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Academic Manager, and several alumni of the Golkar Institute who are dynamic in regional politics. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity used data triangulation. The results of the study show that the growth of commitment and awareness of dynamics in the regional political arena is supported by the quality and capabilities of young cadres. Golkar Institute as an educational and training institution has a great responsibility in providing knowledge and skills. Various obstacles both internally and externally are faced with various optimizations of work programs such as training, Executive Education Program For Young Political Leaders and so on. These various efforts are made to prepare quality cadres who are ready to serve in the region through direct contributions.
