Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Service of Banda Aceh city continues to make various efforts in providing population administration services to the community. One of the innovations that developed was an online birth registration, where the community utilizes modern technology. The recording model has become stimulation for other regions in Aceh who want to apply the same thing. Even, there were other areas that have learned good practices that had been implemented in Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine the background that led to the initiation of online birth registration and the impact of online birth registration on the expansion of birth ownership. The research method used was qualitative research and the data were analyzed descriptively. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results showed that the background that led to the creation of online birth certificates were: to utilize modern technology; to facilitate the community; to implement the inspiration that came when was doing a comparative study to Pasuruan with the Education and Community Study Center (PKPM) team and the presence of community that had no time to conduct the birth certificate. The existence of online birth registration has a very big impact on the community, which increasing the scope of birth certificates and speeding up the management process which can be handled at any time and at any moment.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerencanaan Ini bertujuan untuk menata pengolahan tata masa bangunan Kawasan resort untuk menunjangkegiatan wisata pantai dengan memperhatikan kearifan lokal di kawasan yg di rencanakan. Metode yangdigunakan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif denganmengumpulkan data yakni dengan melakukan survey lapangan secara langsung ke lokasi, serta di tunjangdengan teori-teori dari berbagai artikel dan jurnal-jurnal yang berhubungan dengan perencanaaan Resort ini.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lokasi perencanaan ini berada di Kawasan Pantai Walengkabola Desa OempuKabupaten Muna dengan luas lahan ± 30 Ha. Pengolahan tata masa bangunan mengadopsi pola permukimanmasyarakat Muna yakni membentuk pola grid memanjang mengikuti jalan dengan pengembangan daneksplorasi pada rancangan tapak. Pendekatan konsep arsitektur tradisional Muna di terapkan pada semuabangunan yakni bentuk rumah panggung , atap membentuk segi tiga memanjnag ke belakang/ pelana denganbentuk sederhana, dan dinding membentuk pola vertical.Kata kunci : Wisata pantai , Resort, Arsitektur tradisional MunaABSTRACTThis planning aims to organize the processing of the resort area building layout to support coastal tourismactivities by paying attention to local wisdom in the planned area. The method used to obtain data andinformation in this study is a qualitative method by collecting data, namely by conducting field surveysdirectly to the location, and supported by theories from various articles and journals related to planning thisResort. The results of this study are the location of this planning is in the Walengkabola Beach Area, OempuVillage, Muna Regency with a land area of ± 30 hectares. The processing of the building period adopted thesettlement pattern of the Muna community, namely forming a longitudinal grid pattern following thedevelopment and exploration of the site design. The traditional Muna architectural concept approach isapplied to all buildings, namely the shape of the house on stilts, the roof forms a triangular extendingbackward / saddle with a simple shape, and the walls form a vertical pattern.Keywords: Beach Toursm, Resort, Muna Traditional Architecture
