Abstract

Organizational management in the company is very important part to achieve organizational goals. Many factors must be considered in the management of organizational management related to human resources (HR). Rapid development and advancement of information and communication technology (ICT), external and internal environmental factors, international competition, uncertain global economic conditions. All this encourages companies to look for new ways to be able to utilize human resources more effectively. PT. Victory Techology Abadi utilizes ICT in the management of human resources that is still in the management of the management of a digital organization, by developing computer-based information systems. This system is designed with the waterfall diagram model approach with step 1. Requirement analysis, 2. Design, 3. Implementation, 4. Testing, 5. Maintenance. The results of the development carried out has resulted in a computer programmer application for HR management. This system is expected to be able to manage all organizational management activities of PT. Victory Technology better.

Abstract

Sales of Salted Fish in Nipah Panjang is one of the entrepreneurs engaged in selling salted fish that still uses manual systems and the development of systems that are more complicated and far from efficient. One of them is Salin Fish Sales information system in Nipah Panjang which is now not computerized and well integrated, so that it still has many shortcomings in handling sales issues. The approach used in research is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) approach and with the Prototype model. To design a new system and so that the design of this new system can overcome the weaknesses of the old system, it must be known how the inputs, processes, and outputs that exist in the current system. The tools used are Data Flow Diagram Modeling (DFD) and balsamiq mockups in building website designs. The results of the design of this system are expected to facilitate the sale of Salted Fish in Long Nipah for the process of selling salted fish and provide information on the price of salted fish in detail.

Abstract

Information systems have a very important role in the development of an agency, especially at PT. MNC Securities Jambi. PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi which apparently has not optimized the development of the information system. This causes the processing of archiving data PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi became ineffective and inefficient. This study aims to analyze and study the problems in data processing archiving PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi, a web-based information system that can make it easier for admins to process archiving data. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method and is supported by a systems analysis approach that uses object-oriented methods with data flow diagrams or data flow diagrams (DFD). This research resulted in data processing of incoming and outgoing mail archiving at PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi is web-based which can make it easier for admins to manage data.

Abstract

State Elementary School 94/IV is a public education school located in Jambi City, Indonesia. State Elementary School 94/IV Jambi City is an educational institution operated or provided by the government. The learning that has been implemented is based on the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and the syllabus that has been implemented according to the K13 guidelines (2013 curriculum) and has 6 classrooms. However, Elementary School 94/IV has not implemented a teaching system using learning videos or other interactive learning media in order to attract students' attention and focus in the teaching-teaching process. With the analysis of these problems, the researchers tried to design an interactive learning media system in the form of animation using Adobe Flash CS6 with the aim of attracting attention, focus and motivation for students' interest in learning Mathematics. With interactive learning media methods students can optimize understanding in learning Mathematics so that the teaching-teaching process becomes effective and efficient.

Abstract

Educational games as additional media in the process of learning and teaching early childhood in Harapan Bunda Kindergarten, Mestong District, Muaro Jambi Regency. Where in this kindergarten there is no available learning media in the form of educational games. The results of this research are expected to be used as additional references in early childhood learning. To create a quality generation, education must be carried out from an early age in this case through Early Childhood Education. This game is designed with educational elements and attractive designs for children with the aim of fostering learning motivation with simulation media in the form of games.

Abstract

The research aims to build a sales information system on the R&R based on the web. The system was developed using the PHP programming language using MySQL as a database. The method of data collection is done by way of interviews, observation, and coupled with a study of the library which has a connection with the problems faced. While the research method used is the descriptive qualitative research with the Waterfall model development system. From research conducted, found problems such as; 1) Manual recording is not neat, 2) not regularly structured sales transactions, and 3) Often lost transaction notes , resulting in difficulties in recording transactions and also errors in recording the end of month reports. The effort to solve this problem is by creating a web-based sales information system using MySQL

Abstract

Research on the design of information systems for the Language Training Center Tutoring Institute aims to develop a more valid and effective institutional information system for administrative management of course participants. The research procedure was carried out using a waterfall diagram model through the definition phase, namely a field trip to obtain primary data regarding the problems they faced. In the design phase, the researcher designed the database, the form of input, output and interface design, in the implementation phase, the researcher used the PHP and MySQL programming languages to implement what the researcher had designed. And in the testing phase and maintenance phase it aims to determine the level of error and the achievement of the application that has been designed. The Jambi Language Training Center (LTC) Tutoring Institute in the administrative processing of student data from registration to reporting is still done manually. This system causes the administration to be less effective and efficient. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a website-based information system processing in facing business competition in this era of globalization and also to provide excellent service to the community's needs for fast information on this institution. Researchers in designing database applications use Php and Mysql. From this research an interactive website has been produced that can facilitate course institutions in processing student data and also makes it easier for users to obtain information about this institution. This research can be developed by the following researchers in the form of an Android-based application.

Abstract

An organization or company certainly has assets to support its operational activities, so it is very important to maintain the assets themselves. Not maintaining assets and asset data can be an important problem for the organization or company. This asset maintenance system aims to facilitate the maintenance of asset data, especially at the Jambi Class III Port Health Office. The Jambi Class III Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Health which is under and responsible to the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control. Asset maintenance in the office still uses the manual method, namely the person in charge of the room comes directly to make a request for repairs, making it difficult for officers to maintain these assets. To overcome this problem, we need a form of asset maintenance system that can assist in the repair request process. Making this application is done by collecting data, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The database used is MySQL. The input requirements for the Information Technology Equipment Asset Maintenance System are asset data, room data, and work area data. The process requirements needed are: Login process, request process, and input, update, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: the request report is approved, and the request data report is rejected. The purpose of making this thesis is the creation of a Web-Based Information Technology Device Asset Maintenance System. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in maintaining information technology equipment assets.

Abstract

This study aims to design, create and test the attendance system of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students using Arduino Mega 2560-based Fingerprint. This research was conducted at SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City from January to April 2021.This research was conducted using the R and D (Research and Development) method which includes planning, designing, manufacturing and testing tools carried out by making a tool system with input in the form of a Fingerprint Module. Control system with Arduino Mega 2560. Output system in the form of LCD and SMS reports to parents of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 students in Jambi City. The way this tool works is by identifying the fingerprint pattern of DB 4 High School students during registration and transfer using the Fingerprint Module. The Fingerprint module is activated by a fingerprint then identified. The fingerprint that is read will appear on the LCD and through serial communication with the Arduino, the fingerprint will automatically respond to send a message in the form of an SMS to the parents of students who have been registered in the Arduino module.The test results on the Module reached 100% successfully detecting fingerprints that can record attendance data for SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students at SD CARD and provide SMS reports to their respective parents.

Abstract

Pemilihan Duta Bahasa Provinsi Jambi merupakan kegiatan tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jambi untuk menumbuhkan sikap positif terhadap bahasa Indonesia, melestarikan bahasa daerah, serta meningkatkan penguasaan bahasa asing. Selama ini, proses penilaian masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas, membutuhkan waktu lama, dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk mendukung proses seleksi dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product. Sistem dirancang agar dapat mengolah data peserta, kriteria, bobot penilaian, dan nilai dari juri sebagai input utama. Selanjutnya, data diproses melalui penghitungan metode Weighted Product dengan cara mengalikan nilai alternatif yang dipangkatkan sesuai bobot kriteria yang telah ditetapkan hingga diperoleh nilai preferensi masing-masing peserta. Output dari sistem berupa peringkat otomatis yang objektif dan akurat, sehingga memudahkan juri dalam menentukan pemenang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat memproses data dengan cepat, menampilkan hasil sesuai bobot yang telah ditentukan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam penentuan pemenang Pemilihan Duta Bahasa Provinsi Jambi.
