Abstract

The research was due to the lack of students’ activities and students were bit afraid of asking questions to the teacher, instead, the preferred asking to their peers. The research aimed at describing students’ activities during the implementation of peer Tutor with a Portfolio evaluation. It was to see whether the implementation better than conventional learning technique. The design was experimental research. The population was stucents grade VIII at SMPN 4 Pancung Soal. They were VIII1, VIII2, VIII3, VIII4. Using random sampling technique, grade VIII1 was chosen as the experimental group, while grade VIII2 as the control group. The instrument used was observation sheet and essay mathematic test. From the test reliability, the learning outcome of learning with the implementation of peer tutor with portfolio evaluation was obtained.Based on the analysis of observation sheet, there was an improvement of students’ activities during the teaching and learning process and the data analysis obtained was distributed homogeny and normal. Based on the analysis of hypothesis, it was obtained that the p-value= 0,012 was < α=0,05. Thus, the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded thet students’ math concept understanding using peer tutor technique with a portfolio evaluation was better than that of conventional technique.

Abstract

The study examines the comparison of economic learning outcomes between cooperative learning models of the Take and Give and Mind Mapping types by considering self-concept in class X Student of Public High Schools 01 of the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in economic learning outcomes and the interaction between learning models and students’ self-concept. The method used in this study is a comparative method with an experimental approach. The study population was 230 students with a total sample of 78 students. This research technique is Cluster Random Sampling. Questionnaire data collection techniques and test techniques.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan hasil belajar Ekonomi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Take and Give dan Mind Mapping dengan mempertimbangkan konsep diri pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 01 Negeri Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi serta interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan konsep diri siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini 0 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 siswa. Teknik penelitian ini adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, tes, dan angket. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen soal three tier yang valid, reliabel, praktis serta efektif pada kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 9 Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Hannafie & Peck yang terdiri atas 3 fase yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa alat evaluasi berupa soal three tier pada materi sistem reproduksi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Luwu Utara telah dinyatakan; (1) valid dengan nilai 87% dari instrumen soal three tier dan 83 % untuk soal three tier, (3) praktis dengan nilai dari respon guru 96% dan 92 % dari respon siswa dan observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan nilai 88% kategori sangat praktis, (4) efektif dengan nilai siswa yang tuntas mencapai 93 % dengan kategori sangat efektif. Kategori ini menjukan bahwa instrumen soal three tier yang dikembangkan telah valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

Guru memiliki tugas mendidik, mengajar dan berusaha untuk menjadikan anak didik supaya berprestasi, agar guru dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Pada hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPA Materi Pokok Cara Menhasilkan Bunyi di kelas IV SDN 198/X Rawasari terlihat bahwa dari aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran kurang aktif, keaktifan siswa masih dibawah KKM. Hal tersebut dapat dirumuskan oleh peneliti bahwa pembelajaran sebaiknya menggunakan media pembelajaran. Untuk menemukan apakah media pembelajaran dalam bentuk alat peraga dapat efektif. Selanjutnya, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas selama tiga siklus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan perilaku siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

In finding information, we often have difficulty, but with a website, it is easier for us to obtain information, one of which is on an educational website, namely SMKN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Theapurpose of this studyawas toadetermine the qualityaof the website of SMKN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur by using the webqual (Website Quality) method. The webqual method itself consists of several dimensions, namely usability, informationaquality, and service interactionaquality with quantitativeadata analysisatechniques obtained from thearesults of questionnaires/questionnaires. From thearesults of the f test, it is found that theavariablesausability, informationaquality and service interactionaquality togetherahave an influence on userasatisfaction. Thearesults of the t test show thataeach of these independentavariables alsoahas a significantaeffect on the dependentavariable. So that a recommendationais given based on 3 independentavariables fromawebqual. The recommendationais to add a guide/tutorialapage for the use of the website, the manager to improveathe information on each menuaaccording to their needs, provide chatafacilities or interactive questionaand answerato support thearelationship between websiteausers and agencies. Abstract

. This study aims to evaluate the mental workload of employees at Dosare Hotel Yogyakarta using the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method and propose an optimal work schedule. Dosare Hotel, operating with five employees across three shifts, faces challenges of excessive workload during periods of high guest occupancy. The study result show that employees with the highest NASA-TLX scores experience a high mental workload, while others fall into the moderate category. The proposed solutions include two scheduling options: hiring one permanent employee at a cost of IDR 15.000.000 per month or adding one outsourced worker at a cost of IDR 12.900.000 per month. This rescheduling is expected to improve work efficiency, maintain employee health, and minimize operational cost.

Abstract

Tuberculosis cases in adults in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are still quite high. In 2019, data wasobtained that the number of Tuberculosis cases in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in adults was 2,974cases. The results of the GeneXpert examination showed that the most positive cases of Tuberculosis werefound in Yogyakarta City, reaching 1,946 people, then followed by Sleman Regency 1,604 cases, YogyakartaCity 986 cases, Bantul Regency 643 cases, Kulonprogo Regency 177 cases, Gunugkidul Regency 422 cases,Sleman Regency 746 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of pulmonaryTuberculosis using the Genexpert examination method at the Mlati II Health Center in 2020-2023. Thistype of research is a descriptive analytical study with a cross-sectional approach using secondary data atthe Mlati II Sleman Health Center in 2020-2023. Based on the results of the study, the incidence ofpulmonary tuberculosis was obtained using the Genexpert examination method at the Mlati II SlemanHealth Center in 2020 to 2023 from 587 pulmonary tuberculosis patients, 89 patients were positive and498 patients were negative. Meanwhile, of the 89 positive patients, 52 were male positive patients and 37were female positive patients. Based on the characteristics of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at theMlati II Sleman Health Center, totaling 89 people, including 4 patients aged 1-5 years, 4 patients aged 6-11years, 20 patients aged 12-25 years, 27 patients aged 26-45 years, 27 patients aged 46-65 years and 7patients aged >65 years. The results of the study showed that the lowest number of patients diagnosedwith tuberculosis was in 2021 with 17 positive patients and 40 negative patients. The Genexpertexamination in 2020 was 18 positive patients (24%). In addition, The results of the study showed that thepercentage of tuberculosis cases from 2020 to 2023 decreased, but the number of cases increased, this wasdue to the increasing population of suspected tuberculosis in 2022 and 2023. The number of suspectedtuberculosis patients in 2020 was 75 cases and in 2021 decreased by 57 cases. The increase occurred in2022 with the number of suspected tuberculosis cases of 200 and in 2023 there were 255 cases.Keywords: Genexpert test, suspect tuberculosis, Suspected TB, Tuberculosis, Molecular Rapid Test,Micobacter

Abstract

Supply Chain Management is a concept or mechanism to increase the total productivity of the company in the supply chain through optimizing the time, location and quantity flow of materials from raw materials to semi-finished products and finished products. The measurement design framework is prepared based on the functions or scope in the Supply Chain which refers to the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) such as: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return, with a performance measurement system consisting of aspects of Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost and Asset. Research on the measurement of Supply Chain performance was conducted at the Koperasi X dairy business entity. By taking these measurements, it is hoped that business entities can find out what scope must be improved. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation, the performance value is 67.53. this figure indicates that the Supply Chain performance is sufficient. Based on the analysis of each scope, it is known that the scope with the lowest final score is Make, which is 53.25. the proposed improvement steps to improve the shortcomings of each in the scope are adding product variations, procurement automation, sustainable technology utilization, and improving relationship with supplier. It is expected that these improvements can be implemented gradually for maximum business entity development.

Abstract

CV. Citra Tani Subur is a company engaged in the distributor of goods and services such as providers of plant medicines, fertilizers, seeds, and others. In this company still uses recording goods using a manual system, so it takes a long time and is less accurate. The purpose of this research is to design and build a stock data collection application that is able to process stock data or handle files, the method carried out by the waterfall method. This web-based application was built using the PHP programming language, HTML with MySQL database on XAMPP. The input data needed is incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, stock data, report data. The process carried out is the process of processing stock data, processing incoming goods and outgoing goods, while the output is in the form of incoming goods reports, outgoing goods reports, warehouse goods reports. The result is a web-based application for data collection of stocks, fertilizers, medicines, seeds and agricultural tools. It is suggested that the next researcher can develop this application by designing its profile so that it is android-based.

Abstract

Sales of Salted Fish in Nipah Panjang is one of the entrepreneurs engaged in selling salted fish that still uses manual systems and the development of systems that are more complicated and far from efficient. One of them is Salin Fish Sales information system in Nipah Panjang which is now not computerized and well integrated, so that it still has many shortcomings in handling sales issues. The approach used in research is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) approach and with the Prototype model. To design a new system and so that the design of this new system can overcome the weaknesses of the old system, it must be known how the inputs, processes, and outputs that exist in the current system. The tools used are Data Flow Diagram Modeling (DFD) and balsamiq mockups in building website designs. The results of the design of this system are expected to facilitate the sale of Salted Fish in Long Nipah for the process of selling salted fish and provide information on the price of salted fish in detail.
