Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah ada kontribusi antara kecepatan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, (2) Apakah ada kontribusi antara kelentukan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, (3) Apakah ada kontribusi antara keseimbangan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, (4) Apakah ada kontribusi antara kecepatan, kelentukan dan keseimbangan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara kecepatan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, dengan nilai (r) sebesar 0,386 (Pvalue< ? 0,05); (2) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara kelentukan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, dengan nilai (r) sebesar 0,829 (Pvalue< ? 0,05); (3) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara keseimbangan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, dengan nilai (r) sebesar 0,454 (Pvalue< ? 0,05) ; (4) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kecepatan, kelentukan dan keseimbangan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3Palopo, dengan nilai R sebesar 0,871 (Pvalue< ? 0,05); dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 37,736.

Abstract

The nutritional status of children on physical fitness is necessary to support the children’s activities, including exercising. This study was conducted to discover whether there is a relationship between children's nutritional status and physical fitness. This is a quantitative research, where the research was conducted in the sub-district of Bua, Luwu Regency, this research used purposive and snowball sampling with several criteria for children aged 6-9 years. The number of samples involved in this research are 10 people, 5 boys and 5 girls. The instruments used to measure the nutritional status of children with physical fitness are body max index (BMI) and the Indonesian physical fitness test (TKJI). The results of the data were analyzed using the SPSS application. The average value of physical fitness is 80% in the (moderate) category while the average value of the nutritional status of children is 90% in the normal category. the results of descriptive analysis of the nutritional variable, the lowest value is 13.3 and the highest value is 19.2 with an average value of 18.8 and the standard deviation of the data distribution level of 1.90 while the TKJI variable has the lowest value of 13 and the highest value of 19 with an average value of 1.9. From the research data and analysis carried out, it was concluded that the significant value was 0.002 <0.05, Thus it means that there is a relationship between nutritional status and physical fitness with the meaning of H¹ being accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out that the implementation of the practice of silat in pairs can improve learning outcomes in the game of sepak takraw for the students of SDN 30 Mattiro Walie Class Va.. Data collection techniques applied in this study were teacher activity observations and student activity observation sheets and student skill tests. This research was conducted in 2 cycles and student evaluation tests were conducted at the end of each cycle. The results of the percentage of observation of student activities in cycle 1 are the completeness of student learning outcomes in each cycle on average 50.3% from the cognitive aspect, 48.3% affective aspects and 56.8% psychomotor aspects. in cycle I. And Cycle II Completeness Completeness of student learning outcomes in each cycle is averaged from the Cognitive aspect 80.1%, Affective aspect 92.0% and Psychomotor aspect 96.0%. The results of this study stated that the application of the practice of cross-syllabus in pairs can improve the learning outcomes of sepak takraw and can improve the quality and foster joy, motivate students in learning.
