Abstract

In the Department of Electrical Engineering,Islamic University "45" Bekasiuntil now does not have a laboratory of Renewable energy. In this research, a hybrid power plants have been designed by combined between hydroelectric power plants and solar power plants.From the design result of the Solar Cell Power Plant, obtained that for 1 to 4 pieces of 100 Wp solar panels obtained the generation voltage of 21.12 volts generating power of 18.80 Watts on average time for 7.8 hours. Whereas for MHP the average voltage is 10.81 Volt and the generation power is 41.48 Watts for 8 hours of use.

Abstract

This research aims to create a prototype of an energy storage optimizer in a PV system using a supercapacitor in combination with batteries. The purpose of adding supercapacitors in this prototype is to maintain battery usage when there is a change in irradiation with a loading source that refers to the amount of electrical current and voltage as a supply of energy. A sudden increase in load without an energy buffer component can affect battery endurance. This can result in a decrease in electrical energy supply. Based on experimental results, it has been found that the battery and supercapacitor complement each other. The battery works more statically while the supercapacitor works more dynamically. Thus, the power output to the load is more stable, and the battery can be more durable because when there are extreme changes in irradiation and load, they can be overcome by supercapacitors.

Abstract

This research to perform Efficiency Study Analysis Of electrical energy In Container Stacking Equipment Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) Using Hybrid Energy Source Method. RTGC gets power supply from Engine Diesel Generator with capacity of 350 kW. However, Genset power source in RTGC has drawbacks, such as when RTGC condition does not move (stationary) can lead to waste of fuel on diesel engine drivers. the Hybrid Energy Source is one of the technology which combines electrical energy source from generators and batteries, The battery of hybrid system can obtain electric energy saving until 32%, where for the Hoist system 11,72 %, Trolley system 33,63 % dan Gantry system 7,58 %.

Abstract

Buck-boost Converter is the device with the function to convert DC Voltage input to the setpoint DC Voltage output. Buck-boost converter can be used for regulating unstable voltage became a stable voltage by the user’s needs. Using a Buck-boost Converter in the research is about how to apply a Buck-boost Converter of the AC to AC Converter device, AC to AC Converter is the device to convert AC voltage to AC Voltage where the voltage can be modified. In the research, the input Voltage of AC to AC Converter is unstable, so that the output Voltage is unstable too in the range of 190 V to 250 V. To solve this problem, that the Buck-boost can be installed to AC to AC Converter, it is useful to keep output Voltage stable even though the input Voltage is unstable. The AC to AC Converter device in this research consist of Rectifier, Buck-boost Converter, and Inverter. The experiment result of this research show that unstable AC input Voltage, 190 V to 250 V from the source after passing a Rectifier, became an unstable DC input Voltage, then be regulated by Buck-boost Converter became a stable DC Voltage, and then after passing the Inverter, a stable DC Voltage is converted became a stable AC Voltage, corresponding with the set point. For further development, AC to AC Converter combined with Buck-boost Converter can be applied to maintain a standard of Voltage 220 V AC from the sources to keep it stable.

Abstract

Baik tidaknya sistem kelistrikan dalam skala industri ialah melihat dari baik tidaknya kontinuitas listriknya. Gangguan sistem kelistrikan tersebut bisa berasal dari rusaknya peralatan, dari luar sistem kelistrikannya, maupun kesalahan dalam pengoperasiannya. Saat gangguan muncul pada sistem proteksi, sistem harus cepat memutus arus gangguannya agar tidak merusak peralatan sistem. Dilakukan pengujian sistem terhadap unjuk rele diferensial pada trasnformator 150/20 kV terhadap gangguan akibat hubung singkat tiga fasa, fasa ke fasa serta dari fasa menuju ke tanah yang dilaksanakan di gardu induk Jatiranggon transformator 3. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan hasil sesuai dengan spesifikasi pada transformator, Current Transformator, dan Rele diferensial. Simulasi ETAP menunjukan hasil sesuai dengan kondisi aktual. analisa perbandingan menunjukan nilai deviasi tertinggi pada gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa, yang besaran nilai deviasi untuk simulasi terhadap pengukurannya 8,08%. Hasil menunjukan pengukuran serta simulasi bisa dijadikan acuan antisipasi gangguan hubung singkat yang akan terjadi. Dari berbagai kondisi, fungsi rele diferensial berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

Kesehatan bagian terpenting dalam kehidupan seorang pasien penderita fraktur atau patah tulang, namun berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan dalam rehabiltasi penderita tulang tersebut. Tahapan rehabilitasi yang umumnya dilalui oleh pasien penderita pada sendi paska operasi adalah terapi menggerakkan persendian yang dipandu oleh ahli fisioterapi. Rehabilitasi ini dilakukan dengan caramenggerakan persendian pasien, baik secara aktif maupun pasif. Pada saat menjalani terapi ini diharapkan persedian pasien yang mengalami cidera akan terhindar kekakuan, sehingga proses penyebuhan akan berlangsung lebih cepat. Dengan Kemajuan teknologi di bidang Teknik elektro, Khususnya teknik Robotika saat ini sangat memungkinkan dibuat alat bantu otomatis sejenis robot yang dapat membantu pasien penderita fraktur tersebut terutama pada sendi untuk melakukan gerakan terapi secara pasif. Peralatan ini bisanya dikenal dengan nama Continuous Passive Motion (CPM). Peralatan bantu terapi persendian Countinuous Passive Motion (CPM) yang ada saat ini belum mempunyai teknologi yang berasiskan Internet of Things (IoT) dan Artificial Intilligence (AI). Untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan kualitas terapi persendian maka perlu dikembangkan Countinuous Passive Motion (CPM) yang berbasiskan dengan teknologi IoT dan AI. Dari hasil analisa data pengujian kecepatan motor dan posisi sudut terdapat error sebesar 2% pada kecepatan motor dan 1,5% pada sudut pengaturan posisi penyangga lengan tangan pada mesin CPM ini. Kata kunci: Fraktur, Terapi, CPM, IoT, AI

Abstract

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a system that can supervise, control and acquire data on a plant. This system uses a computer to display the status of sensors and actuators in a plant, display them in graphical form and store them in a database. Generally, this computer is connected to a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) controller through a certain communication protocol (serial communication). This Engineering Practice Report discusses the improvement of the Jakarta flood control monitoring system uses the SCADA system where currently the use of SCADA is only limited to the visual monitoring display of CCTV cameras with water level elevation notifications and risk level indicators arising from the data received. In the design of the SCADA system in pump houses or flood pump sub-polders in locations spread throughout DKI Jakarta that exist today, especially in the current projects implemented, namely JGC Marunda Sub Polder, Adyaksa Pump House and Tipala Pump House.

Abstract

The Pagedangan Tangerang Overpass Bridge is one of the transportation infrastructure in the Tangerang area. The installed electrical loads include lighting loads (lamps) and power loads (which of course require a fairly large electrical power supply. The electrical power installed on the Pagedangan Overpass Bridge is 20,300 W. The power supplied from PLN is 33,000 VA from PLN and the total power capacity of the transformer is 37,500 VA. The results of the drop voltage analysis calculation for the PJU lighting load are 5,530 VA. For the analysis results of the drop voltage of 2.00 V, the voltage drop percentage is 0.42% and the conductor power loss is 12.12 W, the power loss percentage is 0.27%.

Abstract

Biogas adalah gas yang dihasilkan dari proses dekomposisi anaerobik limbah organik, seperti sisa makanan, kotoran hewan, dan limbah rumah tangga, oleh mikroorganisme tanpa oksigen. Komponen utamanya adalah metana (CH?) dan karbon dioksida (CO?). Sebagai sumber energi terbarukan, biogas memiliki manfaat signifikan, termasuk pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca dan penyediaan energi yang ramah lingkungan untuk listrik, pemanas, dan bahan bakar. Selain itu, pengelolaan limbah organik menjadi biogas mengurangi volume sampah di tempat pembuangan akhir dan menghasilkan digestat, pupuk organik yang mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Pelatihan pemilahan limbah organik dan pembuatan digester anaerobik sederhana meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pengelolaan sampah yang ramah lingkungan. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan mendorong penerapan ekonomi sirkular, di mana limbah dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber energi, mendukung keberlanjutan, dan mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) is a requirement that is being developed a lot in smart homes today. Currently, many technology developers create smart devices that can make human work easier. Smart home systems are one of them. In a smart home system, physical devices can communicate via the internet network or other near cable networks to monitor or control devices in a house or building. In order to be able to monitor or control the physical device is integrated with sensors and actuators. One implementation of a smart home is controlling the light intensity of the lights which can be adjusted using the sleader command on Blynk IoT which is installed on the smartphone. The aim of this research is for users to be able to control the light intensity of house lights by using the sleader command on the Blynk IoT application by house occupants. The method used in this research is IoT. IoT-based communication methods allow data exchange between devices. The result of this research is that a lighting control system can be built using Blynk IoT. A feature has been added to this system to control the electrical power that will enter the lamp, so that it can regulate the light intensity according to needs. The success of the system is influenced by the Blynk IoT response when giving a signal to the Node MCU 8266 and the DIMMER response when receiving a command signal from the NODE MCU8266.
