Abstract

This study uses a qualitative and descriptive approach. The research subjects were managers, educators, students, and parents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done through the persistence of observation, participation, and adequacy of references. The results showed that the management of the PAUD Purwanida program was structured according to the vision and mission of the institution by carrying out management functions including; planning, implementation, supervision and development. Planning of educational activityprograms by compiling activity plans according to the provisions including planning for administration, teaching, teachers, and curriculum, involving teachers and the community. Managers as leaders in carryingout management functions emphasize cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm, and high loyalty. Planning is done by strategic planning, preparing lesson plans starting from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily.The implementation of education is directed at the learning process, the principal's efforts encourage teachers to apply creative and varied learning strategies. The general form of the organization has reflected a relevance between the capabilities and skills of personnel with educational needs, and organizing humanresources for institutional learning activities. Organizing is done by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision of early childhood education activities is carried out with direct supervisory supervision carried out by the principal and functional supervision is carried out by supervisors. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration is carried out with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to PAUD. Assessmentand evaluation is done by giving assignments, observations, diaries, anecdotes, performance, work results, and educational visits.

Abstract

Children's creativity needs to be improved, therefore learning must be interesting and fun. One way to increase creativity is through picture stories. This study aims to determine the increase in children's creativity through picture stories. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were students of group B2 TK of the State Kindergarten, the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The number of students in the B2 TK group of the coaches is 25 children. This research is collaborative between researchers, school principals, and accompanying class teachers. Data were collected through observation, field notes, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data waschecked by triangulation. The data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively by the flow model. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in children's creativity through picture stories, namely pre-cycle creativity by 13.33%, increasing creativity in cycle I by 46.67% and increasing creativity in cycle II reaching 80.00%. To increase children's creativity through picture stories, it is also supported by several indicators, namely creative reactions, long attention span, self-organization / selfconfidence, linking ideas or ideas / storytelling, developing imagination and adding new vocabulary. In addition, success in increasing creativity is also supported by supporting methods such as giving time toexplore and giving motivation in the form of very good. The conclusion of this study is that picture stories can increase children's creativity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kegiatan cooking day dilakukan untuk meningkatkan identitas gender anak-anak usia dini di TK Al-Mukminun Metro. Penelitian didasari oleh fakta bahwa pendidikan responsif gender sangat penting untuk mencegah diskriminasi dan stereotip peran sosial antara laki-laki dan perempuan sejak usia dini. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan 15 anak, 9 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara yang menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas sehari-hari yang berkaitan dengan cooking day efektif dalam mempromosikan prinsip-prinsip kesetaraan gender. Anak-anak terlibat dengan antusias dalam setiap fase tanpa mempertimbangkan gender. Anak laki-laki dan perempuan mulai memahami peran dan identitas gender mereka, mampu bekerjasama, dan menunjukkan minat pada aktivitas yang sebelumnya dianggap terbatas pada satu gender. Perkembangan kognitif, sosial-emosional, dan keterampilan motorik anak dioptimalkan melalui proses pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam bentuk bermain dan praktik langsung melalui pendekatan learning by doing. Terbukti bahwa kegiatan cooking day memiliki kemampuan untuk mengurangi stereotip gender di kalangan anak-anak, membangun interaksi antar gender yang setara, dan meningkatkan kesadaran bahwa peran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat dilakukan bersama tanpa diskriminasi. Untuk menciptakan generasi yang lebih adil gender sejak usia dini, para pendidik harus terus mengembangkan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan inklusif.
