Abstract

AbstractIncreased criminal activity that occurred in the community led to the populace of the Institutional Institution (LAPAS) will increase. Government as policy makers in this case hold coaching on the occupants of the prison so that the prisoners do not commit a crime again and have a working motivation. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship training and work motivation on entrepreneurship interest in women in the second class A Pontianak. The method used in this research is Expos Fakto method with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all female prisoners who have attended 84 entrepreneurship training, the number of samples in this study is 51 people. Data collection techniques in this research are direct communication techniques, indirect communication techniques and documentary studies. The data collection tool used in this research is interview or quisioner or questionnaire and documentary study. The analysis of the research result using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this study illustrates that there is significant influence of entrepreneurship training and motivation towards entrepreneurial interest of 92%. It means the better the entrepreneurial training and the work motivation organized by the women of the second class A Pontianak, then entrepreneurial interest will increase, and vice versa. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Training, Work Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha penghuni lapas perempuan Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 84 napi dari berbagai jenis kejahatan. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Bentuk penelitian kuasi survei adalah analisis legresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel independen yaitu pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisoner terhadap 84 responden/sampel. Hasil penelitian didapat, 1) Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha penghuni lapas sebesar 98.6%, 2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha penghuni lapas sebesar 99.7%, 3) Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap minat berwirausaha penghuni lapas sebesar 99.8% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 99.8% = 0.2%) merupakan kontribusi faktor yang tidak diteliti Kata kunci: Pengaruh Pendidikan,  Pelatihan, Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

The study aims to describe the duties and authorities of the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Tegalrejo sub-district/district in the field of marriage, divorce, and reconciliation (rujuk) for the Muslim community so that its position in the implementation of Islamic family law in Indonesia can be analyzed. Through sociological juridical research with data collection from observation, interviews and documentation and descriptive analysis, it was found that the KUA is an extension of the government in implementing Islamic family law in the sub-district/district while also implementing the provisions and decisions of the Religious Court in accordance with PMA No. 34 of 2016. Therefore, the proactive nature in expanding and deepening the understanding of Islamic family law to the community is that the KUA is not limited to registering marriages, but functions from the beginning of marriage to the formation of a sakinah family that is a lifelong process.
