Abstract

With the enactment of Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, the authority to manage Regional Marine Protected Areas located in Regencies/Cities is now the authority of the Provincial Government. This policy change has an impact on Turtle Conservation in Pariaman City. This study discusses the Impact of the Transfer of Government Authority on Marine Resources Conservation Management Institutions in Kota Pariaman in 2017-2022 and discusses the Impact of the Transfer of Government Authority in Marine Resource Conservation in Pariaman City in 2017-2022. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collected in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study explain the impact of the Transfer of Government Authority in Marine Resources Conservation Management Institutions in Pariaman City in 2017-2022 has an impact on several aspects. (1) Inadequate human resources, decreased management of UPTD Conservation in saving turtle eggs, insufficient budget, organizational structure that changed from City Government to Provincial Government and conservation assets that have been damaged a lot. (2) The impact of the Transition of Government Authority in the Conservation of Marine Resources for 2017-2022 also has an impact outside the UPT Conservation Institution, namely, Improvement of the community's economy, Policy changes, government support, conservation environmental quality has unique power, Increase in salaries earned by contract workers at UPTD held by the Provincial Government, Environmental conservation area which is used as road access for the community, UPTD KPSDKP forms a service to support and carry out conservation activities, Community participation in preserving turtle conservation, and Turtle Conservation which is used as an ecotourism area and also education. Abstract

The background of this research is that researchers found several problems regarding the implementation of inclusive education, especially in terms of the process of learning inclusion in elementary schools. The study aims to describe how the inclusive learning process in one of the primary schools administering inclusive education in Pekanbaru. The inclusion learning process is seen from the application of indicators, there are three indicators The inclusion learning process studied in this study are: 1) Inclusion Learning Planning, 2) Inclusion Learning Implementation, 3) Evaluation and Follow-Up Inclusion Learning. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods, the instruments in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study it was found that: (1) In planning learning the classroom teacher first understood the characteristics of students in general, especially the characteristics of students with Special Needs, and learning planning contained in the same Learning Process Plan, both for regular students and students with Special Needs (2) The implementation of learning is carried out as planned in the Learning Process Plan . The teacher conducts conditioning by preparing students physically and psychologically. The use of models, methods, learning media is equated between regular and students with Special Needs, (3) In evaluation and follow-up, the teacher conducts a daily evaluation of each finished material and plans follow up activities with special companion teachers in the form of enrichment carried out in special guidance. In special guidance students were given enrichment material with the drill method plus media assistance in the form of concrete teaching aids to strengthen the understanding of students with Special Needs in a learning concept.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan keadaan gagal tumbuh pada balita akibat defisiensi gizi kronik yang berkepanjangan dan paparan infeksi yang berulang terutama dalam 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK). Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2022, angka stunting di Indonesia yaitu sebesar 21,6%. Angka tersebut lebih tinggi dari target angka stunting yang ditetapkan pemerintah yaitu sebesar 14%. Salah satu upaya yang memegang peran dalam penurunan angka stunting yaitu melalui swasembada gizi yaitu usaha pemenuhan gizi secara mandiri. Komoditas bahan pangan lokal seperti sayur-sayuran ataupun kacang-kacangan bermanfaat dalam pemenuhan gizi masa pertumbuhan sebagai wujud swasembada gizi di rumah. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan stunting dengan memanfaatkan pangan lokal kaya gizi, maka dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan di Desa Way Galih, Kecamatan Lampung Selatan, terdiri atas tiga tahap meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh ibu-ibu PKK dengan melibatkan beberapa kader posyandu, perangkat desa, dan kecamatan. Adapun hasil evaluasi pemahaman peserta sosialisasi diperoleh melalui presentase nilai benar pretest dan posttest yang kemudian dibandingkan menggunakan analisis uji beda paired t-test. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan dampak peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Way Galih tentang stunting dan pencegahannya serta pemahaman mereka dalam pemanfaatan pangan lokal yang kaya gizi, murah, dan mudah ditemukan.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where toddlers fail to thrive due to prolonged chronic malnutrition and repeated exposure to infections, especially in the first 1000 days of life (HPK), resulting in short growth in children who do not meet standards. Based on Riskesdas data, the stunting rate in 2023 will reach 21.6% and every year the stunting rate in Indonesia continues to decline. One of the vegetable or legume commodities that is useful in fulfilling nutrition during the growing period is spinach leaves and soybeans. This is because green beans contain complete protein, namely calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins A, B, C. , E, and K. Apart from that, the nutritional content of spinach includes vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, B, C, protein, fat, carbohydrates, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron. One local food product that is well received by the public is a drink in the form of herbal powder with the main ingredients being green beans and spinach leaves. This community service (PkM) activity was carried out to introduce the results of innovations in making products that can be produced independently by the people of Way Galih Village, Tanjung Bintang District, South Lampung Regency. This activity consists of three stages including preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of this activity are an increase in the understanding of the Way Galih Village community regarding education about stunting as well as nutritional information needed by children during the growth period which can be obtained through foods that are easy to find in everyday life such as green beans and spinach.
