Abstract

This study specifically aims to (1) describe the implementation of an authentic 2013 curriculum assessment in kindergartens in Langke Rembong Sub-district; (2) describes the difficulties of kindergarten teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum authentic assessment in Langke Rembong sub-district; (3) describe the efforts of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of implementing an authentic 2013 Curriculum assessment in Langke Rembong sub-district. The subjects of the study were the teachers and principals of kindergartens in Langke Rembong sub-district and the object of the assessment was the difficulty of kindergarten teachers in implementing authentic assessment in 2013. Data collection techniques used were interviews, FGD, documentation and observation. The technique used to analyze data is description analysis with the Miles and Huberman model which includes 4 stages. The results showed that first, teachers had difficulty planning the use of various assessment, secondly, the difficulty of the teacher in carrying out authentic assessment includes three stages of conducting the assessment, not all The teacher has an understanding of the importance of documenting all child development data in one special container for each child so that lack of data stored in the child's portfolio causes the teacher to experience confusion when compiling data, cause described almost the same result for all children.  AbstrakPenelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan impelementasi penilaian autentik kurikulum 2013 pada Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) di Kecamatan Langke Rembong; (2) mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru TK dalam mengimpelementasikan penilaian autentik Kurikulum 2013 di Kecamatan Langke Rembong; (3) mendeksripsikan upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan mengimplementasikan penilaian autentik Kurikulum 2013 di Kecamatan Langke Rembong. Subjek penelitian adalah para guru dan kepala sekolah TK di kecamatan Langke Rembong dan objek penilaiannya adalah kesulitan guru TK dalam mengimplementasi penilaian autentik kurikulum 2013.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, FGD, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis deskripsi dengan model Miles and Huberman yang mencakup 4 tahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, para guru mengalami kesulitan untuk merencanakan penggunaan teknik penilaian yang bervariasi, kedua, kesulitan guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian autentik mencakup tiga tahapan melakukan penilaian,  belum semua guru memiliki pemahaman pentingnya mendokumentasikan seluruh data perkembangan anak dalam satu wadah khusus untuk setiap anak sehingga kurangnya data yang tersimpan dalam portofolio anak menyebabkan guru mengalami kebingungan saat akan melakukan kompilasi data, menyebabkan laporan akhir perkembangan dideskripsikan hampir sama hasilnya untuk semua anak.
