Abstract

This study focuses on the quality of public services with the aim is to find out how much influence and what variables are most influential on society satisfaction. This research uses quantitative descriptive method the type of research used is survey which afterwards the result is processed by using SPSS 24. The research location is conducted in Cempaka Baru, Central Jakarta. The population used is the society of Kelurahan Cempaka Baru who already has E-KTP. Determination of samples using Slovin formula with 5% tolerance to get as many as 101 respondens from a total of 676 popoulation in Kelurahan Cempaka Baru. The research got result that the satisfaction ofsociety have positive influence simultaneously by the five service quality variables which include tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and emphaty (X5). The correlation and dtermination test results are in strong relationship of 0.623 with an influence level of 38.8%, while the remaining 61.6% is explained by other variable not examined in this study. Of the five variables, tangible variables have a partial influence in Kelurahan Cempaka Baru of 8,733

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan saat ini banyak mulai memperhatikan kestabilan pegawainya dikarenakan ketidakstabilan pegawai menambah beban bagi perusahaan dengan menjadikan perusahaan sering kali mengadakan penarikan pegawai, pemilihan pegawai, melatih pegawai dan memberikan pesangon kepada pegawai yang berhenti sehingga membuat Perusahaan menjadi tidak efisien dan menambah biaya yang besar. Salahsatu langkah perusahaan menjaga kestabilitan dengan direalisasikannya promosi kepada pegawai dengan dasar dan pada waktu yang tepat dan obyektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan promosi jabatan bagi karyawan pada PT Mom n Jo Spa. Metode kualitatif dan melakukan wawancara terhadap informan merupakan metode dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan. PT Mom n Jo Spa termasuk salahsatu perusahaan yang mengapresiasi stafnya dengan memberikan promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaannya promosi yang dilakukan merujuk pada laporan data kinerja karyawan, prestasi dan evaluasi hasil kerja selama masa penilaian. Adapun kriteria penilaian dilihat dari disiplin, semangat kerja, kerajinan, kegigihan serta kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah. Diketahui pula bahwa karyawan merasa lebih semangat bekerja dan mau mengembangkan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan karena adanya promosi jabatan. Kata-kata Kunci: Promosi Jabatan PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTING EMPLOYEE POSITION PROMOTIONS AT PT MOM n JO SPA, MOI BRANCH JAKARTA UTARA ABSTRACT Companies are now starting to pay attention to the stability of their employees because employee instability increases the burden on the company by making the company often conduct employee withdrawals, employee elections, train employees and provide severance pay to employees who quit, making the company inefficient and adding large costs. One of the company's steps to maintain stability is the realization of promotions to employees on the basis and at the right time and objectively. This study aims to determine how the procedure for implementing promotion along with the impact and policy of its application for employees at PT Mom n Jo Spa. Qualitative methods and conducting interviews with informants are the methods and techniques of data collection used. PT Mom n Jo Spa is one of the companies that appreciates its staff by giving promotions. The results showed that in its implementation, the promotions carried out referred to reports on employee performance data, achievements and evaluation of work results. It is also known that employees feel more enthusiastic about working and want to develop their ability to carry out work because of promotion. Keywords: Position Promotion
