Abstract

Kajian ini membicarakan kebijakan pendidikan pemerintah penjajajahan Jepang serta pengaruhnya terhadap eksistensi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Fokus perbincangannya meliputi kebijakan politik secar umum pemerintah Jepang terhadap Islam di Indonesia, kebijakan pendidikan Jepang yang terkait dengan pendidikan Islam Indonesia, sistem pendidikan yang dibangun di masa pemerintahan Jepang, dan dampaknya terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia saat itu. Secara konseptual, penjajahan Jepang yang berlangsung selama rentang waktu tiga setengah tahun sejak 1942 sampai 1945 telah melahirkan banyak perubahan terhadap sistem dan dinamika pendidikan Indonesia yang memiliki efek jangka panjang hingga pada masa Indonesia merdeka. Polemik yang muncul adalah apakah kebijakan pendidikan pemerintah Jepang tersebut lebih banyak memberikan ekses positif atau negatif terhadap pendidikan di Indonesia termasuk terutama pendidikan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

The Indonesian understanding of Ahlus Sunnah Islam rests on the understanding of Asyariyah theology which is the basis for building the religious beliefs of the majority of Indonesian Muslims. This understanding of kalam or theology that was taught by Imam Ash'ari has given birth to a methodology of thinking that has a strong influence on various fields of Islamic religion, especially in the field of education. Al Asy'ari's moderate thinking style in translating the core teachings of Islam has influenced how traditional Islamic education in Indonesia takes an elastic and moderate form in responding to various social religious religious issues that are developing in Indonesia. Al Asyari's moderate style of thinking in time will also influence the development of educational institutions in Indonesia, especially madrasas which seek to eclecticly combine the Islamic scientific approach which is "turats al qadim" or old scientific traditions with western scientific approaches which are "turats al hadith" or a new scientific tradition. This study is intended to discuss the influence of the methodology of Islamic thought or Asyari theology in the field of education, especially its effect on traditional Islamic education in Indonesia, both in terms of teaching materials on aqeedah which are the subject matter of religious teachings and in terms of its institutional development in adapting to changing times in the present.

Abstract

Pemanfatan lahan pekarangan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber bahan pangan sehat dan sumber pendapatan alternatif pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Desa Nyogan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi khususnya anggota kelompok tani KWT Mentari memiliki potensi besar dalam budidaya sayuran dan Lele pada lahan pekarangan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat dengan cara mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi produktif keluarga sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup keluarga dan menciptakan lingkungan hijau, bersih dan sehat secara mandiri. Metode kegiatan berupa penerapan IPTEK yang meliputi : pelatihan atau kursus; pengembangan rumah pangan lestari; melaksanakan percontohan penerapan teknologi rumah pangan lestari; dan melaksanakan pembinaan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sudah dilaksanakan kesimpulan yang diperoleh sebagai berikut : Hasil usahatani sayuran di lahan pekarangan di Desa Nyogan masih sangat kecil karena usahatani ini hanya untuk pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang sempit sebagai salah satu sumber pangan rumah tangga, bukan untuk dijual. Total penerimaan yang di peroleh petani per 3 bulan sebesar Rp2.000.000,-. dan rata-rata pendapatan per 3 bulan adalah sebesar Rp 1.400.000,- Nilai analisis R/C ratio sebesar 3,3 (R/C ratio >1). Anallisis budidaya lele pada kolam terpal per 3 bulan , total penerimaan Rp,3.500.000, pedapatan per 3 bulan sebesar Rp.1.900.000,- dengan nilai analisis R/C ratio sebesar 2,19 (R/C ratio >1); Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan di masa pandemi covid 19 mendapat respon positif para petani dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat lebih dari 90 %.

Abstract

This research entitled "Model of increasing rubber plantation production as the base sector in Jambi Province". This research started from the problem of low PDRB of regency / city in Jambi Province which has the potential to produce rubber. This phenomenon is related to the low productivity of rubber plantations in Jambi Province. In terms of rubber plantation has the potential to become the base sector in the region's economy. The production improvement model developed so far is still limited to multiple linear regression models. The problem of increasing rubber plantation productivity is much more complex. Therefore, this research will develop model of increasing rubber plantation production with simultaneous equation model and analyzed by Multiple Regression Model to obtain Model of productivity improvement of rubber plantation. This study will use secondary data released by institutions and related agencies, especially BPS. Data analysis will be done with eviews application program. The results of research will be useful as information for the next author's research in order to write a dissertation that the author is carrying out. The results of this study can also be used for policy making in increasing rubber plantation productivity. The results showed that 1) The development of rubber plantation production in Jambi Province is quite rapid, that in 2001 the production amount was 239,330 tons and in 2015 the production of rubber plantation increased to 350,457 tons. The growth rate is also quite convincing, ie an average of 2.65% per year. 2) The results showed that the regression model used in data analysis is good enough so as to explain the effect of independent variables of 96%. It can be explained also that the factors of rubber plantation area and the number of rainy days have a significant influence on rubber plantation production, while the variables of rubber farmers and rubber prices do not significantly affect the production of rubber plantations in Jambi Province. 3) The results also showed that the model of rubber price increase to two independent variables, the length of asphalt road and the capacity of rubber plant. However, the regression model obtained is not good enough to explain, where the variable length of the asphalt road and the capacity of the rubber plant is only able to explain 58% to the variable of rubber price in Jambi Province.
