Abstract

Providing good quality food and the amount according to the needs and proper service for patients is the goal of organizing hospital food. nutritional service quality can also be seen from patient satisfaction with hospital facilities and services, including patient satisfaction in nutrition services. Patient satisfaction is product expectations and patient perceptions of service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of taste, appearance, maturity level, temperature, cleanliness and portion of food on patient satisfaction in nutritional services in Malang. This research design is observational analytic with cross design. This research was conducted at X Malang Hospital. The respondents of this study were 70 people. The dependent variable is the influence of taste, appearance, maturity, temperature, cleanliness and portion of food. Independent variable is patient satisfaction The results showed that patient satisfaction was influenced by the influence of taste (b = 2.41; 95% CI = 0.05 to 0.46; p = 0.016), appearance (b = 2.41; 95% CI = 0.05 to 0.46; p = 0.016), maturity level ( b = 2.41; 95% CI = 0.05 to 0.46; p = 0.016), temperature (b = 2.41; 95% CI = 0.05 to 0.46; p = 0.016) and cleanliness and portion of food (b = 2.41; 95% CI = 0.05 to 0.46; p = 0.016). Abstract

Workload is one important component in calculating the workforce requirements, that’s means the amount of workforce needed tailored to the exiting workload. Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) is a method to calculating workforce requirements based on real workload undertaken by workforce. There are currently 2 medical record personnel with D3 graduates of Medical Record and Health Information and 3 with high school graduates. The planning of medical record personnel needs has not yet been made so that the policies in the planning of personnel needs in the medical record department are still unclear. Besides that there are also medical record officers who also double as registration officers and coding officers. This study aims to determine the amount of medical record human resources needed at the Kendalkerep Health Center using the WISN method. With a non-experimental descriptive research design conducted by observation and interview, the results of the study show that the calculation of the WISN method takes into account the available work time factors, work units to be calculated, workload standards, allowance standards and the amount of power calculated. From the results of the study, there were 91,392 minutes / year available work time, standard workload of 7,550,419 minutes / year, allowance time of 0.27 and then the human resource needs in the medical record unit were 6 workers. The conclusion is Kendalkerep Health Center needs to add 1 medical record personnel to overcome the problem.

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan gizi juga dapat dilihat dari kepuasan pasien terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan rumah sakit, termasuk kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan gizi. Kepuasan pasien merupakan ekspektasi produk dan persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh rasa, penampilan, tingkat kematangan, suhu, kebersihan dan porsi makanan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan gizi di Rs X Malang. Penelitian ini Desain merupakan analitik observasional dengan desain cross. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RS X Malang. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 70 orang. Variabel dependen adalah pengaruh pengaruh rasa, penampilan, tingkat kematangan, suhu, kebersihan dan porsi makanan. Variabel Independen adalah kepuasan pasien. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan kepuasan pasien dipengaruhuhi oleh pengaruh pengaruh rasa (b= 2.41; 95% CI=0.05 to 0.46; p=0.016) , penampilan (b= 2.41; 95% CI=0.05 to 0.46; p=0.016), tingkat kematangan (b= 2.41; 95% CI=0.05 to 0.46; p=0.016), suhu (b= 2.41; 95% CI=0.05 to 0.46; p=0.016) dan kebersihan dan porsi makanan (b= 2.41; 95% CI=0.05 to 0.46; p=0.016).

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis masih belum dibuat sehingga kebijakan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga di bagian rekam medis masih belum jelas. Selain itu petugas rekam medis juga masih ada yang merangkap sebagai petugas pendaftaran dan petugas koding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan sumber daya manusia rekam medis yang dibutuhkan di Puskesmas Kendalkerep menggunakan metode WISN Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif non-eksperimental yang dilakukan secara observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kendalkerep. Variabel yang digunakan adalah uraian tugas rekam medis, standar beban kerja, standar kelonggaran, dan waktu kerja tersedia. Hasil: Waktu kerja tersedia sebanyak 91.392 menit/tahun, standar beban kerja sebanyak 7.550.419 menit/tahun, waktu kelonggaran sebanyak 0,27 kemudian didapatkan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia di unit rekam medis sebanyak 6 orang tenaga kerja Kesimpulan: Puskesmas Kendalkerep membutuhkan 6 orang tenaga kerja sehingga perlu menambah 1 orang tenaga rekam medis untuk mengatasi permasalahan terebut

Abstract

The storage space for outpatient medical record at UOBK RSUD Dokter Mohamad Saleh is not accordance with the ergonomic aspect because the distance between the shelves is too narrow, which is around 50-60 cm. This makes officers unable to collect medical record simultaneously with other officers, so that it can cause delays in the distribution of medical record files to multiple destinations. This study aims to redesign the spatial layout for storing outpatient medical record based on ergonomic aspects at the UOBK RSUD Dokter Mohamad Saleh. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research instrument uses a checklist sheet and interview guide. The results of this study are a storage layout design with a storage space area of 36 m2 with the addition of room and shelves for inactive medical record, the distance between shelves is 900-100 cm which is in accordance with the standards and the addition of work equipment, namely shelves for inactive files, work table and one computer unit. The conclusion of this study is the redesign of the outpatient medical record storage layout trying to be able to meet the requirements according to standards and adjust conditions in the field, namely the addition of room area and shelves for inactive medical record  and also the addition of work equipment.

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik di Klinik Rawat Inap NU Madinah Pujon sudah diterapkan mulai awal tahun 2024. Namun, hingga saat ini sistem Rekam Medis Elektronik yang digunakan belum pernah sekalipun dianalisis terkait variabel atau kriteria yang berdampak terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 petugas medis di Klinik Rawat Inap NU Madinah Pujon dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Kepuasan pengguna RME di Klinik Rawat Inap NU Madinah Pujon berdasarkan metode EUCS dari dimensi isi memiliki nilai 78% dalam kategori baik, dimensi keakuratan memiliki nilai 79% dalam kategori baik, dimensi tampilan memiliki nilai 77% dalam kategori baik, dimensi kemudahan pengguna memiliki nilai 72% dalam kategori baik, dimensi ketepatan waktu memiliki nilai 76% dalam kategori baik. Penggunaan metode EUCS berhasil menggambarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem RME di Klinik Rawat Inap NU Madinah Pujon. Seluruh dimensi dalam metode EUCS memperoleh nilai dalam kategori baik, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang positif terhadap sistem RME Kata kunci: RME, EUCS, Kepuasan Pengguna
