Abstract

Sectio Caesarea is an action to deliver a baby weighing more than 500 grams, through an incision in the intact uterine wall. The increase in cesarean section rates has not been able to improve the final condition of the neonate and can even increase the risk of maternal mortality and morbidity. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship between Anemia and Nutritional Status with the Wound Healing Process in Postoperative Sectio Caesarea Patients in the Hospital Postpartum Room. This study was conducted based on analytical research methods using a cross-sectional approach. the results of the Chi-square test analysis obtained a value of ρ value = 0.001 (ρ < 0.05), where Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so there is a significant relationship between Anemia and the Wound healing Process in Postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients in the Hospital Postpartum Room.

Abstract

Children's eating patterns for each age are not the same. The energy needs of the 10-12 year age group are relatively greater than the 7-9 year age group, because growth occurs faster, especially the increase in height. The purpose of Community Service is to improve the attitudes and knowledge of school-age children through health education. The method of implementing the activity is carried out by increasing student knowledge, so health education is carried out by showing videos through projectors, books and games at SD Negeri Kota Depok, West Java. The calculation results obtained an average student food knowledge score of 13.78 so that the average student food knowledge score is in the sufficient category. The conclusion is that the knowledge about food of grade 5 students at SD Negeri Kota Depok shows that the good category is 19 respondents (37.26%), the sufficient category is 30 respondents (58.82%), and the lacking category is 2 respondents (3.92%).

Abstract

Elderly or elderly is a term commonly used for someone who is starting to enter the final stage of development. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2018, elderly is when they are over 60 years old (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2016). General Objectives Able to carry out direct and comprehensive gerontic implementation covering biopsychosocial aspects with a nursing process approach to patients with dementia at the Budhi Mulia 01 Cipayung East Jakarta Social Welfare Home. This case study uses a descriptive case study design. A descriptive case study is an attempt to systematically and accurately describe a situation or a certain population area that is factual. In this case study, the author will systematically describe the nursing care of puzzle therapy for elderly with dementia and the fulfillment of personal hygiene needs for the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budhi Mulia 01 Social Home in Cipayung, East Jakarta. The research subjects in this case study were 30 elderly people with dementia who provided personal hygiene needs and lived at the Budhi Mulia 01 Cipayung Social Home for the Elderly, East Jakarta. The assessment was conducted on Monday, July 25, 2024 at 08.00 WIB at Wisma Kenanga Panti Tresna Werdha Budhi Mulia 01 Cipayung East Jakarta (PSTW) data was obtained by interviewing patients, friends of patients in the same guesthouse, PSTW clinic nurses, and from medical records. The results of the assessment were obtained Mrs. R, 85 years old, female, Muslim, widow status, last education elementary school, from RT 005 / RW 010 Kalisari, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta. The person in charge of Mrs. R who lives at RT 004 / RW 010 Kalisari, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta, who is the biological child of the patient. Conclusion: The implementation of nursing care that has been carried out has been effective and has been carried out according to the established plan, namely puzzle therapy. This can be said to be effective because puzzles can train concentration and according to the expectations of the outcome criteria in the theory decreased while the self-care deficit according to expectations also increased. This is due to the cooperation between nurses and patients.

Abstract

Cancer is a cell that has lost its normal control and mechanism, resulting in irregular growth. Cancer can occur from various tissues in various organs in line with the growth and development of cancer cells - cancer cells form a mass of malignant tissue that infiltrates nearby tissues and can spread (mentastasis) throughout the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hormonal contraceptive use on the incidence of breast cancer in patients at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Ujung Pandang Hospital Makassar. This research method is observational research with case control study design. Where case control is an analytic study that concerns how risk factors are studied using a retrospective approach. The results obtained Odds ratio value = 0.75. In addition, it was also obtained a lower limit value of 0.36% and an upper limit value of 1.38 at a 95% confidence level (95% C1). Conclusion that the use of hormonal contraceptive is not an influence on the incidence of breast cancer (large OR: 0.42 with a lower limit value of 0.17 and an Upper limit value of 2.50) is a protective factor for the incidence of breast cancer.

Abstract

Growth is an increase in the size and number of cells and intercellular tissue, meaning an increase in the physical size and structure of the body in part or in whole, so that it can be measured in units of length and weight. Development is a change that is both quantitative and qualitative, namely increasing the ability (skills) of more complex body structures and functions, including the development of cognitive, language, motor, emotional and behavioral development. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of growth and development in children aged 1-3 years with a history of Low Birth Weight Babies. This study used a descriptive research method using a cross-sectional approach. The total population is 30 toddlers at the Sudiang Health Center. So the number of samples in this study were 30 people. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing observation sheets. The results of this study are a picture of growth and development in children aged 1-3 years, there are characteristics of the child, the sex of the child, parents' education and parents' economic status. there is a history of Low Birth Weight Babies with child development 1-3 years. In conclusion, there is a picture of growth and development in children aged 1-3 years, there are characteristics of the child, the sex of the child, parents' education and parents' economic status.
