A sermon serves as the platform through which a preacher conveys divine messages to the congregation. Thorough preparation and effective delivery constitute essential components of a sermon. The use of illustrations, testimonials, and the selection of Bible passages play a pivotal role in crafting a sermon. A preacher should strive to communicate a message that aligns with the will of God, rather than catering to the desires of the congregation or personal preferences. This research aims to explore the concept of the Bible from a theological homiletical perspective. The Bible is regarded as a divine revelation in which God manifests Himself. The Bible serves as the core source in sermon development. Unfortunately, not all preachers base their sermons on the Bible; at times, they rely more on personal thoughts or subjective experiences. This poses potential risks for the congregation since their faith should not be founded on the preacher's personal experiences. It is crucial for a preacher to comprehend the fundamental role of the Bible as a theological foundation in crafting sermons. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative, with a focus on relevant literature and resources. The research findings affirm that sermons with theological depth should be anchored in the Bible. Such an approach is known as expository preaching. It can be concluded that as a preacher, the primary duty is to communicate God's message, not personal opinions. This is intended to build the congregation on the foundation of biblical truth and encourage transformation towards Christ.

In an increasingly competitive digital era, e-commerce businesses such as Adlya Olshop face challenges in increasing sales and expanding market share. Digital transformation has changed consumer behavior, who now prefer a personalized and interactive online shopping experience. Even though Adlya Olshop has implemented various marketing strategies, including promotions on social media and attractive discounts, the presence of new competitors with aggressive strategies demands further innovation. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore business owners' perspectives regarding the challenges and marketing strategies implemented. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews, while secondary data was taken from existing sources. Through SWOT analysis, this research identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Adlya Olshop. The results show that by utilizing technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, as well as developing interactions on social media, Adlya Olshop can increase operational efficiency and relevance in the market. With an inclusive and community empowerment-oriented approach, Adlya Olshop not only has the potential to achieve financial success, but also contribute to the welfare of local communities, making it an example of a sustainable business in the e- commerce era. Several suggestions that can be given to improve Adlya Olshop's performance include improving training for resellers, optimizing social media, carrying out continuous product innovation, implementing a customer loyalty program, creating a proactive feedback system, conducting regular market analysis, strengthening the brand community, and diversifying. distribution channels.

ABSTRACT This study discusses the application of the principle of service excellent in church services based on Colossians 3:23, with a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review. Service excellent, which is commonly used in the business world, is adapted in the church context to improve the quality of service and congregational engagement. Colossians 3:23 is the theological foundation that encourages church servants to serve with all their hearts, as if for God, not for humans. Through literature analysis, including theological books, trusted scientific journals, and the Bible. This study identifies ways in which churches can implement the principles of excellent service, such as reliability, empathy, and attention to the needs of the congregation. The results of the study indicate that the application of service excellent contributes to increased satisfaction and congregational engagement and strengthens the church community. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for today's churches to implement quality services that are in line with Christian values. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas penerapan prinsip service excellent dalam pelayanan gereja berdasarkan Kolose 3:23, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka. Service excellent, yang umumnya digunakan dalam dunia bisnis, disesuaikan dalam konteks gerejawi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan keterlibatan jemaat. Kolose 3:23 menjadi landasan teologis yang mendorong pelayan gereja untuk melayani dengan segenap hati, seolah-olah untuk Tuhan, bukan untuk manusia. Melalui analisis literatur, termasuk buku-buku teologi, jurnal ilmiah terpercaya, dan Alkitab. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi cara-cara gereja dapat mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip service excellent, seperti keandalan, empati, dan perhatian pada kebutuhan jemaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan service excellent berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan dan keterlibatan jemaat serta memperkuat komunitas gereja. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan panduan praktis bagi gereja masa kini untuk menerapkan pelayanan berkualitas yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Kristen. Jurnal ini membahas analisis eksegetis teologis terhadap Yohanes 4:23, yang mengungkapkan konsep penyembahan sejati menurut ajaran Yesus. Dalam ayat tersebut, Yesus menekankan bahwa penyembahan yang benar adalah penyembahan "dalam roh dan kebenaran," yang berarti penyembahan tidak terbatas pada ritual atau tempat tertentu, melainkan harus melibatkan seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, baik rohani, batiniah, maupun praktis, dan sesuai dengan wahyu Allah yang terkandung dalam Firman-Nya. Jurnal ini mengeksplorasi makna kata-kata kunci dalam teks Yunani, seperti "proskuneo" (penyembahan), "alethinoi" (benar), dan "en pneumati" (dalam roh), untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai prinsip-prinsip penyembahan sejati. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga mengidentifikasi implikasi teologis dari penyembahan sejati, yang berfokus pada transformasi hidup, kejujuran dan otentisitas, serta bagaimana penyembahan harus menjadi gaya hidup yang mencerminkan kedalaman hubungan dengan Allah. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai penerapan prinsip-prinsip penyembahan sejati dalam konteks gereja kontemporer dan kehidupan iman umat Kristiani.

This research discusses Christian meditation as a solution for Gen Z's mental health and spirituality enhancement in the digital age. In Christian circles, meditation is often viewed negatively as it is thought to be associated with mystical practices or New Age groups. However, Christian meditation, which has its roots in Jewish tradition, aims to establish communication with God through contemplation of the Bible. Gen Z, who are prone to mental disorders and spiritual crises, face challenges in the digital age. This study aims to reveal how Christian meditation can help improve their mental health and deepen their spirituality. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature analysis and case studies related to Christian meditation, mental health, and the development of Gen Z's spirituality. It can be concluded that digital technology has a significant impact on Gen Z's mental health, including increased anxiety, stress, and decreased quality of life. In the face of such pressures, Christian meditation, offers a spiritual solution that fosters inner peace and a deeper connection with God. Therefore, churches and Christian communities need to integrate Christian meditation as a means of mental recovery and strengthening Gen Z's spirituality in the digital age.AbstrakGenerasi Z menghadapi tantangan serius dalam kesehatan mental dan spiritualitas di era digital, termasuk meningkatnya kecemasan, stres, dan krisis identitas rohani. Di sisi lain, meditasi Kristiani sering dipandang negatif karena dianggap berkaitan dengan praktik mistis atau gerakan New Age. Padahal, meditasi Kristiani berakar dari tradisi Yahudi dan bertujuan membangun relasi dengan Allah melalui perenungan Kitab Suci. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis literatur dan studi kasus terkait meditasi Kristen, kesehatan mental, serta perkembangan spiritualitas Gen Z. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi digital memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental Gen Z, termasuk meningkatnya kecemasan, stres, dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Dalam menghadapi tekanan tersebut, meditasi Kristen, menawarkan solusi rohani yang menumbuhkan kedamaian batin dan hubungan yang lebih dalam dengan Tuhan. Oleh karena itu, gereja dan komunitas Kristen perlu mengintegrasikan meditasi Kristiani sebagai sarana pemulihan mental dan penguatan spiritualitas Gen Z di era digital.

Child trauma recovery in Christian orphanages requires a holistic approach integrating psychology and theology. However, practical models that operationally blend these two perspectives remain limited. This qualitative study aims to develop a mentoring model based on the principle of "listening" through a psychotheological approach. Using a literature study method, this research synthesizes theories of humanistic and trauma psychology (particularly from Carl Rogers and Danel Siegel) with a hermeneutical analysis of Biblical texts. The study yields an integrative model comprising three practical steps: unconditional self-acceptance, strengthening self-esteem, and providing space for self-expression. These three steps operationalize the listening principle within a framework combining attentiveness, valuing, empathizing, and loving. This study provides a theoretical contribution to Christian counseling literature by offering a structured psychotheological model. Practically, this model can serve as an applicable guide for orphanage caregivers in creating a restorative environment for child trauma survivors.AbstrakPemulihan trauma anak di panti asuhan Kristen memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan ilmu psikologi dan teologi. Namun, model praktis yang secara operasional memadukan kedua perspektif tersebut masih terbatas. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model pendampingan berbasis prinsip "mendengarkan" melalui pendekatan psikoteologis. Dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mensintesis teori-teori psikologi humanistik dan trauma (terutama dari Carl Rogers dan Danel Siegel) dengan hermeneutika teks Alkitab. Penelitian menghasilkan model integratif tiga langkah praktis, yaitu penerimaan diri tanpa syarat, penguatan harga diri, dan pemberian ruang ekspresi diri. Ketiga langkah ini mengoperasionalisasikan prinsip mendengarkan dalam sebuah kerangka kerja yang memadukan sikap memperhatikan, menghargai, berempati, dan mengasihi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi literatur konseling Kristen dengan menawarkan sebuah model psikoteologis yang terstruktur. Secara praktis, model ini dapat dijadikan panduan aplikatif bagi pembina panti asuhan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang memulihkan bagi anak-anak korban trauma.

Riam Palayo is mostly known to the people of Bengkayang Regency, but there has been no study assessing the potential of the Riam's tourist attraction. The aim of the research is to obtain the potential value of natural tourist attractions. The method used is a survey method with observation and interview techniques using a questionnaire. The sample was taken as many as 66 respondents using accidental sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data processing uses the data scoring method in accordance with the 2003 Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions (ODTWA PHKA) guidelines. The results of the assessment of Riam Palayo's natural tourism potential consist of Tourist Attraction (B), Accessibility (B), Socio-Economic Conditions (A), Accommodation (A), Visitor Facilities and Infrastructure (A), Availability of Clean Water (A). The ODTWA Alam Riam Palayo calculation results obtained a score of 561.29, meaning that it has enough potential to be developed as a natural tourist attraction, but it still needs to improve accessibility and maintain the existence of the attraction. Keyword: Cipta Karya Village, Riam Palayo, Tourist Attraction, Tourism Potential Abstrak Riam Palayo sebagian besar dikenal masyarakat Kabupaten Bengkayang namun belum ada kajian penilaian potensi daya tarik wisata Riam tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai potensi daya tarik wisata alam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 66 responden menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling dan Purvosive sampling . Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Skoring data sesuai pedomana Objek dan Daya Tarik Wisata Alam (ODTWA PHKA) tahun 2003. Hasil penilaian potensi wisata alam Riam Palayo terdiri dari Daya Tarik Wisata (B), Aksesibilitas (B), Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi (A), Akomodasi (A), Sarana dan Prasarana Pengunjung (A), Ketersediaan Air Bersih (A). Hasil perhitungan ODTWA Alam Riam Palayo diproleh skor 561,29, artinya cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai objek wisata alam, namun masih perlu peningkatan perbaikan aksessibilitas dan mempertahankan keberadaan daya tarik .
