Abstract

Penempatan karyawan yang tepat di posisi yang tepat tidak hanya menjadi keinginan agensi, tapi juga keinginan para pegawainya. Biasanya pencapaian seorang karyawan menjadi lebih baik jika seorang karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan tempat yang tepat dan sesuai dengan keahliannya sehingga karyawan bersangkutan dapat menyalurkan ide kreatifnya, dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji profil Kantor Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, mana faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produktivitas pegawai di Kantor Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, dan variabel independen (penempatan , pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, kepemimpinan) dimana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas pegawai di Kantor Arsip Daerah Kutai Kartanegara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara sebanyak 52 orang dengan alat analisis regresilinier berganda. Kata kunci: motivasi, penempatan, pelatihan, produktivitas

Abstract

This study determined the effect of the role-playing method on social studies learning outcomes in terms of student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu Tengah. This is quantitative quasi-experimental. One experimental group and one control group, consisting of 25 members of classes VII B and VII A, respectively, comprised the population of this study. A straightforward random sample method was used to conduct the sampling. The methods for gathering data such as test, questionnaire, and observation. Statistical data analysis procedures, such as the normality test, homogeneity test, and two-way ANOVA test, are used to manage and analyze data. Based on data analysis from the findings of the research, it can be deduced that the F-count value is 4.702 with a p value of 0.035 based on the “Method” value. It can be inferred that the strategy influences learning results in part since the p value is less than 0.05. The F-count value is 10.885 with a p value of 0.002 based on the “Motivation” value. It can be said that motivation effects learning outcomes to some extent because the p value is less than 0.05. The F-count value, based on the “Method with Motivation” value, is 4.995, and the p value is 0.030. It may be deduced that there is an interaction between the role-playing method and student learning motivation on student learning results because the p value is less than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of multimedia on the religious character of students in learning Islamic Religious Education in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu Utara. This type of research is quasi-experimental research, the research method used in this study is quantitative. The data collection techniques used by researchers are questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. In this study there are two variables, namely Variable X (Multimedia Influence) and Variable Y (Religious Character). The research population was all students of class VII, totaling 147 students, from class VII.A to class VII.E and the sample of this study, 31 students of class VII.C as the control class and 27 students of class VII.E as the experimental class. The research results that there is influence of multimedia on the religious character of students in learning Islamic Religious Education in class.

Abstract

Health is an important factor in supporting the learning process of students in elementary schools. The School Health Program (UKS) aims to increase students' awareness of health through education and healthy living practices. This study analyzes the role of teachers in implementing the UKS program and the strategies used to increase students' health awareness at SDN 014 Samarinda Ulu. With a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that teachers act as educators, facilitators, and role models in forming students' healthy living habits. The strategies implemented include lectures, hygiene demonstrations, use of educational media, and integration of health into extracurricular activities. Evaluation is carried out through observation and project-based tests. Challenges in implementing the UKS program include limited health workers, inadequate facilities, and low participation of students and parents. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the UKS curriculum, increase teacher capacity, and collaborate with health institutions to ensure the program runs effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. The researcher used the entire population as the sample, totaling 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a total sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of 25 statements for the peer variable and 25 statements for the socio-emotional variable, filled out by 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed with validity and reliability tests, which showed that all instruments were valid and reliable, with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.793 for the peer variable and 0.786 for the socio-emotional variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of peers on the socio-emotional development of children in Desa Pal 30, Lais Subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency. Based on the regression analysis, it was found that the relationship between peers as the independent variable and socio-emotional development as the dependent variable is positive. The coefficient table shows that, in the significance column, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the peer variable (X) has an effect on the socio-emotional variable (Y). The size of the influence in the obtained regression equation is Y = 31.918 + 0.566X, with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.404, which indicates that peers influence 40.4% of the socio-emotional development of children, and it is a positive influence. Overall, the results of this study indicate that peers have an impact on the socio-emotional development of early childhood. Therefore, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected
