Abstract

Perencanaan tambang dilakukan untuk menjamin operasi penambangan yang akan dilakukan terkoordinasi dan sesuai dengan target yang direncanakan. Namun, pada realisasinya seringkali ditemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan tambang dan realisasi di lapangan. Pada penelitian kali ini pokok permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu, apa saja bentuk ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan dan realiasi yang terjadi dilapangan, serta mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan sering tidak tercapainya perencanaan dan realisasi. Dengan itu penulis dapat memberikan solusi dan saran berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketercapaian rencan dan realisasi yang terjadi dilapangan Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan didapatkan adanya ketidak sesuaian perencaan dan realisasi yang terjadi dilapangan, yaitu dengan presentase ketercapaian produksi pada bulan januari 19%. Pada bulan februari 42%, dan pada bulan maret 39%. Adapun faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya yaitu, Ketebalan Overburde, Slippery, Kemacetan, Unit Support, Efesiensi Kerja, dan skill operator. berdasarkan faktor faktor tersebut Upaya yang dilakukan peneliti untuk meningkatkan target produksi yaitu dengan memperbaiki waktu kerja

Abstract

The high sensitivity and low power consumption of fiber Bragg grating (FBG), has been widely applied in optical technology to measure temperature and strain. Currently, the need for detection by the industrial sector is increasingly being developed, one of which is the detection of characteristics in honey solutions. The use of FBG as a detector has a great opportunity to see the unique characteristics of the honey solution. Therefore, this problem needs to be followed up by analyzing the effect of honey temperature on the FBG output power, changes in Bragg wavelength, and the rate of temperature change. The research method was carried out by placing FBG in a heated honey solution, then measuring the temperature between 30°C – 60°C with an increase of 5°C. The FBG used consists of a wavelength of 1550 nm and 1310 nm which is fed with 1 mW of input power. The results showed that the highest output power of FBG against honey solution B was in the range of 213.60 – 214.58 mW. Changes in Bragg wavelength were quite significant for the increase in temperature of honey solution with a difference of 0.58 – 0.76 nm.

Abstract

Fiber optics are the right transmission medium to monitor the movement of the human body, one of them is knee activity. Single-mode fiber (SMF) and fiber Bragg grating (FBG) as sensing sensors that can monitor damage to bad conditions of the human joint area so can prevent further damage. The purpose of this study was to design fiber optic-based belts due to macrobending with sinusoidal patterns, determine the relationship of knee benders with average power change of SMF and FBG, measure changes in power loss (L) fiber optics as a function of optical fiber diameter (d) and knee angle, and determine the optimum sensitivity (S) of SMF and FBG in detecting knee bending. The results showed that L of 0.0751 dB and S of 0.017442 dB are the largest values produced from the SMF belt with values d of 12 mm and knee angle of 180°. The values L of 2.0177 dB and S of 0.591382 dB are the largest values produced from FBG belts with values d of 8 mm and knee angle of 180°. The results of this study explain that FBG is more effective to use because it has a higher S value than SMF.

Abstract

Sebagai negara kepulauan dan berada di daerah tropis dan kondisi alam yang mendukung, Indonesia merupakan  negara  penghasil  kelapa  yang  utama  di  dunia,  dengan  luas  areal  tanaman  kelapa  di  Indonesia mencapai 3,76 juta Ha, dengan total produksi diperkirakan sebanyak 14 milyar butir kelapa. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini, akan diteliti seberapa jauh kekuatan pengaruh alkalisasi serat sabut kelapa  dengan  matrix  berupa  polyster  dengan  tipe  (Bayesian  Quantitative  Trait  Nucleontide)  BQTN  268. Mengetahui  kekuatan  dari  bahan  uji  maka  dilakukan  beberapa  pengujian  yaitu  uji  impak  dan  tarik.  Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kekuatan serabut kelapa dengan prosentase alkalisasi dan tanpa proses alkalisasi.Hasil  pengujian  tersebut  maka  dapat diketahui bahwa  kekuatan  tarik  tertinggi  terjadi  pada  komposit serabut kelapa 10% dengan proses alkalisasi mendapatkan nilai kekuatan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 22,04 N/mm2. Pada pengujian impak nilai kekuatan tertinggi yaitu pada komposit serabut kelapa 30% dengan proses alkalisasi dengan nilai 0,1326 J/mm2. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukan proses akalisasi serat sangat berpegaruh pada asil pengujian yang di lakukan uji tarik dan uji impak. Kata kunci: Alkalisasi, Komposit, Sabut Kelapa, Uji Tarik, Uji Impak

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication techniques employed by the leadership of Pondok Pesantren Modern Daarul Muhsinin Janjimanaan Kawat Labuhanbatu in shaping the leadership character of students through the "Catur Mantap" program consisting of four core aspects: Mantap Ibadahku, Mantap Akhlakku, Mantap Belajarku, and Mantap Bahasaku. Utilizing a qualitative field research approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that pesantren leaders apply multi-strategic communication techniques, including interpersonal, group, symbolic, and instructional communication. These approaches align with both Islamic communication principles shidq (truthfulness), tabligh (clarity in message), amanah (trustworthiness), and fathonah (wisdom) and modern communication theory, especially DeVito's effective communication model (openness, empathy, supportiveness, positivity, and equality). The communication strategies were proven to be effective in building emotional bonds, enhancing student participation, and internalizing moral and spiritual values. Moreover, they serve as transformative tools in character education and leadership development. This study contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of Islamic educational leadership communication and offers a replicable model for other Islamic institutions.
