Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of agency cost on firm performance. This research take sample from 10 companies from Mining, Strategic Industry, Energy and Telecomunication (PISET) which were published in financial report from 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. The method of analysis of this research used simple linier regression. The result of this research that negative significant effect of agency cost on firm performance. The negative effect was caused by the decrease of others income/(expense) and  Advantage tax (expense). Keyword: agency cost, firm performance, simple linier regression

Abstract

Ngunut Village is one of the villages located in Parang District which is a place for group 21 community service courses (KPM). Ngunut Village has several resources that can be developed, either in the form of Natural Resources or Human Resources. Several strengths or assets in Ngunut Village have been found, one of which is regarding the village's natural potential which can be utilized to the fullest by making the community the main actor and determinant of Development Efforts. Therefore, with this community service activity the author tries to develop a marketing strategy to increase MSME income. So that MSME actors can be more creative and innovative in planning successful marketing strategies. Now it is a must to have a presence on social media considering its significant influence, an MSMEs can develop faster by having social media for promotion and sales compared to not using it. The purpose of this study was to measure the role of social media as a promotional tool in increasing product marketing from MSMEs that focus on the cake and frozen food business in Ngunut Village, Parang District, Magetan Regency. The method used in this research is the ABCD (Assets Based Community Development) approach, namely identifying the assets owned by the surrounding community. The results of the study show that according to the informants involved, the use of social media as a promotional tool has a very important role in increasing product marketing from MSMEs engaged in the culinary field, especially for small businesses.

Abstract

Media Sosial merupakan hasil dari perkembangan di era 4.0 yang membuat informasi dengan cepat tersampaikan. YouTube merupakan satu dari banyaknya media sosial. Saat ini, ramai diperbincangkan tentang maraknya konten skibidi toilet di kalangan anak-anak. Anak seorang peniru yang ulung sehingga belum bisa membedakan yang baik dan tidak. Bila media menampilkan konten yang tidak layak untuk ditonton, terjadi kemungkinan anak meniru hal tersebut sehingga tidak sesuai dengan wasilah yang diajarkan Rasulullah Saw dan tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini, mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh konten skibidi toilet terhadap perilaku anak usia 7–10 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Oleh karena itu, Peneliti menghitung menggunakan analisis skala Guttman didapatkan uji korelasi signifikasi 2 tailed karena tidak ada korelasi antara konten skibidi toilet dan perilaku anak usia 7-10 tahun sebesar 0,047<0,05.
