Abstract

Bakpia Ahmad's Family is a company engaged in the food production sector. Bakpia in the form of food or cake with the basic ingredients of wheat flour, currently this food is widely known by the public. The emergence of other companies producing the same type of goods encourages the improvement of strategies to face competition and maintain customer loyalty for the continuity of the company's operations. To maintain customer loyalty, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is implemented to realize the company's goals. CRM is a strategy used in business to manage and improve the quality of good relationships with customers. Establishing good relations with customers will create trust in the company. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in maintaining customer loyalty in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations of UMKM Bakpia Ahmad's Family in the city of Trenggalek. Data were analyzed using data condensation techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of CRM is very important in maintaining customer loyalty to MSMEs. CRM helps MSMEs understand customer needs and preferences, and provides a good and consistent experience. In practice, MSMEs can implement CRM through several stages, namely acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and growing the most profitable customers.

Abstract

Internal control over revolving funds that are not used according to the needs of the debtor and internal control if revolving funds still exist but are not used for group revolving. This internal control is to avoid fraud or embezzlement of BUM Desa Bersama Kalidawir funds. So that revolving funds are used as portions. Private and public institutions always have procedures in carrying out every activity. Likewise, BUM Desa Bersama Kalidawir has a procedure in carrying out an internal control system for revolving funds.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to analyze the impact of education level, poverty, and the distribution of Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) funds on economic growth across districts and cities in East Java in 2022, both simultaneously and partially. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach was applied using secondary data from 38 districts/cities in East Java. Saturated sampling (nonprobability sampling) was used to select the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted with SPSS version 27 after testing classical assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Research findings: The results show that education level, poverty, and ZIS fund distribution simultaneously have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Individually, each variable also significantly contributes to economic growth in the study area. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to human capital theory and the poverty trap theory by empirically examining how education, poverty, and ZIS funds influence economic growth in East Java. The finding that poverty positively affects economic growth offers new insights into the socioeconomic dynamics in regions with relatively high poverty rates. Practitioners/Policy Implications: The findings suggest that regional governments, BAPPEDA, BAZNAS, and policymakers should focus on improving education quality, productively reducing poverty, and optimizing ZIS fund distribution to promote sustainable and equitable economic growth. Research Limitations/Implications: This study is limited to data from 2022 and focuses only on education, poverty, and ZIS distribution, which may not capture all factors influencing economic growth. Future research should include additional variables and longer time periods for more comprehensive and generalizable results

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan Program Pendistribusian Lansia dan Fakir Miskin BAZNAS Kabupaten Tulungagung, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Pendistribusian Lansia dan Fakir Miskin BAZNAS Kabupaten Tulungagung, serta untuk mengetahui hasil evalusasi dari Pendistribusian Lansia dan Fakir Miskin BAZNAS Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan program pendistribusian ini melalui proses administrasi di kantor BAZNAS, survey lokasi mustahik, pengajuan data mustahik pada pimpinan, (2) pelaksanaan dalam program pendistribusian dilakukan oleh relawan BAZNAS yang menerima bantuan beasiswa SKSS, (3) evaluasi dari program ini yaitu terdapat hambatan yang sering terjadi di lapangan terkait pendistribusian kepada mustahik, dengan alasan tidak ada akses komunikasi antara distributor dengan mustahik dikarenakan mayoritas mustahik hidup sebatangkara dan sudah berusia lanjut, sehingga dari pihak BAZNAS belum ada tindakan yang tepat yang dapat dilakukan mengenai evaluasi terhadap hambatan yang terjadi.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of this program which is an empowerment program to improve community welfare in BAZNAS Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with informants including BAZNAS Trenggalek Regency staff, program assistants and also mustahik recipients of Z-Chicken Program assistance. The results of this research show that BAZNAS Trenggalek Regency's way of improving the welfare of the community through the Z-Chicken program takes the form of an empowerment program, the results of which the program can help improve the welfare of the Trenggalek community. There are even some mustahik who have succeeded in becoming muzakki. Evaluation of the Z-Chicken program at BAZNAS Trenggalek Regency was carried out on the policy content, namely that the program was quite successful in achieving its goal, namely improving the economy and welfare of the Trenggalek community. Evaluation of program implementation is more focused on selecting mustahik recipients of Z-Chicken program assistance. Meanwhile, evaluation of the impact is more focused on increasing the positive impact and trying to reduce or eliminate the negative impact.

Abstract

Most zakat funds are allocated for social and humanitarian needs. However, some educational institutions that receive zakat assistance report improvements in facilities and educational quality, such as building renovations, provision of teaching materials, and improved school operations. The guidance on zakat management provided by LAZIZNU has proven effective in raising awareness among educational institutions about the importance of transparent and accountable zakat management. However, there are some challenges in managing and distributing zakat in a way that's more focused on the education sector. This study suggests that there's a need to improve the zakat management system and tighten monitoring so that zakat can be used to its full potential to improve the quality of education in Wonodadi Blitar District..

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Ngulankulon Village, Trenggalek, with the aim of increasing the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through training in food processing and product digitalization. The main challenges faced by the village community are limited knowledge in optimally processing agricultural products and the minimal use of digital technology for product marketing. The training activity was designed with two main focuses: an introduction to technology-based food processing techniques such as fermentation, drying, and packaging, and training in the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to market products widely. The training method was carried out in a participatory, community-based manner and was followed by post-training mentoring to ensure sustainable implementation. Evaluation results showed that participants experienced significant improvements in technical food processing skills and digital literacy. Several MSMEs succeeded in extending product shelf life, improving product quality, and expanding markets through online marketing. The local economic impact began to be seen in increased sales volume and consumer reach beyond the region. This activity also encouraged the growth of innovation and creativity in product development based on local potential, and strengthened awareness of the importance of digitalization for business sustainability. Overall, this program contributed positively to empowering the village economy through an applied technological approach and training

Abstract

Strategi marketing hendaknya disesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman agar memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Begitupula strategi marketing yang dilakukan oleh PT. Putra Jaya Nanas. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui strategi marketing apa yang dilakukan oleh PT. Putra Jaya Nanas untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini berjumlah dua yaitu digital marketing dan word of mouth, untuk variabel dependent yaitu peningkatan penjualan, dan yang terakhir variabel moderating yaitu inovasi produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data primer untuk penelitian diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dan observasi terhadap objek penelitian. Wawancara dilakukan kepada lima narasumber yang terdiri dari pemilik usaha, dua pegawai, dan dua konsumen. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku - buku dan literatur. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan deskriptif analisis guna menyederhanakan dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasanya strategi yang digunakan pada PT. Putra Jaya Nanas berhasil meningkatkan penjualan produk. Digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam memperkenalkan produk dengan jangkauan konsumen lebih luas. Word of mouth berhasil menarik minat konsumen melalui testimoni positif yang mempengaruhi konsumen lain dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Inovasi produk yang diterapkan pada PT. Putra Jaya Nanas adalah me too product. Me too product merupakan suatu inovasi produk yang baru bagi perusahaan namun tidak baru bagi pasar. Me too product yang diterapkan PT. Putra Jaya Nanas adalah menambah variasi ukuran cup. Strategi ini berhasil meningkatkan penjualan produk.
