Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of administrative management on cash flow at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distributor Bandung. During the internship program, the author was involved in various administrative tasks within the General Affairs division, including managing tax invoices, inputting operational cost data, and summarizing drug liabilities. The findings indicate that effective administrative management is crucial for ensuring smooth cash flow within the company. Delays in customer payments, often due to external factors, negatively affect the company’s liquidity and hinder its ability to meet financial obligations and invest in new projects. To address these challenges, several strategies can be implemented, such as enhancing administrative efficiency through the use of technology, tightening receivables management, and diversifying funding sources. The study concludes that optimizing administrative management with technological support can significantly improve the company’s financial performance and ensure long-term financial stability.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's observations regarding the problem of low employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of the City which shows that organizational culture and incentives are still not in accordance with what is expected and employee performance is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to analyze positive influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City. This research is a correlational quantitative research with associative type. The population in this study was all employees at the Office of Education and Culture of the City totaling 90 employees and the sample was determined using the Cohran formula with an error rate of 10% with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique obtained 63 employees. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Liker scale which has 5 alternative answers. Before the questionnaire was used, trials were carried out to determine its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression tests which were processed using SPSS version 24. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant influence between organizational culture and the provision of incentives jointly on employee performance. So the multiple linear regression equation used is 32.864+0.324X1+0.427X2+e. In the determination coefficient test, the gain is r² = 0.613 which shows that the determination of the organizational culture variable and the provision of incentives on employee performance is 61.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel pola Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan, Tanggungjawab dan Kompensasi terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru SMA negeri 16 Makassar dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dan deskriptif pada seluruh guru SMA Negeri 16 Makassar sebanyak 67 orang. Pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi langsung sedangkan metode analisi data mengunakan uji regresi liner berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel pola Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan, Tanggungjawab dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 16 Makassar. Hasil perhitungan olahan data komputer yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa faktor pelatihan (X1) dengan koefisien beta (b1) sebesar 0,811 dengan level signifikan 0.000

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational success, especially in the retail sector, where efficiency and service quality directly affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at Indomaret. A quantitative research approach was used, collecting data through surveys distributed to employees. The findings indicate that workload has a significant effect on performance, where excessive workload leads to decreased productivity and job satisfaction. Work discipline plays a crucial role in ensuring employees adhere to company policies, directly improving efficiency and service quality. Furthermore, a conducive work environment fosters motivation, reduces stress, and enhances overall employee performance. The study highlights the importance of balancing workload, enforcing strict discipline, and creating a supportive work environment to optimize employee performance in the retail industry. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance, Retail Industry
