Abstract

A leader must be able to precisely direct individual goals to organizational goals. Leadership Style is one aspect of leadership in optimizing the ability of natural resources, financial and human resources to achieve organizational goals. The most appropriate leadership style will depend on the function of the leader, subordinates and the situation. Leadership effectiveness can be achieved if the leadership style can adjust to the level of development of the subordinate to the existing situation.In this study, the tool used is a situational leadership style that conveyed by Hersey and Blanchard. Situational leadership model, it can measure the extent of the effectiveness of leadership styles used by the leadership. The method used is descriptive survey. Data obtained, using questionnaires, interviews, and other internal data that is needed.The results of these studies indicate that leadership style and development level of subordinates are not on the same level, still has not been effective results. Thus, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of leadership style that is used is still low, amounting to 57%. With these results it is, the level of employee satisfaction is low there is a leadership shown by the percentage by 56%. Keyword: leader, subordinates, situational leadership, Leadership effectiveness

Abstract

This paper provides a comprehensive literature review to explore the prevailing trends and obstacles in digital marketing for Indonesian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with respect to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study employs a literature review method to identify the current trends and challenges in digital marketing for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia and how these align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. This study aims to fill the gap in existing research by providing a comprehensive analysis of the alignment of digital marketing practices with the SDGs among Indonesian SMEs. It examines how digital marketing strategies can aid in fulfilling the SDGs, focusing on aspects such as economic growth, innovation, and sustainable consumption. By meticulously analyzing existing literature, the study identifies prominent digital marketing trends, significant challenges encountered by Indonesian SMEs, and insights on how digital marketing can foster sustainable development. The results are intended to offer valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and academics in the realm of digital business.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors affecting consumer attitudes towards using online shopping platforms, especially for purchasing muslim fashion online . The research is grounded in The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis (1986), and examines variables such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use, as well as trust and perceived risk, in relation to consumer attitudes towards online shopping. The study employs a survey method to collect data and information for analysis. Causal analysis is conducted using Linear Regression PROCESS version 3.4 with the help of SPSS version 24. The sample consists of 100 consumers who have previously bought Muslim fashion online, randomly selected from Bandung. The findings reveal that perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, trust, and perceived risk significantly impact consumer attitudes towards repeated online shopping.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Jembarwangi, Kecamatan Tomo, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu daerah penghasil buah eksotis, yaitu Mangga Gedong Gincu. Desa ini menghadapi masalah besar ketika musim panen tiba, terutama karena banyak buah mangga yang tidak memenuhi standar ekspor (grade Ab1) maupun lokal (grade Ab2), sehingga menyebabkan penumpukan buah yang akhirnya membusuk dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut sekaligus meningkatkan perekonomian desa, dana Hibah PKM DRTPM Kemenristek tahun 2024 bersama Universitas Sangga Buana YPKP Bandung mendukung pengembangan produk kripik mangga Gedong Gincu di Desa Jembarwangi, agar dapat dipasarkan dengan baik dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang signifikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi demonstrasi langsung proses pembuatan kripik, diskusi interaktif, dan pelatihan praktis yang melibatkan masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan respon positif dari peserta, namun dibutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan untuk memastikan hasil yang lebih maksimal. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini dibahas dalam artikel berjudul "Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Penggunaan Teknologi untuk Pengolahan Kripik Mangga Gedong Gincu di Desa Jembarwangi, Sumedang."

Abstract

Sustainable development must be implemented precisely in 2030 so that elements such as academics, stakeholders, the private sector and also the community must be able to implement the SDGs in that year. The SDGs here have 17 goals that must be implemented globally, but the problem that occurs here is that it is not as smooth as in implementing the SDGs considering that there are several phenomena that occur such as covid-19, gender issues and other problems. Human resources are expected to provide support to be able to implement the SDGs precisely in 2030. This study uses qualitative research based on literature studies. The results of this study explain that it turns out that the support from human resources for the SDGs can actually be said to be 50:50 because employees who are used as assets in this company can be fully responsible in supporting the SDGs considering that companies or organizations must have a vision and mission that must come first

Abstract

Sustainability-focused marketing approaches are gaining increasing attention, particularly in supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) committed to achieving carbon neutrality as part of collective responsibility towards climate change. Social media has become an effective strategic tool to efficiently reach a broader audience, with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok providing opportunities to strengthen emotional connections, enhance customer loyalty, and support sustainability programs.This study focuses on PT Lucky Shot, an MSME in the billiard sports sector, which faces challenges in maintaining competitiveness in a dynamic market while adhering to its commitment to environmental sustainability. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the application of environmentally focused marketing strategies through social media at PT Lucky Shot. Data were collected through literature reviews and direct observation of the company’s social media marketing activities.The study provides in-depth insights into patterns, challenges, and opportunities in integrating sustainability strategies with social media marketing. It is designed to develop an applicable sustainability-based marketing model aimed at supporting the achievement of carbon neutrality targets while enhancing the competitiveness and reputation of MSMEs
