Abstract

Social and religious behavior is the act of carrying out religious teachings carried out with full confidence and sincerity and implemented in the social area of ​​society. In management, especially in the organizational dimension, there is integration between the individual's vision and the vision of the pesantren as the organizer, which is why the activities organized by the pesantren are able to run dynamically. The activities organized by the pesantren as non-formal educational institutions have a positive impact on the surrounding community, although not all activities have the same impact as what happens in the pesantren study activities. The results of this study indicate that; first, the change in community behavior after attending a routine study at the Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School in Pasuruan is through several stages, namely pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance. Second, the results achieved from routine activities at the Istiqomah Islamic boarding school are; a) increased faith and devotion, b) able to perform worship properly and consistently, especially prayer, c) have a good religious experience as evidenced by a feeling of calm when and after practicing worship, d) high interest in studying religious knowledge, e) more has good manners in interacting with neighbors or fellow Muslims, and f) living life in peace.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan daya ledak ototdengan menggunakan metode circuit training untuk meningkatkan kemampuan medium shootpada atlet bolabasket putra SMA Negeri 8 Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianeksperimen semu dengan desain one group pre test post test, yaitu satu kelompok yang di beriperlakuan (treatment) variasi latihan daya ledak otot dengan metode circuit training. Subjekpenelitian adalah atlet putra bolabasket SMAN 8 Padang yang berjumlah 20 orang dipilihdengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah testembakan lima titik. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukan ada pengaruhlatihan daya ledak otot dengan menggunakan metode circuit training untuk meningkatkankemampuan medium shoot pada atlet bolabasket putra SMA Negeri 8 Padang dengan t hitunglebih besar dari t tabel (7,911 > 1,729) dan nilai signifikan p sebesar (0.000 < 0.05). Dari datapretest memiliki rata-rata (6,10) dan pada saat postest rata-rata mencapai (9,40). Perbedaan ratarata yaitu sebesar 3,30.Kata Kunci: Variasi Latihan; Daya Ledak Otot; Circuit Training; Medium Shoot;Bolabasket

Abstract

In general, Islam came to the archipelago because it was brought by traders from various countries who had embraced Islam first. Like the Islamic heritage belonging to KH Sulaiman Bin Abdurrahman Delamat where he came to Pangkalan Balai to spread Islam and left traces of heritage that became cultural heritage and many pilgrims came to pay Nazar and he was a hero of independence in Sumatra. The author uses a qualitative research method that is produced from interviews and direct documentation by conducting observations at the location of the tomb located on Jalan Kelurahan Kendodong Raye,Banyuasine, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency 111. There are two results that will be discussed by the researcher, namely the first background of KH Sulaiman bin KH Abdurrahman Delamat and the spreader of Islamic religious knowledge in Pangkalan Balai

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions have dominated the various needs of the community, especially in BMT Nusantara and BMT Maslahah. Its existence is a great hope to be able to provide high benefits, especially non-profit financing so that the need for it will form a marker for the community of the importance of BMT in the midst of society. This research uses a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was carried out in the northern Surabaya area and collected data in the form of direct observation followed by direct interviews to the documentation needed in this study. In the end, data analysis was carried out previously by checking through the validity of the data using data trianggulation with the aim that the research obtained could be directed and could be accounted for its validity. The result of this study is that BMT Nusantara in its application is based on the rules and provisions of the Fiqh rules as its guidelines, while BMT Maslahah also makes the teachings of fiqh as its basis for meeting its requirements and validity. Furthermore, judging from the business strategy, it is more about the fulfillment of society in its needs so that the strategy does not interest the benefits but rather the taawun which is essentially recommended in Islamic law.
