Abstract

This article aims to examine how the hadith regarding women's shaf in congregational prayer can be analyzed through a gender perspective. The approach used is qualitative, focusing on descriptive-analytical methods, while the data analysis technique employed is content analysis with an emphasis on gender analysis. The findings of this study indicate that using a gender analysis allows the hadith to be understood in a way that does not discriminate against women and offers a more egalitarian perspective on the arrangement of men's and women's shaf. In the modern context, such rules are not perceived as discriminatory, and religious teachings can be detached from patriarchal imagery. This research recommends further exploration by academics and is expected to serve as an additional reference for studies on hadith related to women's and men's shaf in congregational prayer.

Abstract

Homosexuality is one type of human sexual orientation that the mufasirs have prohibited such behavior as has been done by the people of Prophet Luth. The view of the mufasirs in the prohibition leads that homosexual behavior violates the nature of human creation which lives in pairs between men and women. So in this study using the theory of maqāṣidī interpretation approach, researchers will prove that the relationship between men and women is a more maqāṣidī-ah and healthy relationship, besides that this research will also reveal the purpose and wisdom of the prohibition of homosexual behavior. So the results of this study can be concluded that the wisdom of the prohibition of homosexuality contains several maqāṣid, namely hifẓ al-nasl (continuing generations), hifẓ al-dīn (continuing and fighting for the teachings of Islam), hifẓ al'aql (avoiding excessive attitudes) and hifẓ al-nafs (avoiding disease). Homosexual behavior will not provide benefits for life but rather provide harm.

Abstract

Zakat fitrah merupakan zakat yang diwajibkan kepada setiap individu muslim sebagai penyempurna ibadah puasa Ramadan serta sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan bagi kaum dhuafa pada hari raya Idul Fitri. Dalam Islam, zakat fitrah telah diatur secara rinci melalui hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. yang menjelaskan hukum, kadar, waktu pelaksanaan, serta manfaatnya. Berdasarkan penelitian hadis dengan metode takhrij lafaz melalui aplikasi Maktabah al-Syamilah, diperoleh 40 hadis terkait zakat fitrah yang tersebar dalam kitab-kitab hadis utama seperti Shahih Bukhari, Shahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Daud, Tirmidzi, Nasa’i, Ibnu Majah, Musnad Ahmad, Muwatha’ Malik, dan Sunan Darimi. Dari keseluruhan hadis yang ditemukan, kualitasnya tergolong shahih dan dapat dijadikan hujjah, karena diriwayatkan oleh para imam hadis terkemuka. Kajian ini juga menegaskan bahwa zakat fitrah wajib bagi setiap muslim laki-laki dan perempuan, merdeka maupun hamba sahaya, besar maupun kecil, dengan ukuran satu sha‘ makanan pokok dan harus ditunaikan sebelum pelaksanaan salat Idul Fitri. Dengan demikian, pemahaman yang sahih terhadap hadis-hadis zakat fitrah sangat penting agar pelaksanaannya sesuai tuntunan syariat dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Communication is a very fundamental activity in human life. The human need to relate to each other is recognized by almost all religions as having existed since Adam and Eve. Human nature to convey his desires and to know the desires of others, is the beginning of human skills to communicate automatically through symbols, signs, then followed by the ability to give meaning to each of these symbols in the form of verbal language. Like what is contained in the behavior of a school principal. where the leadership of the Principal determines the quality of a school he leads and is accompanied by a communication management strategy. Because in general, subordinates always follow and obey the directions given and mandated by the Principal. And this must be accompanied by a qualified strategy. As in the second foundation of Islamic teachings it is revealed that a leader has great responsibility for the tasks carried out.
