Abstract

Employee engagement is one of the main issues in human resources management and organizations, because it is considered as a major factor in measuring the strength of a company. Issues regarding employee engagement occur in various industries, including manufacturing. It's like what happened to PT. Pola Manunggal Sejati Cimahi, low indicator of employee engagement can be seen from high employee turnover, increased absence, and production targets that have decreased every year, so that the resulting production especially in the year 2016-2018 did not achieve the targets set by the company. This research uses descriptive and verification method, with explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using the simple random sampling which amounted to 81 people. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with program tools SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solution) 25.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the description of the work environment in good category, description of the employee engagement in high category, and the employee engagement is affected by the work environment. So that the work environment should be considered in support of improving employee engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on the stock prices of big banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2022. The financial ratios used in this study are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO), and Bank Indonesia interest rates (BI). The population in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2022. The research sample was 12 banking companies obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The data collected were taken from the OJK, BPS, and BEI websites. The method in this study uses quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables CAR, NIM, ROE, BOPO, and Bank Indonesia interest rates affect stock prices. Partially, the variables NIM, ROE, BOPO, and Bank Indonesia interest rates have a negative effect on stock prices, while the CAR variable does not affect stock prices.

Abstract

Fenomena radikalisme di Indonesia menjadi perhatian serius bagi keamanan dan stabilitas nasional. Artikel ini akan membahas tentang bahaya radikalisme di Indonesia dari perspektif intelejen dan keamanan nasional. Radikalisme di Indonesia memiliki dampak negatif bagi masyarakat dan sering kali diikuti dengan aksi teror yang dapat merugikan banyak orang. Intelejen berperan penting dalam mencegah dan mengatasi radikalisme dengan mengumpulkan informasi dan data terkait dengan kelompok-kelompok radikal. Keamanan nasional juga memiliki peran penting dalam mencegah radikalisme, dengan menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat serta mengatasi aksi teror yang dilakukan oleh kelompok-kelompok radikal. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan study literatur tentang peran intelejen dan keamanan nasional dalam mencegah dan mengatasi ancaman radikalisme di Indonesia.
