Abstract

Hospitalisasi merupakan peristiwa yang sering menimbulkan pengalaman traumatik, khususnya pada pasien anak yaitu kecemasan, ketakutan dan ketegangan atau stress hospitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh terapi bermain (skill play) permainan ular tangga terhadap tingkat kooperatif selama menjalankan perawatan pada anak pra sekolah (3-6 tahun) di Ruang Edelweist RSUD dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rancangan pre eksperimen pre test-post test one group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak pra sekolah (3-6 tahun) diambil dengan cara accidental sampling dperoleh 20 orang sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dan primer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: (1) Rata-rata tingkat kooperatif sebelum dilakukan terapi bermain ular tangga adalah 44,55; (2) Rata-rata tingkat kooperatif sesudah dilakukan terapi bermain ular Tangga sebesar 70,15 dan (3) Hasil uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank didapat nilai Z = -3,921 dengan p-value = 0,000<0,5 artiinya ada pengaruh terapi bermain (Skill Play) Permainan Ular Tangga terhadap tingkat Kooperatif selama menjalankan perawatan pada anak Pra sekolah (3-6 tahun) di Ruang Edelweist RSUD dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. Diharapkan pada RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu dapat melakukan pelatihan terapi bermain (Skill Play) permainan ular tangga pada perawat sehingga dapat meningkatkan skill individu dalam melakukan terapi bermain (Skill Play) permainan ular tangga pada anak yang dirawat.

Abstract

The distraction method is a method for pain relief by diverting the patient's attention to other things so that the patient will forget about the pain he is experiencing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons on the decrease in pain scale during injection in preschool children (3-6 years) in the Edelwis room of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest and posttest design. Samples of 30 respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out using a pain scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies that were related in this study. The results of the study, from 30 respondents there were 23 people with mild pain and 7 people with moderate pain after being treated watching animated cartoons. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value of -3.963 is obtained with the A symp value. Sig (ρ) = 0,000, because the value of ρ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons to reduce the pain scale in pre-school children when injecting in the Edelweis room of Dr. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. It is expected that health workers and the community can be more focused on care for children when the child is hospitalized in undergoing hospitalization. Keywords: Distraction Technique, Watching Animated Cartoons, Pain Scale

Abstract

Difficulty eating behavior can lead to nutritional problems in children, where children who have difficulty eating tend to experience malnutrition to malnutrition. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's upbringing and eating difficult behavior in preschool children in RW. 002 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is the correlational method. The population in this study were all mothers who have children at preschool age. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling of 59 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results obtained from 59 respondents, there were 52 (88.1%) respondents with good parenting, 49 respondents (83.1%) did not experience difficult eating behavior. The results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis obtained p value = 0.419. In conclusion, there is no relationship between mother's upbringing and eating difficult behavior among preschool children in RW. 002 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Bengkulu City. Health workers are expected to be able to provide information and input for mothers with preschool children about eating difficult behaviors to prevent and overcome eating difficult behavior in children. Key words: preschool age, difficult eating behavior, mother's parenting

Abstract

Choking is an emergency condition that must be treated quickly, if it takes too long it will result in a lack of oxygen and lead to death due to blockage of the respiratory tract by foreign objects in the form of food, toys, etc. Choking can lead to death due to lack of knowledge of handling choking. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on handling choking in children under five on the knowledge of parents in the working area of ​​the Ratu Agung Health Center, Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of choking management education on toddlers aged 1-5 years in the working area of ​​Ratu Agung Public Health Center, Bengkulu City. The research design used pre experimental design with a one group pretest posttest design. To determine the number of samples using the Paul Leedy formula with the results obtained are 30 parents who have toddlers aged 1-5 years in the working area of ​​the Ratu Agung Health Center in Bengkulu city. The results of the study: the results of the t-test of two related samples (Paired sample t-test) obtained a value of t = 18.745 with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 significant, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of handling education. choking in toddlers aged 1-5 on the knowledge of parents in the working area of ​​the Ratu Agung Health Center, Bengkulu city. After educating parents in the working area of ​​the Ratu Agung Health Center, Bengkulu city, out of 30 parents, there were 4 parents (13.3%) who had sufficient knowledge, and 26 parents (86.7%) who had good knowledge with a good score. an average of 35.63 (good).

Abstract

Motorik halus merupakan salah satu perkembangan yang penting untuk anak usia pra sekolah , stimulasimenggunakan paper toys dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain paper toys terhadap perkembangan motorik halus pada anakusia prasekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Kota Bengkulu. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen denganmenggunakan rancangan one grup pretest- posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa diTaman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Dharma Wanita Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 49 anak usia pra sekolah usia 4-6Tahun.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan UjiNormalitas, Analisis Univariat, dan Analisis Bivariat. menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan (1) Rerata pemberian terapi bermain paper toys kepada responden sebelumdiberikan terapi bermain paper toys adalah 35,70 dengan standar deviasi 5,621. (2) Rerata pemberian terapibermain paper toys kepada rseponden sesudah diberikan terapi bermain paper toys adalah 44,84 denganstandar deviasi 6,022 . (3) Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pemberian terapi bermain paper toys respondenantara sebelum dan sesudah di berikan paper toys terhadap dengan selisih rerata 20,167 dengan p-value =0,000<0,05, dimana terdapat perbedaan perkembangan motorik halus pada anak usia pra sekolah sebelumdan sesudah bermain paper toys.Kata Kunci: Anak Pra Sekolah, Motorik Halus, Paper Toys

Abstract

Penyakit diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit yang berbahaya dan bisa membawa masalah serius bagi kesehatan self efficacy adalah keyakinan dalam diri sesorang terhadap kemampuan untuk melakukan perilaku untuk mendapatkan suatu tujuan tertentu sedangan self care adalah tindakan membantu mengendalikan gula darahnyang dapat menghasilkan kondisi kesehatan yang lebih baik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dan self care Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Rawat Jalan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 juli – 22 agustus 2024.menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional , sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien Diabetes Melitus Yang Rawat Jalan Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 45 responden hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p= 0,006 karena nilai p<0,05 yang menunjukan maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Self-Efficacy Dengan Self Care Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu Tahun 2024.Kata kunci : Diabetes Mellitus, Self Efficacy,Self Care
