Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is the lack of physical fitness of students when implementing a dual system which is a program from schools that requires students to do learning outside of school or an internship, where there is no physical education learning or physical activity provided to students so that the physical fitness of participants students decline. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is an influence of the workout tabata on physical fitness in students who use dual systems at SMK SMTI Pontianak.The method used in this study is an experiment with a form of research Pre-Experimental Design, One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI who applied a dual system of 46 people at the SMK SMTI Pontianak. Data analysis with t-test. From the results of statistical calculations, t count 2.46> t table 1.98 with a significant level of 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of tabata training on physical fitness of students.Keywords: Fitness , Physical Tabata Workout.

Abstract

Penyinaran matahari serta pemanasan global menjadi penyebab peningkatan suhu udara dan perubahan iklim. Suhu merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh pada kenyamanan tubuh manusia,karena tubuh menghasilkan sebuah panas sebagai metabolisme untuk keseimbangan tubuh saat beristirahat, oleh karena itu suhu sangat berperan penting untuk kenyamanan tubuh manusia. Pada penelitian ini penulis bertujuan pengembangan dan merancang alat sensor deteksi suhu dan kelembapan yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti-peneliti terdahulu. Penulis melakukan penelitian yaitu " Pengembangan Alat Pendingin Otomatis Berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno dengan Sensor DHT 22 " sebagai pengendali suhu dan kelembapan pada kamar tidur agar kondisi ruangan selalu terpantau dan stabil untuk kenyamanan saat beristirahat. Studi dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu menggunakan metode riset eksperimental yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan desain and creation. Penulis berhasil dalam merancang dan mengembangkan alat pendeteksi suhu dan kelembapan sebagai sistem pendingin otomatis yang efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan rencana awal saat pembuatan. Dari uji coba secara langsung yang dilakukan penulis pada kamar tidur, sistem bekerja secara optimal, sistem mampu bekerja secara otomatis saat suhu berada diatas 28℃ dan otomatis mati ketika suhu turun dibawah 28℃.

Abstract

The implementation of a cooking oil tank control system using SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is an important step in improving monitoring efficiency in the food industry. SCADA has advanced monitoring features, which can accurately monitor oil levels, temperature, pressure, and other key parameters, as well as become an automatic regulator to optimize oil use and maintain its quality with an integrated purification system. Thus, the implementation of a cooking oil tank control system using SCADA not only improves monitoring efficiency, but also reduces the risk of machine breakdown and optimizes the use of resources, resulting in more efficient and controlled operations in the food industry.

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur'an for students is very important not only as a provision in the world, but also for provision in the hereafter. The success of a teacher in carrying out a learning task is largely determined by his understanding of what strategies, models and methods will be applied by a teacher. In the current era of globalization, there are many shifts in values ​​in people's lives because many of our generation are still unable to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, especially in understanding its meaning. Therefore, as a parent, you must try as early as possible to educate and familiarize your child with reading the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an for class X at SMK Informatics Bina Generasi Ciomas Bogor. In this study the authors used a research method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this analysis is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews with PAI teachers and students of Ciomas Generations Bina Informatics Vocational School. The objects in this study were students of Informatics Vocational School of Generations Ciomas. The results of this study indicate that 1. The strategy of PAI teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Koran for students is by means of peer tutors, demonstrating reading the Koran, and adding hours outside of the subject. 2. The method used by PAI teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an for students is the lecture, rubiyat, and drill methods. 3. Factors that influence the difficulty of reading the Qur'an in students include the lack of interest and motivation from the students themselves, the attention and education factors of the students' parents, the influence of technology and the influence of the community environment.
