Abstract

Rusunawa, which means "Simple Rental Flats", is a facility of simple residence with multi-storey buildings in order to save the increasingly narrow land use, due to community housing needs. The design of the 4-storey Rental Flats was made to reduce the problem of crowd population in the area of near the banks of the Kapuas River, Pontianak City. The 4-storey Rental Flats building was designed with a conventional reinforced concrete structure system. This structural system does not cost a lot more than precast concrete and composite steel structural systems. In addition, reinforced concrete structural systems have some advantages : durable and fire resistant, strong and sturdy, and low costs maintenance. The results of the 4-storey Rental Flats Building Structural Design include : the size of the floor slab thickness 12 cm and flat roof with 10 cm thick ; beam in dimensions of 35 cm x 70 cm, 25 cm x 50 cm, 20 cm x 40 cm, and 15.30 ; column with dimensions of 50 cm x 50 cm ; foundation with dimensions of 2 m x 4 m and 2 m x 2 meters.

Abstract

Hotel Al-Hajj 6 (six) floors is a supporter of infrastructure for Hajj pilgrims and is also common with thelocation of the hotel in the middle of the city, namely in the district of South Pontianak, Pontianak City Designof reinforced concrete structure Al-Hajj hotel building is planned 6 floors with 3 star hotel standards.Indesigning this hotel prioritizes the strength of structure with the concept of reinforced concrete.This hotel-life method collects soil data and image data as a basis for calculations. In its depiction using theAutoCad program and engineering analysis using the SAP 2000 3D program and the calculation of buildingstructures refers to SNI 03-2847-2013 for concrete structures, SNI 1727-2013 regarding minimum load andLoading Planning for Houses and Buildings (PPURG) 1987 and SNI 1729-2019 for earthquake-resistantbuilding structures.The result of the design of the structure in the form of thick 90 mm shop floor plate with reinforcement φ6 andground floor s / d 6th floor has a plate thickness of 130 mm φ8, the dimensions of the parent beam structure are40 x 70 cm with tree bone D19 and bone begel φ8-320 mm child beam 30 x 60 cm bone tree D16 and bone φ8-270 mm and ring beam and bone begel φ6-170 mm and for ring beam 20 x 40 cm bone tree D16. Columndimensions 60 x 60 cm of tree bone D22 and bone begel φ8-190 mm foundation using a stake of 450 x 450 mmwith pile cap 3.9 x 3.9 with bone and solid bone with a depth of 22 m. From the results of the design andcalculation of the structure of this hotel can be applied on the ground and for analytical purposes in theplanning of the next building.

Abstract

Kota Pontianak mempunyai potensi sumber daya manusia yang jumlahnya cukup besar dengan jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin tahun semakin meningkat. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk maka kebutuhan ekonomipun akan semakin meningkat dan seiring dengan hal tersebut, manusia membutuhkan kelengkapan untuk membuka suatu usaha atau berbisnis. Kegiatan usaha dalam hal perdagangan diperlukan sarana dan prasarana alternatif yang dapat menunjang pengembangan usaha yang akan diperdagangkan. Salah satu sarana dan prasarana perdagangan adalah rumah dan toko atau biasa yang sering disebut dengan ruko. Pembangunan ruko tidak hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat berbisnis atau perdagangan saja, namun dapat diperluas fungsinya sebagai rumah tinggal. Bagi seseorang yang ingin mengembangkan usaha mandiri di rumah, ruko menjadi solusi praktis karena lebih menghemat biaya, tenaga, dan waktu dibandingkan dengan mendirikan tempat usaha dengan rumah yang terpisah ataupun berjauhan. Dalam perencanaan konstruksi, digunakan struktur beton bertulang yang terdiri dari 4 lantai dengan spesifikasi mutu beton (fc’) 25 dan 30 MPa serta mutu baja 420 (fy) dan 280 (fy) yang dihitung berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yaitu SNI 03-2847-2013 serta menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000 untuk perhitungan gaya gaya dalam, sehingga gambar rencana dapat dibuat sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan yang didapat. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh juga tebal untuk atap dak adalah 10 cm, untuk plat lantai 12 cm, dan lantai koridor setebal 15 cm. Balok induk yang digunakan berukuran 30cm x 60cm, balok anak yang digunakan berukuran 25 cm x 50 cm dan 15 cm x 30 cm, kolom yang digunakan berukuran 50 cm x 50 cm, dan 40 x 40 cm. Pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi Tiang Pancang, dengan ukuran tiang pancang 25 cm x 25 cm sebanyak 6 buah, dimensi pile cap yang digunakan 180 cm x 120 cm dengan tinggi 50 cm.

Abstract

The office is a place for business people to carry out their activities. The office is the main supporter of activitiesfor business people, because in addition to being a place for their activities, the office can also be an image orclass for business because business is a commercial activity. using a reinforced concrete structure and planned 4floors. In designing the building, the priority is the strength of the office building structure so as not to cause aloss and also loss of life with the design of the building using the Intermediate Moment Bearing Frame System.The rental office building is designed to be strong against several combinations of loads such as dead loads, liveloads, wind loads and earthquake loads. This method of calculating the Equatorial Borneo rental office buildingcollects land data and image data as the basis for the design. In the depiction using the AutoCad program andthe engineering analysis using the SAP 2000 3D program, as well as the calculation of building structuresreferring to SNI 03-2847-2013 for concrete structures, SNI 1727-2013 regarding minimum loads and LoadingPlanning for Houses and Buildings (PPURG) 1987 and SNI 1729-2019 for earthquake-resistant buildingstructures. The results of the structural design are the thickness of the ground floor slabs to the 4th floor and Dakhas a plate thickness of 100 mm 6, the dimensions of the main beam structure are 30 x 60 cm with D16 mainreinforcement and begel reinforcement 8-200 mm child beams 20 x 40 cm D16 main reinforcement as well asbegel reinforcement 8-150 mm. Column dimensions are 50 x 50 cm D16 principal reinforcement and 10-200 mmbegel reinforcement using 300x 300 mm piles with 3.3 x 3.3 pile caps with main reinforcement and stirrupreinforcement with a depth of 27 m. From the results of the design and calculation of the structure of theEquatorial Borneo rental office building, it can be a reference for analysis purposes in the design of the nextbuilding.
