Abstract

Work productivity is basically related to the morale of a person (employees) so it is necessary for the leadership of a government agency to always strive to improve the morale of their employees. If the work productivity of employees increases, it will bring benefits to the institution itself, and on the other hand it can affect the increase in employee work ability. In order to increase the productivity of employees so that they work more actively, the following matters are required: Encouragement of material, money or goods (compensation); the opportunity to gain individual honor, prestige and power; the physical requirements of the desired job are clean, quiet environment or own office space; pride in work, service to family and other people; patriotism, or religious feelings; individual enjoyment and satisfaction in organizational social relationships; conformity with customary practices and usual attitudes and can accept the rules and patterns of behavior of the organization and; feelings participate in most events. Of the several factors that affect employee work productivity, job training and motivation are thought to be very important factors in order to increase employee work productivity at the Ogan Komering Ulu Village Community Empowerment Service. This study aims to determine whether job training jointly affects the work productivity of employees at the Ogan Komering Ulu Village Community Empowerment Service. The results showed that there was a significant influence between job training variables on employee work productivity at the Ogan Komering Ulu Village Community Empowerment Service. The relevant effort is the need to supervise the implementation of employee work, in this case the imposition of strict sanctions against any work violations committed by employees who are often late or absent from work, so that it is expected to increase employee work productivity. Abstract

Didalam mendukung kemajuan dan pengembangan suatu organisasi sangat perlu dilakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh dan terus menerus di segala bidang dan semua aspek kehidupan. Tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi merupakan modal utama suatu organisasi untuk dapat sejajar dengan organisasi lainnya. Tanpa adanya pribadi-pribadi dari masing-masing individu untuk berusaha maju tanpa perlu dipaksa maka suatu organisasi tersebut tidak berarti apa-apa.  Pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir, ternyata Komunikasi belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir  belum optimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Bagaimana pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir serta berguna sebagai bahan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai Komunikasi dan Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir . Hipotesis yang diajukan, Komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dengan menggunakan cara observasi, kuisioner, interview dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh korelasi antara Komunikasi dalam upaya meningkatkan Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir  diperoleh angka r sebesar 0,57. Setelah dikonsultasikan dengan standar konservatif  terletak antara 0,400- 0,599 yang termasuk pada korelasi sedang. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sedang antara Komunikasi terhadap Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Ratu Pusat Financial Bina Karsa Ogan Komering Ilir.

Abstract

Supporting the progress and development of an organization really needs to be done seriously and continuously in all fields and all aspects of life. The availability of quality human resources and a high work ethic is the main capital for an organization to be on par with other organizations. The problem faced is how does planning affect the performance of employees of the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office Pin 1 Review Office Ogan Komering Ulu. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of planning on the performance of employees in the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office Pin 1 Review Ogan Komering Ulu Office and to be useful as reference material for further research regarding employee planning and performance. The hypothesis proposed is that planning has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office, Pin 1 Review Office, Ogan Komering Ulu. Data collection and processing using library studies and field studies using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion, it was found that there was a correlation between planning in an effort to improve the performance of employees in the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office, Pin 1 Office for the Ogan Komering Ulu Review, an r figure of 0.57 was obtained. After consulting with conservative standards, it is between 0.400- 0.599 which is included in the moderate correlation. So it can be said that there is a moderate influence between planning on the performance of employees of the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office Pin 1 Review Office Ogan Komering Ulu.
