Abstract

Abstract. Fashion had becomes one business commodity that promise high potential revenue for fashion company. In the development of fashion, there are some difficulty among Fashion Company / brand in targeting the appropriate market for their fashion products. This condition occur due to the complex fashion dynamics that is strongly influenced by social and psychological condition that pretty hard to predicted (Malcolm Barnard, 1969). Segmentation process as one way to understand the dynamics of the market by simplify the markets into several segment becomes the promising framework in understand the market. Psychographics approach in segmentation process that segmenting the market based on psychological / lifestyle perspective surely becomes the appropriate framework in fashion industry condition.By applicate the psychographics framework to Bandung Young-Adult demographics segments (as young adult segment becomes one of segments that really influenced by the movement of fashion) as studied case in this research, researcher adapted several preceding fashion industry psychographics segmentation outcomes, do some generalization process, and try to understand the meaning and characteristic of each segment to generate hypothetical segment that will be assessed in this research to find the distinct characteristic.This research using cluster analysis in segmentation process with motives, traits toward trend, and traits toward judgement as categorical variables. To understand the condition and distinct characteristic of each segment more deeply, researcher using cross tabulation descriptive analysis into adapted AIO framework variables that suitable with the condition of the fashion market.Finally the result of this study shows that motives and attitudes toward trend have high significance to segmenting the fashion markets. This research generated a customer profiles with hipster, fashionista, mainstreamer, and apathetic fashion as existed segment in the case. Each segment also shows distinct characteristic in several AIO variables such as work, social condition, shopping intensity, interest priority, self-opinion, cultural aspect in fashion industry, and cultural pressure in fashion industry. The served costumer profiles hopefully can give several contribution for Fashion Company, brand or practitioner to understand and generated appropriate marketing strategy for the appropriate market.Keywords: Psychographic Segmentation, Fashion Industry, Consumer Behavior, Fashion Lifestyle

Abstract

Children are God's mandate that needs to be cared for, raised and trained according to their potential. A more religious view that children are entrusted, not only biological descendants that exist but their survival must be maintained, because in fact children have basic rights that have been protected by the State that must be implemented by all parties, both by and the family itself . Before the emergence of various platforms or social media, almost all crimes were committed in an offline way, where both the victim and the perpetrator faced each other directly. However, after the emergence of these various social media, where the perpetrator and the victim can be connected at a very distance at one time, many perpetrators use this media to find new victims in various ways, many children as users of these social media become victims. And often, many basic rights of child victims are missed in all legal processes, both from the reporting process, examination to case closing. This is also due to the many problems from the internal law enforcement institutions, human resources of the apparatus, to the too complicated bureaucracy determined by the state even though the majority of child victims are the children of parents who still do not understand the complicated crime process in this country. So that currently the law enforcement process through criminal justice should not only focus on providing criminal sanctions against perpetrators with a multi-level bureaucracy that must also be fulfilled by the victim to be processed, but must also accommodate the interests of the rights of child victims , one of which is through the provision of compensation, namely restitution which must actually be carried out in any aspect, because in the view of the law, Restitution should be a human right that is inherent to the child who is a victim because they actually have protection based on many laws and regulations made by the Indonesian government.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of human resources is to foster interest and reading habits. For this reason, the library is expected to become a center for activities that foster interest and reading habits. Libraries have a great responsibility to increase and develop interest and enthusiasm for reading. Information and communication technology (ICT) has become a part of human life today. Therefore, all institutions are competing in the integration of ICT to build and strengthen their knowledge-based talents, to be able to compete in the global era. The need for information technology (IT) is closely related to the role of libraries as a driving force in the preservation and dissemination of scientific information, which develops along with people's activities of writing, printing, educating, and meeting their information needs. The writing of this study uses the descriptive qualitative method and STMIK Pringsewu as the object of the study. The Web-Based Digital Book Library is designed to be easily accessible to readers. Uploaded e-books are created in PDF format. The digital library system can only be accessed locally in the STMIK Pringsewu environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the transformation of early childhood learning by utilizing the Android platform at PAUD Nurul Iman Tanjung Dalam using the Waterfall method. The Waterfall approach is used in designing, developing and implementing technology-based learning systems. The research results show that the use of the Android platform has experienced a significant transformation in early childhood learning at PAUD. This approach allows teachers to use modern technology in the teaching process, enriching children's learning experience, and increasing their involvement in the learning process. Thus, the implementation of the Android platform at PAUD Nurul Iman Tanjung Dalam makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of early childhood learning.

Abstract

 The development of information technology has encouraged digitalization in various aspects of government, including archive management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Archive System in Kalirejo Village, Central Lampung, as well as its impact on transparency and accountability in village archive management. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires given to administrative staff and users of the E-Archive system. The results of the study show that implementing the E-Archive System has increased efficiency in the search and management of archives, reduced the risk of document loss, and accelerated the administrative process. In addition, the system also strengthens transparency by allowing stakeholders to access more structured and easy-to-trace data. In terms of accountability, E-Archives helps in maintaining the accuracy and security of documents, thereby reducing the potential for errors in the storage and management of records. The implementation of this system also contributes to increasing user satisfaction, lowering operational costs, and improving the village archive supervision and audit system. Although there are still some challenges in the adoption of this system, such as limited technological infrastructure and training needs for village staff, overall, E-Archives has proven to be an effective solution in modernizing archive management at the village level. Thus, this study provides recommendations for strengthening technological infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, and optimizing system features to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of E-Archives in supporting more transparent and accountable village governance.
