Abstract

Conducting successful mathematics instructions that attach values is a major issue of mathematics education recently. Various programs have been done to meet the purpose. One of them is knowledge islamization which is believed as an alternative-strategic solution. This effort is compatible with the objective of education in Aceh and Indonesia Education System that annunciate the goal of Education in Indonesia to bring the people into religious life. Then, integration of Islamic values onto mathematics instruction is an alternative that has to be chosen in order to make integrated-holistic education. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Qur'anic Mathematics Instruction (QMI) on Set theory. It was a follow-up of QMI Research and Development that has been designed before. Data gathered through test, teacher’s and students’ activity observations. Three madrasah with the indexes of competency are "High", "Medium" and "Low" taken as the research subjects. The results showed that students in the "high"index has t-count value 0.023

Abstract

This service aims to strengthen the Aceh Pesisir Community Welfare Community (KMAP)'s role in education, economy, society, and politics in Central Aceh amid the assumption that the immigrant community seems exclusive. The KMAP community works a lot and contributes in various fields. This service uses PAR (Participatory Action Research) method stages: Initial mapping of community inclusivity, building communication and trust with the community, determining the agenda for social change, participatory mapping, formulating problems, developing movement strategies, determining stakeholders, and formulating the possibility of planned success, taking action for change. At this stage, actions were carried out with small community groups in the fields of education, economy, socio-religious, and politics to strengthen the understanding of the inclusivity of the Aceh Coastal Community Welfare (KMAP) community group in Central Aceh. Finally, the program must be monitored and evaluated for the actions taken. Hierarchically, this service is carried out by interviews as a service database, conducting FGDs to increase understanding of the inclusiveness of community roles, community mentoring, and evaluation. As a result, the assisted community has a knowledge and common perception of the inclusive role in community development in education, economy, social religion, and politics.

Abstract

Harmonisation of laws and regulations on public participation in the formation of laws and regulations is important/urgent to determine the quality of laws promulgated by the DPR together with the President. This is because community participation is not only about participating in the formation of the law but also determining whether the law will be accepted or rejected by the community after it is implemented. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the basic concept of legal harmonisation of Meaningful Participation in the formation of laws and regulations based on Law Number 13 of 2022. The method of legal research is normative juridical or library legal research (search library), by analysing literature or secondary data relevant to the topic. This research is descriptive analytical, the data obtained and processed and analysed to provide a comprehensive picture of the basic concepts of harmonisation of the principles of meaningful public participation, with data collection methods through document studies. The results of the research show that harmonisation of laws and regulations has been implemented, but only the implementation of the content of Article 96 Paragraph (1) reads: The public has the right to provide input orally and/or in writing in the formation of laws and regulations; The public has the right to provide input orally and/or in writing in the formation of laws and regulations. The content of the article is not carried out perfectly and the legislators only stick to the formal requirements without seeing the urgency of community participation as a benchmark for the acceptance of laws in society.

Abstract

In the development of the Islamic world, qiraat is also spreading to all corners of the world and is being studied more and more by Muslims. Thus giving rise to many versions of the reading and its implications for the law. In al-Zuhaili's interpretation of surah al-Baqarah verse 158, al-Zuhaili explains the difference in qiraat, several opinions of scholars, especially mahzab imams, and their implications for the law. This research aims to discover the impact of the differences in qiraat regarding the interpretation of legal verses. The method used is qualitative with an approach to content analysis and hermeneutics. The data source was obtained through the book Tafseer al-Munir volume one printed by Dar al-Fikr in the year 1430 H by al-Zuhaili, then surah al-Baqarah verse 158, Tafseer al-Qurthubi and Tafseer Rawai' al-Bayan as comparison or reinforcement with Tafseer al-Munir and some Kitab Ulum al-Quran or books that discuss qiraat. Then analyze surah al-Baqarah verse 158 in detail and depth. This research found that there are two opinions of ulama regarding harmony sa'i in carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage, namely i) according to jumhur implementing law sa'i when hajj or umrah is rukun, when sa'i left then the Hajj and Umrah are invalid, ii) Imam Abu Hanifah thinks that sa'i not a rule, but a practice sunnah from Hajj and Umrah. This research can be used as a firqiraatst step for future researchers to examine in more detail the implications of the differences in qiraat against the law.
