Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah seseorang yang dapat mempengaruhi, mendorong, mengajak, menuntun, menggerakkan orang lain agar menerima pengaruh sesuatu yang dapat membantu pencapaian tujuan tertentu. Kepemimpinan pada hakikatnya berhubungan dengan tenaga manusia atau kelompok yang terorganisasi, dan sebagai satu kekuatan atau potensi. Salah satu pedoman itu adalah kewajiban manusia untuk mentaati segala yang diperintahkan untuk kehidupan yang lebih baik dan menjauhi segala larangan untuk menghindari diri dari perbuatan tercela. Dalam perjalanan dinamika kehidupan manusia, ternyata manusia tidak bisa hidup sendiri, manusia membutuhkan seorang pemimpin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam, memahami apa itu kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan dalam Islam, dan apa urgensi seorang pemimpin dalam lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research), dalam penganalisisan data model metode ini menggunakan model analisis deskriptif. Sebagai sumber informasi yaitu; buku-buku ilmiah, laporan penelitian, karangan-karangan ilmiah dan jurnal-jurnal. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat dijelaskan bahwa konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam, merupakan cara pandang yang menjadi dasar landasan pemikiran dalam berperan menjadi seorang pemimpin. Adapun konsep yang dimiliki oleh ajaran Islam dalam memandang kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan dalam Islam mencakup beberapa Aspek yaitu; aspek pengaruh, aspek kerohanian, dan aspek karakteristik.

Abstract

In the midst of today's increasingly sophisticated conditions, people's awareness of religious knowledge is increasingly decreasing. For this reason, there is a need for media that can be used as a medium for conveying da'wah messages. The rise in popularity of horror films nowadays can be used as a medium for preaching. However, debates often occur regarding the permissibility of watching horror films, which also leads to people's doubts about doing this. This research aims to find out horror films as an alternative medium for preaching and the law of watching horror films in Islam. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are methods for interpreting a meaning. This research uses this analysis approach or content analysis with the type of library study research. The results of this research found that horror films can be used as a medium for Islamic da'wah because they are able to convey religious moral values. The law of watching horror films itself is actually not recommended because it can affect many things. However, it is permissible if the matter can have more positive impacts than negative impacts. [Abstrak: Di tengah kondisi zaman saat ini yang semakin canggih kesadaran umat tentang pengetahuan beragama pun semakin menurun. Untuk itu perlu adanya media-media yang dapat digunakan sebagai media penyampaian pesan dakwah. Naik daunnya film horror saat ini bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu media dakwah. Namun seringkali terjadi perdebatan mengenai kebolehan dalam menonton film horror juga menjadi keraguan umat dalam mengerjakan perkara tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui film horror sebagai alternatif media dakwah dan hukum menonton film horror dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif adalah metode untuk menginterprestasi suatu makna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis ini atau analisis konten dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa film horror dapat dijadikan sebagai media dakwah Islam karena mampu mengantarkan nilai-nilai moral agama. Hukum menonton film horror sendiri sebenarnya adalah tidak disanrankan karena dapat mempengaruhi pada banyak hal. Namun di perbolehkan apabila perkara tersebut dapat memberikan lebih banyak dampak positif daripada dampak negatifnya.]

Abstract

Social media is a digital platform that allows users to communicate, share information, and interact in real-time through text, images, video, and audio. These platforms have revolutionized the way people interact and consume information, making them a key tool in modern marketing. This research aims to analyze the influence of the social media platforms TikTok and Shopee on online business success through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. In the digital era, social media has become a major marketing tool that allows businesses to increase visibility, interaction with customers and consumer loyalty. This research highlights the importance of competition and the use of special features on TikTok and Shopee in supporting online business growth. The SLR research method is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. Data was obtained from reputable journals in the 2019–2024 time period, using keywords related to social media and online business. The research results show that this platform plays an important role in consumer engagement, content marketing, increasing visibility, as well as the use of social media analytics. These factors contribute significantly to the success of an online business. It is hoped that these findings can provide practical insights for business people to optimize digital marketing strategies and increase competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Korong Lapau Jambu, Nagari Sungai Durian, aims to foster an environmentally conscious generation through various community service initiatives. In this program, university students collaborate with local communities to address environmental issues such as waste management, reforestation, and education on the importance of environmental conservation. The methods used include socialization, training, and hands-on actions involving all community members, especially the younger generation. The results of this activity showed an increase in environmental awareness among the community, particularly the youth, which is expected to have a long-term impact on environmental sustainability in Nagari Sungai Durian. This program also emphasizes the importance of active participation from all parties in protecting nature and building environmental awareness from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning interest, 2) the influence of self-efficacy on learning interest, 3) the influence of peers on learning interest, 4) the influence of learning facilities on learning interest, 5) the influence of the family environment on learning interest. The type of research used in this study is associative research. The research was conducted in August 2025. The population in this study is all tenth-grade students in economics at SMAN 6 Solok Selatan. The sample in this study consists of 110 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling, and the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, assisted by Eviews and SPSS version 21.0. The research results show that 1) there is an influence of students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.670 and a t-value calculated > t-table 8.388 < 1.65964 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, 2) there is an influence of self-efficacy on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.221 and a t-value calculated > t-table 3.349 < 1.65964 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, 3) there is an influence of peer relationships on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.184 and a t-value calculated > t-table 0.954 > 1.65964 and a significance value of 0.342 > 0.05, 4) There is an influence of learning facilities on learning interest with a coefficient value of 0.663 with a t-count value > t-table 3.367 < 1.65964 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, 5) there is an influence of the family environment on learning interest with a coefficient value of -0.144 with a t-count value > t-table -1.984 < 1.65964 and a significant value of 0.050 < 0.05. 6) 1. Students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods, self-efficacy, peer influence, learning facilities, and family environment collectively (simultaneously) have a significant effect on learning interest. It was found that the calculated F value is 25.311 > 2.30 from the F table and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05.
