Abstract

Infark Miokard Akut (IMA) dapat menyebabkan gangguan elektrofisiologis yang akan menimbulkan aritmia. Aritmia yang sering terjadi pada pasien IMA dapat berupa aritmia ventrikular maligna dalam bentuk Ventrikular Takikardia (VT) ataupun Ventrikular Fibrilasi (VF). Hal tersebut biasanya disebabkan oleh penanganan yang tidak adekuat. Angka kejadian VT maupun VF dapat dilihat dari lokasi terjadinya IMA. IMA menyebabkan terjadinya kondisi hipoksia sel dan asidosis, yang jika dibiarkan akan menyebabkan gangguan elektrofisiologi karena terjadi perubahan potensial istirahat menjadi -60mV dan juga penurunan kecepatan konduksi. Perubahan elektrofisiologi tersebut akan menyebabkan proses re-entry pada daerah iskemi. Ada beberapa prediktor yang dapat memprediksi terjadinya aritmia ventrikel pada IMA. Prediktor-prediktor tersebut dapat membuat kita sebagai dokter untuk mempersiapkan diri dan memberikan tatalaksana yang tepat dan adekuat pada pasien sedini mungkin.

Abstract

Dysphagia is a frequent problem in elderly population since it can cause aspiration that leads to more complications. It appears as one of major potential problemswhich cause disability in elderly. Degenerative process which causes changes in swallowing structures and physiology in healthy aging (presbyphagia)can affect the swallowing process and leads to dysphagia. Consequences of dysphagia vary from social isolation to life threatening conditionssuch as aspiration. Detecting presbyphagia is essential to prevent aspiration.

Abstract

Introduction: Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) primarily affects the respiratory system and other organ systems which limit respiratory and physical status. The aim of this study is to evaluate functional capacity COVID-19 survivor among workers in Koja Public Health Center Methods: participant were enrolled on March-April 2022. Demographics, symptoms, functional scale post COVID-19 questionnaire, risk stratification, and 6-min walk test (6mwt) were analysed. Patients unable to walk were excluded from the study. Results: 79 participants, 38% was a health care worker, had a median age 33 (21-57) years and 43 women (54.4%). Men had higher 6mwt 518.2 (120-625.8) meter while women had 457 (340-600) meter p (<0.001), VO2max 17.47 (9.74-20.67) in men and 16.45 (14.07-19.19) in women p (<0.001), and METs 5.02 (2.78-5.90) in men and 4.69 (4.02-5.48) in women p (<0.001). Most of the participant had good fitness, 10 participant (12.7%) had functional limitation; 2 participants (2.5%) still had symptom. Conclusion: Despite being COVID-19 survivors, the workers at the Koja Public Health Center have good functional capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai pelayanan yang ada pada CV Sarana Prima Lestari Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi POM QM For Windows dalam pemecahan masalah. Pada CV Sarana Prima Lestari Banjarmasin bagian logistik saat ini menggunakan model antrian Multipel Channel Query System (M/M/S) dan memiliki jumlah unit armada sebanyak 8 unit untuk pengiriman luar kota akan tetapi masih belum bisa melakukan pendistribusian barang dengan optimal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan perhitungan menggunakkan POM QM For windows untuk menentukan jumlah armada yang optimal dalam melakukan pendistribusian. Dari perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi POM QM For Windows didapatkan jumlah armada yang optimal untuk proses pendistribusian barang pada CV Sarana Prima Lestari Banjarmasin yaitu sebanyak 10 unit armada. Perencanaan pengadaan ini dilakukan karena melihat adanya permasalahan dalam pengiriman berupa keterlambatan yang disebabkan kurangnya armada yang dimiliki CV Sarana Prima Lestari Banjarmasin saat ini.

Abstract

Assistance in the development of appropriate technology (AT) in environmental management is a strategic effort to encourage community participation in maintaining ecosystem sustainability while improving quality of life. Simple, affordable, and locally appropriate technologies have proven effective in addressing environmental issues such as waste management, renewable energy utilization, and water conservation. However, the success of TTG implementation depends not only on technical aspects but also on compliance with Indonesia’s environmental legal framework and applicable regulations. Through an environmental law approach, every technological innovation must adhere to the principles of precaution, sustainability, and the right to a good and healthy environment as stipulated in Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. This research/assistance aims to analyze the role of law in guiding the legality of TTG so that it does not conflict with regulations, as well as providing legal protection for users and developers. The results of the study show that TTG assistance integrated with legal aspects not only improves the effectiveness of environmental management but also provides legal certainty and encourages sustainable innovation.
